Phoenix West 2004 ist eine geräumige 3 Schlafzimmer, 4 Badezimmer Golf-Fronteinheit.

Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player und ein eigenes Bad mit Jacuzzi-Wanne, großer begehbarer in Fliesen Dusche und Doppelwaschtisch.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch ein Kingsize-Bett mit eigenem Bad, und das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten und ein eigenes Bad. Beide Gästezimmer haben einen großen Flachbild-TV.

Der Wohnbereich ist mit Fliesen im gesamten, vom Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Fenster und einen großen Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player. WLAN steht zusammen mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche, Bartresen mit Eismaschine und einem vollen Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner zur Verfügung.

Great Stay

The communication was awesome. The lazy river was our favorite. The accommodations were good. I wish at least one parking spot was included in stay. But thats only complaint if you want to call it that. We will be staying again next year. Great family trip and family environment.

Great spacious condo

The room was very nice and spacious for 9 people. The ice maker in the room was a wonderful bonus! Only complaint was the TV didn't work in master bedroom and the pool had a serious gnat problem! Other than that we had a great time 😊

Beautiful Condo

We loved our condo! Beautiful and super roomy. Lots of comfortable furniture. Plenty of room for a baby to crawl and feel safe. We were not on top of each other. The property was gorgeous. Loved the Lazy River. There were some very minor issues that were resolved quickly. Family had a wonderful vacation and would definitely go back!

Clean and comfortable

Unit was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable and loved that everyone had room to spread out instead of being crammed together. It was on the 20th floor but elevators ran smooth all week and we rarely had to wait more than a few minutes. Agree with most that the tvs and remotes and swivel chair could be changed out but that wasn’t our main focus of the week. Loved the pools and lazy river at the resort and the balcony was nice and spacious. Would stay again!

Exceptional Property

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The condo is very clean and well appointed. Layout of the condo is very good, and the view from the balcony is exquisite. Only problems were terrible wifi, as well as cell phone reception, and some very noisy neighbors upstairs. I know the latter is out of this property's control, but kids running and moving furniture across the floor was very annoying for our infant grandson's sleep. That said, we'd return here in a heartbeat: every aspect of the condo itself was superb!

Family friendly facility

Overall this property was a good choice for my family. The decor was nice but different from the pictures posted on line. Kitchen was small and only 1 person could be preparing food comfortably. Ice makers probably need to be cleaned more often. Even though everything looked clean when we arrived, my granddaughter was covered with black streaks after being in the floor for 5 minutes. Would recommend TV's be serviced since they were not working consistently. Would highly recommend this property.

Awesome condo!!

I would absolutely recommend this condo to my family and friends. We had 4 adults and 2 young kids in our group. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. The only thing I would change would be to get smart tvs. Not a big deal but it’s nice when you have kids and want to settle down for the evening and watch a movie that they like. But again, not a big breaker. The condo was on the 20th floor, close to the elevators. Not a problem at all. Never heard a lot of noise and we didn’t have a long wait time for the elevators. Maybe a minute or two at the most. The kids loved the lazy river and the big slide! The walk-in pool was nice as well. We stayed the week after Labor Day so it wasn’t crowded. But I can see during the summer that the small pool would not be enough space for the size of the building. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented for a girls' trip! Large property with lots of room and privacy but not crammed with bunkbeds. Spectacular gulf views and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony (table/4 chairs and 2 loungers). Lots of family room seating and nice dining room table area. All three bedrooms have private baths and there is an additional fourth common bath. 4 queen beds and a sofa sleeper (sleeps 10). Full size washer and dryer. Bathrooms a little dated but spotless. Ice maker in bar area is very handy. Kitchen area was not cleaned completely - used pod in coffeemaker, grimy cabinets, dusty bar glasses. Definitely felt the need to disinfect some kitchen areas. Aside from the lackluster food/drink area cleaning, everything else was spotless! Furniture arrangement was great for conversation, games and relaxation. Unit located conveniently to elevators. Building staff all very friendly and helpful. Parking passes $31.50 and easy to purchase at building front desk area. Would definitely stay again in this unit!
