Unser kürzlich umgebautes, 204 m2 großes Ferienhaus wurde exquisit, in elegantem tropischen Stil dekoriert. Es befindet sich hoch auf einem großen Stück Land an einem Privatweg mit nur 6 Häusern, in der Nähe von Phillippi Creek mit all seinen wunderbaren Vögeln und wilden Tieren. Fahren Sie mit dem Auto oder Rad zu den Stränden von Siesta Key (10 Minuten Autofahrt) oder besuchen Sie die Southgate Mall und die vielen Restaurants des Tamiami Trail, ebenso nah gelegen. Sie können auch einfach in Ihrem eigenen Tropenparadies entspannen, am glitzernden, geheizten, vollkommen abgeschirmten Pool, in Ihrem Essbereich im Freien mit Gasgrill und einer neuen überdachten Veranda!

Winter getaway

Beautiful home with heated pool which we thoroughly enjoyed along with our visiting children and grandchildren. The outside patio area was very inviting and comfortable. Our family of 6 decided to stay in the Siesta key/Sarasota area for my Wifes Bday/New Years and Susan has provided us a beautifully equiped home with everything we needed for our vacation. The house was spotless, comfortable and provided everything we needed. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. We enjoyed morning and evening walks around the surrounding streets. Our 1st time exploring the area and everything was in close proximity to the home. The kids loved their rooms and enjoyed playing in the heated pool first thing in the morning and after a long day at the beaches/parks. We ate breakfast and dinners at the table and the kitchen provided all the necessities and ample space for meal preps. We wish we could have stayed longer but look forward to when we can visit again soon. Thank you Susan.

Excellent Sarasota House with Pool

Susan the owner was very helpful with recommendations before we arrived. Property was very clean and comfortable with a lot of outside space for relaxing. Kitchen is really well stocked for those who wish to cook but if you don’t there are numerous restaurants an easy drive away. A good base from which to explore this lovely area.

Cory we were so sorry that our cleaner was working solo that day and had a full house to turn around, we were unaware that she was still there until you told us. Happily we were able to invite you to enjoy the pool or go upstairs and unpack and after a 45 minute delay you were in. We have now asked them to always call us if they are running late so we can call guests and let them know so thank you for flagging that situation. We will always be happy to see you and your family return.

The property owner is very communicative and friendly. Her daughter is next door and there if issues arise. The house is very clean and well furnished. The pool is maintained and enclosed to keep the bugs out. Easy process and owner who wants the guests to be comfortable.

Great family home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely Sarasota home. Worked very well for us with our 3 young adult granddaughters whohad the upstairs all to themselves. Plus the beautiful pool provided a real extra treat for all. Good attention to detail through out the house. We very much enjoyed our exchange with the home owner and her family. Excellent property!

Susan was very prompt with all communication. The home was beautiful and set up well with everything we could need for a beach vacation. Annalise being next door was so helpful for any issues/questions and she was very responsive and kind. The pool was wonderful and we enjoyed doing many jigsaw puzzles out on the lanai! The property is so close to everything - grocery store, shops, restaurants, and about 10 minute drive from Siesta Key Beach!

Excellent Value

Spent 2 weeks in this house and enjoyed it thoroughly. It was exactly as listed and very well maintained and clean. The pool was excellent. it was located close enough to everything including several excellent golf courses, restaurants and Fiesta Key beach. The neighborhood was very peaceful. A few small glitches were seen to immediately and without fuss. I would recommend this property to friends and would not hesitate to return there.

A Beautiful Home Away From Home

Our stay at Susan’s beautiful house couldn’t have been better. It was well appointed and we didn’t want for anything. The house was immaculate and check in was a breeze. We loved the thoughtful decor and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen: perfectly equipped for cooking many of our meals and the grill was a great extra to have. This is the BEST vacation home we’ve ever stayed in and won’t hesitate to book again when we visit Sarasota in the future. One more important factor in our 5-star review: both Susan and Annalise were so kind and friendly in their communication with us.

A Great vacation home!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Susan's home. Everything was as represented in the photos and the description. The home was very clean, the pool was awesome and Annalise was easy to reach, although we really did not need much during our two weeks. We also found the beds to be very comfortable and plenty of room for the family to spread-out and have their personal space. We enjoyed the pool and patio area daily. After a two week stay, we did not find anything lacking in the home. We will definitely return for another visit. Well done, Susan and Annalise.

This house was PERFECT!

This house had everything we needed for a family beach stay. The high chair and pack-n-play was a great help for the littlest one. The outside seating and pool were a huge hit with the other kids. There were tons of toys, beach toys, beach towels, and beach chairs that made going to the beach a breeze. We love all the area beaches and this location was an easy drive to all of them. Susan was amazing to work with and was very quick to communicate with us on anything we needed. We will be back to this house again!

Perfect Sarasota Getaway!

We had the perfect stay with extended family. With the 2 living areas plus the outdoor living space everyone had ample space to relax while at home. Did you see the pics of the pool? Salt water and warm, our 7 year old daughter lived in this well maintained pool and only wanted to get out for shopping or a trip to the beach. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and of course the beaches. Everything about it is well maintained and inviting. This is a trip our family does every year and we are hoping our dates will match availability next year.

Excellent House With Everything You Need + Beaches

Our stay at Susan's house was superb. Everything that we needed was there for us. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we had everything that we needed to cook great meals. The pool was superb and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool almost every day and BBQ outside on the grill. My daughter did her virtual schooling from the deck outside. The WIFI was very reliable and fast. I can't wait to go back and stay at Susan's again. I highly recommend this house because it is also centrally located. The house is a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches and our favorite restaurant Antoine's, and other restaurants in the area are also excellent. The owners are responsive and friendly and have taken every detail into account.

Our home away from home

This property for our family was perfect, we had 3 adults and 3 children, it fit our needs perfectly. We felt so comfortable there, it was the perfect location to everything. We watched fireworks on July 4th at the Philippi state park on the docks, recommended by a local A+ it was only 5 mins from the house. You can also put in an kayak there too. They kids swam in the pool everyday. We went to Turtle Beach for the day and evening sunsets, not a lot of people there. We also ate at demitros pizza and Walt’s fish market and restaurant. Both great places. They had equipment for the beach and toys for the kids. We hope to come back soon. It was a wonderful week.

Demetrios was our go to Pizza place in the '80s and Walt's Fish Market too, these are local legends and so close to home. Comfortable with everything you need for a perfect stay

Loved the house. I have used many rentals properties and they often disappoint or fail to live up to the advertised pictures and descriptions. However this was one of the best. We all felt like we were staying in someones real home . Everything you needed and more was provided. Everything worked and the bed was more comfortable than the one I sleep in at home! Pool and the outdoor furniture was excellent. The location was great although its hard to drag yourselves away to explore. The owner was extremely helpful and prompt in replying to my enquiries and questions. Hope to return to Sarasota again and would not dream of booking any where else for my family. Thank you for a wonderful vacation

Every time I stay, which I did in May, I indulge in gorgeous new furnishings and hope that my guests will love and appreciate them so your kind words mean more than you know. My most recent shopping spree was at my daughter's fabulous store, Art of Living Collective on Siesta Drive, I fuelled my passion for the environment too because so many of their pieces are vintage and up-cycled - win win. We are British, living year round in Surrey, England. We have been travelling to Sarasota since 1982 when my own parents chose it for their retirement and built a wonderful golf course home.
Our daughter lives next door, manages our property and takes great care of our guests. She has lived in Sarasota since 1991 and she and her husband are in construction with a great portfolio of lovely properties so our own 'home from home' is in excellent hands.
