Unser kürzlich umgebautes, 204 m2 großes Ferienhaus wurde exquisit, in elegantem tropischen Stil dekoriert. Es befindet sich hoch auf einem großen Stück Land an einem Privatweg mit nur 6 Häusern, in der Nähe von Phillippi Creek mit all seinen wunderbaren Vögeln und wilden Tieren. Fahren Sie mit dem Auto oder Rad zu den Stränden von Siesta Key (10 Minuten Autofahrt) oder besuchen Sie die Southgate Mall und die vielen Restaurants des Tamiami Trail, ebenso nah gelegen. Sie können auch einfach in Ihrem eigenen Tropenparadies entspannen, am glitzernden, geheizten, vollkommen abgeschirmten Pool, in Ihrem Essbereich im Freien mit Gasgrill und einer neuen überdachten Veranda!

Wonderful vacagton
Sorry, that it took us so long to write this. We still have such good memories of our week in your house. Perfectly furnished for us four and with a beautiful kitchen and a big fridge. The veranda, the pool which even invited for diving and the very good barbecue invited us to spend more time as expected in the house and less at the (very hot) beach. Especially to mention, the great air conditioning which was perfect for us in August and which let us sleep well during the hot nights.

Dear Susan ! Thank you very much for staying in your house in octobre/novembre in sarasota. We loved it, everything has been better than the photos we´ve seen before. Our suns didn´t want to leave the pool, they allways enjoyed the water, swimming, diving, jumping into it.... The contact to annalise was very good. The property owner is very communicative and friendly. Her daughter is next door and there if issues arise. The house is very clean and well furnished. The pool is maintained and enclosed to keep the bugs out. Easy process and owner who wants the guests to be comfortable.

Our home away from home
This property for our family was perfect, we had 3 adults and 3 children, it fit our needs perfectly. We felt so comfortable there, it was the perfect location to everything. We watched fireworks on July 4th at the Philippi state park on the docks, recommended by a local A+ it was only 5 mins from the house. You can also put in an kayak there too. They kids swam in the pool everyday. We went to Turtle Beach for the day and evening sunsets, not a lot of people there. We also ate at demitros pizza and Walt’s fish market and restaurant. Both great places. They had equipment for the beach and toys for the kids. We hope to come back soon. It was a wonderful week.

Excellent property!
Susan was very prompt with all communication. The home was beautiful and set up well with everything we could need for a beach vacation. Annalise being next door was so helpful for any issues/questions and she was very responsive and kind. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed doing many jigsaw puzzles out on the lanai! The property is so close to everything - grocery store, shops, restaurants, and about 10 minute drive from Siesta Key Beach!

Wonderful vacation experience
Absolutely loved everything about this property! It had everything we needed, beach towels, beach and pool toys, an extra fridge in the garage plus a cooler to take along to the beach, plenty of blankets and pillows, all the bedding was top quality and comfortable, I could go on and on, one of our favorites was the amazing outdoor space, a heated saltwater pool , lots of outdoor seating, and a grill that was clean and ready to use, one of the owners lived next door and was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, highly highly recommend this property! Definitely 5 stars!

This house was PERFECT!
This house had everything we needed for a family beach stay. The high chair and pack-n-play was a great help for the littlest one. The outside seating and pool were a huge hit with the other kids. There were tons of toys, beach toys, beach towels, and beach chairs that made going to the beach a breeze. We love all the area beaches and this location was an easy drive to all of them. Susan was amazing to work with and was very quick to communicate with us on anything we needed. We will be back to this house again!

A Great vacation home!
Our family really enjoyed staying at Susan's home. Everything was as represented in the photos and the description. The home was very clean, the pool was awesome and Annalise was easy to reach, although we really did not need much during our two weeks. We also found the beds to be very comfortable and plenty of room for the family to spread-out and have their personal space. We enjoyed the pool and patio area daily. After a two week stay, we did not find anything lacking in the home. We will definitely return for another visit. Well done, Susan and Annalise.

A Beautiful Home Away From Home
Our stay at Susan’s beautiful house couldn’t have been better. It was well appointed and we didn’t want for anything. The house was immaculate and check in was a breeze. We loved the thoughtful decor and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen: perfectly equipped for cooking many of our meals and the grill was a great extra to have. This is the BEST vacation home we’ve ever stayed in and won’t hesitate to book again when we visit Sarasota in the future. One more important factor in our 5-star review: both Susan and Annalise were so kind and friendly in their communication with us.

Great family home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely Sarasota home. Worked very well for us with our 3 young adult granddaughters whohad the upstairs all to themselves. Great Experience. Just what we were hoping for...
This is a very charming home. It is clean, comfortable and full of amenities, inside as well as out. The pool was a highlight for our 4-year old granddaughter. As an added surprise and one that was very appreciated, our host and neighbor, Annalise put up a Christmas tree for our holiday enjoyment. The location was convenient to shopping and eateries and within reasonable distance to the beach. It was great to have beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and sand toys for our use. The outside shower was a plus as well. The owner was very pleasant to work with and we certainly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Best Vacation
This was one of our best vacations. We were nervous to switch up our beach routine after 15 years of vacationing on 30a in NW Florida! This will be our new spot and the only regret we have is not visiting this area sooner! We loved it. First of all, Annalise is a true gem! She lives right next door and checked on us throughout our whole trip. She was always available to answer questions and give suggestions. The house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space to relax and retreat to. The house is equipped with literally anything you could need. Beach towels, beach chairs, toys… everything. It even has a box fan which I love to sleep with to drown out noise. The master suite feels very separate and was nice when I needed some quiet time to read. It also had its own door to the pool. The outdoor shower and sitting area were awesome as well. The drive to the beach is quick. I had reservations about not staying on the island but I’m so glad we didn’t. Running errands and grabbing food was so easy, as everything you need is a quick drive around a corner. They have thought of everything and are the kindest hosts we’ve met. I can’t rave enough about this property and the family. You won’t regret it. Just book it!

Wonderful vacation home!
Our family had a wonderful time in Sarasota; it was our first visit to the area. This home was the perfect place to stay. Susan and Annalise made us feel welcome, were easy to reach when needed, and were so accommodating to our family’s needs. The house was very clean and well stocked with all you’d need when headed to the beach (chairs, towels, sand toys) or cooking a meal. Our beds were comfortable even for our larger teenage boys. The pool was refreshing and the kids loved relaxing in it after a day at the beach. It took us about 15 mins driving to get to Seista beach and about the same to get to Turtle Beach. We enjoyed visiting different beaches and rivers in the area. Downtown Sarasota was about 15 mins as well and a very fun and educational area. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. If we return we’ll definitely choose Susan’s house! We highly recommend this property!

We are British, living year round in Surrey, England. We have been travelling to Sarasota since 1982 when my own parents chose it for their retirement and built a wonderful golf course home.
Our daughter lives next door, manages our property and takes great care of our guests. She has lived in Sarasota since 1991 and she and her husband are in construction with a great portfolio of lovely properties so our own 'home from home' is in excellent hands.
