Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein eigenes, frisch renoviertes Badezimmer. 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen / Twin-Etagenbett. 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein Queen / Queen-Etagenbett. 4. Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett. Die untere Ebene ist von der oberen Ebene mit Icynen-Schaum getrennt, um sowohl die Nachrichten als auch den Schaum zwischen den Schlafzimmern zu reduzieren. Das 5. Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und privates Badezimmer, 6 Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und Zugang zu einem Badezimmer, 7. Familienzimmer verfügt über 2 Glasschiebetüren vollständig zu den schönen Blick auf den See zu schätzen oder zu Fuß auf den massiven in überdachten Deck abgeschirmt. Weitere TV-Raum in der Rückseite des Hauses, das 3 hat zwei Einzelbetten. Zimmer perfekt gelegen, weg von den großen Raum und Garten, die "Schläfer" in den Schlaf zu ermöglichen, während der Wach Spaß geht weiter.

Dieses Haus ist fast 3.000 Quadratfuß perfekt genutzt Raum für große Versammlungen mit mehr als 80 Meter von Wasser.

Schwimmen, Bootfahren, Angeln oder einfach nur die Musik auf der Anklagebank für Tag hören. Lagerfeuer und fangen Glühwürmchen in der Nacht. Diese Seite des Sees hat warmen Wassertemperaturen zwischen April und November, weniger dicht besiedelt als der öffentlichen Seite und großen Fischen das ganze Jahr über.

Kanu- und Paddelboot erhältlich. Der Zugang zu Community Bootsanleger und Zimmer auf 2 Boote auf das Haus der Anklagebank zu sichern. Es gibt auch einen schwimmenden Anschluß für Ihr Surfboards. Family fun

We had a great time, the amenities at the house were great. The slide was a big hit with all, it was great to be able to walk in the water from the beach. Only complaint was the weather was very hot and the water was hot.

We had the best time at this property, it was fully stacked with everything we need, very clean upon arrival with easy access to the lake. We were able to use the canoes and grill which added greatly to our trip! The sunsets were beautiful and the area was quiet. We will definitely be returning!

Great location, great amenities

This spot in Lake Anna was great. Warm water and kids had a blast on the slide. Volleyball area was a great touch. We forgot to bring a slow cooker and the neighbor who handles check-in let us borrow his. Everyone was very friendly.

This was a wonderful house to take the family for our yearly family vacation. The house was located at the end of the lake and was very private. The house was very spacious and very well maintained. The owners were very attentive to all of our requests. Would highly recommend this house!!! 5stars - we will definitely be back.

Great spot for family vacation - all ages!

This was a great spot for our family vacation. There were 18 of us aged from 7 months to 62 years :) The house is very well equipped for a large group - big island in the kitchen, large table on the screened porch, plenty of bedrooms. The kids loved all the bunk bed options! We spent hours every day in the lake. The water was very warm! Surprisingly warm. But that was great for the kids. And all ages loved the water slide. We had a boat which was a huge benefit so we could explore the huge, beautiful lake. Tho host was very communicative. Definitely recommend!

Great Family Vacation

What a great week! Wonderful home with plenty of space for our family of 22… screened in patio and deck accommodated all of us with no problem. Huge yard with fire pit, playground and other games were used daily. The beach/dock/boathouse was the focal point for us the entire week! We brought our boat and could not get the kids out of or off of the water. We had a blast! Thanks again for the great memories made at your Lake House!

Christmas Memories

It is never a bad time to be at the Lake....even if it was December. The house had plenty of beds and a number of rooms to allow for some privacy. Plenty of water pressure and hot water - nice walk in showers. We had a blast making Christmas cookies and gingerbread houses on the large island. Private side of the lake brings warmer water, so some jumped in and swam off the nice dock. Great communication with the owner and manager. Very thankful for the time spent to relax and make memories.

Smaller than expected but we had a lot of fun!

The amenities are great - we had a groups of 9 kids 5 and under and loved the quiet cove, the yard space, the water slide and the sloped beach area! We saw a lot of fish (only caught 1) and made lots of memories. The house was much much smaller than we expected. There was plenty of room for the adults, but we had 4 pack n plays and a bassinet and they did not fit in the rooms very well as the downstairs bedrooms are small and the beds take up the whole space. But we had a great time, had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking, plenty of fresh towels and linens and it was clean!

Great Labor Day Weekend

A great house for multiple families with kids of all ages. Clean, lots of bedrooms, big kitchen with a giant island great for prepping and serving. Limited indoor dining options, but the screened porch has plenty of room. Owner was great to work with, very accommodating. The peddle boat is broken, but there are 2 canoes and lots of life vests in different sizes. It's a no wake area, so the lake is very calm. All in all, a great option for a big group!

Week at the lake

We had a wonderful time was not impressed with the cleanliness of the house. Had to clean kitchen sweep and some of the sheets were nasty. Crumbs in a few beds. For the price would have thought it would have been a lot better. I feel we left it in much better condition.

Great House

The house was great, very spacious and kept clean. Screened in porch was amazing for eating meals outside and relaxing. The dock is large and great for hanging out with friends. Unfortunately, someone in our group caused some minor damage. The owner was easy to work with and even attempted to fix it himself at a reduced fee. The only issue we ran into was having to take our trash to the dump at the end of the trip in our small sedan. Not a problem if you have a pick-up truck, etc.

