Dieses luxuriöse Gulf Front-Haus ist innen und außen ein perfektes Bild. 1214 Ariola Drive bietet mit fünf Schlafzimmern, fünf Bädern und 3608 Quadratfuß sehr bequem Platz für bis zu 17 Personen.

Die ebenerdige Einfahrt ist hell und hell. Die Treppe führt zu einem großen, offenen großen Raum mit Wohn-, Küchen- und Essbereich im Erdgeschoss. Der großzügige Wohnbereich bietet viele bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten. darunter ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Die moderne Küche verfügt über Granitarbeitsplatten, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl und eine Kochinsel mit zwei Bar-Sitzen. Der große Esstisch eignet sich hervorragend für Mahlzeiten im Familienstil.

Schlafzimmer 1 befindet sich neben dem Wohnzimmer und bietet ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Schlafsofa. Dieses Zimmer öffnet sich zum Golfdeck und verfügt über ein großes, eigenes Bad mit einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank, einem Doppelwaschtisch, einer separaten Badewanne und einer übergroßen Dusche. Schlafzimmer 2 und 3 befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hauses. Schlafzimmer 2 verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV, ein eigenes Bad und öffnet sich zur Golfseite. Schlafzimmer 3 hat eine Königin und zwei Einzelbetten, ein eigenes Bad und öffnet sich zur Straßenseite Balkon. Schlafzimmer 4 ist aus der Küche, hat zwei Einzelbetten, öffnet sich zur Straßenseite Balkon und nutzt die große Halle Bad, die auch die Küche und den Wohnbereich bedient.

Die obere Ebene bietet einen weiteren schönen Wohnbereich mit einem Schlafsofa und Zugang zu einem zweiten Deck auf der Golfseite. Es gibt ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer auf dieser Ebene, auch auf dem Oberdeck zu öffnen. Diese wunderschöne Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und eine große Badewanne mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Whirlpool. Das Bad dieser Suite verfügt über eine Türöffnung, um die obere Ebene Wohnbereich zu bedienen. Die Außen Annehmlichkeiten dieses Hauses können nicht zugeordnet werden. Die überdachte Terrasse auf der Hauptebene verfügt über ein fantastisches Außenbecken am Grill, zwei große Esstische und führt zu einer privaten Promenade mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Unter dem Haus ist mehr Wohnraum im Freien, eine eigene Außendusche, ein überdachter Parkplatz und eine Garage. Die untere Ebene hat auch einen Bonusraum (nicht klimatisiert) mit Tischfußball, Tischtennis und Spieltisch und Glasschiebetüren, die sich direkt zum Strand öffnen.

The property and house were beautiful and access to the beach was great! We had a couple of days with rain and thunderstorms, so we didn’t get as much beach time as planned!

Blue Angels and Blue Skies!

It was Blue Angels week in Pensacola when we were there and let me tell you, this house was in a great spot to see their awesome maneuvers. This house provided everything we needed for a great family vacation. 3 bedrooms with King Beds as well as 2 bedrooms for Kids made for a perfect arrangement. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was furnished well. Because it was so hot outside, the bottom level was not usable since there is no AC down there but the extra refrigerator down there was an added bonus. We will definitely keep this on our list of prefered properties when visiting Pensacola Beach.

The most perfect venue for a wedding!!

It made a great home for my wedding party to stay in that lead up to the big day! Had the reception inside and used the deck as the dance floor, bartender area and it was a blast!!! Highly recommend to anyone deciding on a venue for their big day!! 40 people was the perfect number for the occasion and wouldn’t recommend anymore as hosting the reception inside it wouldn’t fit. Having more than that you would have to have it in the parking area but you would lose the gorgeous view of the beach, which what is the beauty in that?? I can’t say enough positive things about this home for your beach wedding, it was perfect!!!!

If only we had had more time ...

This was an absolutely wonderful home for our family! With 7 adults and 4 children, there was still so much room and privacy (when wanted). Usually, people complain about so many petty details, but not in our case -- it was pretty much perfect! Our only complaint was that we didn't have more time to stay, lol. The Paradise Beach Homes staff was more than helpful with everything, and so easy to work with (Thank you!) It was a wonderful vacation!

Large dining table sat 10 comfortably. We had easy access to great restaurants on the beach - we visited several establishments in search of the perfect Bushwacker. We were just a short drive away from the Greater Gulf Coast Art Festival, Joe Patti’s Seafood AND the Blue Angels Homecoming show at NAS. Everyone had a blast!!!

It could use a very minor amount of fluffing up but overall it’s fantastic!!! The only thing I’d say is that the upstairs den really can’t be used as a bedroom because there’s no door to the stairway and it’s noisy if folks are still up downstairs. Otherwise though it’s perfect!

We've also got it reserved for next summer. During our stay, we listed a few things for the owner to review and left that list when we left. Anyway, enjoyed our stay and thanks for the efficient management.

Great Spot on the Beach - Convenient to Everything!

Everything about the location was the best - private walkway to the beach, short distance to restaurants, plenty of parking, etc.The layout of the house is very nice, with central common area and bedrooms off of that. The covered back porch just expands the whole living area.The only thing we must say is that the furnishing need some updating. In particular, all of the mattresses have seen their better days, the furniture on both porches need replaced - we couln’t use the upper one because the chairs were broken - and appliances need some attention.All I all, we loved the place. However, for the price being charges, some improvements should be made.

Answered all pre visit storm related questions quickly and very helpful. We called in an issue with the kitchen faucet handle falling off, the property management representative was on site within 2 hours and was unable to repair, plumber was called and repair made within 3 hours of initial call, well done. The house has a very welcoming and open layout. Could use some minor repairs/update to make it great. Most of the exterior sliding doors were very difficult to open, my wife and grand daughter were not able to open many of them.

Wonderful place

There was plenty of space for every one.House was well stocked but I would suggest bringing toilet paper. The one ply doesn't cut it. Got to see dolphins, pelicans and other birds. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. I called on an issue with the refrigerator and they answered right away. I would recommend dumping the ice from the ice maker when you get there. It was frozen, but made ice very quickly. There is an additional refrigerator/freezer downstairs that can be used. There were 3 baby gates in the one bedroom closet. i brought one. My family is still talking about that weekend and how much fun they had.

Small amounts given with no warning in house description to obtain more. For the rental price, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 oz of dish soap and 1 roll of TP in 3 of the 5 bathrooms for a 7 night stay is pretty sad. Another thing that would have been nice is a list of kitchen amenities -toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig would have been nice to know. Be aware that internet was not good in this house. Hard to share with 8 people using it...even the 5G network. The beds were very nice, plenty of towels in each bathroom.Other than having to run to Publix again to buy TP and paper/kitchen products we enjoyed our stay. Loved the view and the balcony the most. Would stay here again but would come better prepared.

Great Beach House

The home was located close to anything we needed. The beach was a little busier than the last home we rented, but wasn’t too bad that we wouldn’t return. Only one family in our group wasn’t satisfied with their mattress, which was in the room with the queen & single bed. The main complaint I had about this home is the non working sliding doors on the ground floor. We brought our own corn hole game. In the evenings we would play corn hole outside the sliding doors and were unable to enjoy the kids playing in the game room on the other side of the sliding doors. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was apparent the doors had been non working for some time. I felt like some areas of the home could have been cleaner. The sofa sleepers were filled with crumbs, old food & was disgusting. The main areas of the home were adequately clean. The things I most loved about this home was the view, spaces for each family and closeness of the beach.