Great property, good amenities, be wary of the owner and contract language

Overall the trip was an absolute success, however, to anyone else thinking of renting this property be certain to review the contract language when working with the property owner. We were charged $100 for one set of sheets and two pillow cases to be washed as well as $113 for a visit from the plumber the owner scheduled where the basement bathroom was clogged and the plumber needed to "snake the pipes" because of "excessive toilet paper." The bathroom was used once by one single person on the first day and in no extreme fashion and the toilet immediately became clogged. The owner warns of using the bathroom prior to the visit but says nothing about how poor the septic/sewage system actually is. I would not be surprised if this happened to multiple other visitors of this property. The owner needs to either restrict visitors from using the basement bathroom all together or get the system fixed.

Stay was good, but could have been better

Our stay was mostly good, but there were a few things that made it not great. Although there was a walk through, it's not feasible to notice every single detail during an initial inspection. First, several of the comforters had white stains on them, and weren't able to be used. We didn't notice this until we went to get in bed. I texted the owner and the linen company contacted us first thing in the morning to provide new comforters. Unfortunately, one of the replacements we received was also dirty after we unfolded it to go to bed. Additionally, there was a layer of dust on some of the furniture (not a huge deal, but something to note). The home has great outdoor amenities and tons of bedrooms and beds to sleep. The common areas are a bit small to accommodate that number of people sleeping, but we were able to make it work. We were there during Hurricane Ian, so if the weather had been better, we probably wouldn't have felt tight at all, as we would have been outside more.

Fantastic outdoor space but small rooms

We had a great time with family and friends at the Happy Place. Adam was very responsive in answering our questions throughout our stay. The house is very very well stocked and had everything we needed and more. We had good weather throughout our stay, so we were able to make full use of the awesome outdoor facilities. The kids loved the playground, water slide, and jumping off the dock into the lake. The large dining table in the screened-in porch is great for big family dinners. And it was nice to have after dinner chats around the fire pit. We had a great stay overall, but I have to admit, we were somewhat disappointed in the beginning because the house was not what we expected. I later realized that it was because the online pictures did not show complete exterior shots of the house. This is not a typical high-end single family house rental that you usually see on Lake Anna (despite the price). The rooms are very small - in three of them, you barely have room to shimmy around the bed. The house floor plan is rectangular, which makes for an unusual layout of long hallways. If we had cold/ bad weather, it would not have been fun to be stuck indoors. But the house grew on us, and everybody had a great time during our stay.

Great place for Family Vacation

From the swimming area to the multi bedroom house - it was great! Many of the teenagers jumped out of car right into Lake. Water was warm. Water slide with built in water that flowed down it was very popular. Most of kids and all adults were on Wi-Fi all week with no problems. Rented a 250 hp boat part of the week and kids went tubing and swimming out on the lake. We had a fire in the fire pit almost every night. Porches and deck equipped with comfortable chairs made eating with 16 people easy. A couple people brought fishing poles and caught some good sized catfish. The deck by the swimming area had an electronic awning and Bluetooth speaker system. The only drawback is that living room could not accommodate 16 people comfortably. But we we were outside most of time.

Great for our entire family!

We went with 5 kids (7,7,7,6,3) and the property was absolutely perfect for them! We also had 4 older adults who are careful with steps and ladders. The lake set-up was so perfect for both ends of our age spectrum. The kids had sand to play in and the grandparents could enter and exit the lake without using the ladder. The beds were comfy and the screened in porch fit all 17 of us easily. The basement fridge/sink was clutch for a group this big. The kids also loved playing with the games downstairs and hanging out in the kids room. We had an amazing trip and are looking forward to going back!

We've been renting homes at Lake Anna for years now, dreaming of the day we could afford the perfect home to purchase. We finally stumbled onto this great property that was on the water, fantastic boathouse that was close to the house itself, lots of places to entertain and board guests, wooded and private.

We liked the idea of a gated community where we could get to know the neighbors but not feel like anyone was right on top of us. With 1.8 acres we hardly see anyone and when you step out onto the massive covered porch with your cup of coffee and can hear the birds chirping and the squirrels playing and when you see the occasional Bald Eagle you will know exactly what I mean. On the main level we have a king suite with a private bathroom and another bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a queen over queen bunk bed with full size stairs and a room with a twin over queen with full size stairs which makes it very easy for anyone to get up and down. We also have a two twins and another trundle bed and a recliner couch that is very comfortable for sleeping, which I myself have spent some time on.

The basement has two king suites with two beautifully designed bathrooms that connect directly to the bedrooms. Each bathroom has double vanity's, separate toilet room and stand up showers. The TV Room which can be used as a 7th bedroom boast two built in bunks, one that is a queen over queen and one that is a twin over twin. There are full size stairs built to the upper bunks so even adults can easily sleep there. There is also a trundle bed which contains two twin beds. This room also boasts a 60" lcd tv with 7.1 surround sound, dvd player as well as speakers attached to the whole house audio system. There is a 9' shuffle board table and a foosball table with kitchenette, fullsize fridgerator caninets and sink.

When we were looking for houses we wanted to make sure there was a sandpit for our two girls to play in because inevitably that would provide Mom and Dad plenty of time for peace and quiet (most of the time :). We wanted the water to be deep enough to get our boat in and out but shallow enough for small kids to be able to stand/sit at the waters edge. We didnt want to have to walk 1/2 a mile to the boathouse because it a pain to lug all that stuff around. Our house is situated as close as we are allowed to have it to the water. We also didnt need a huge house when we know were were going to spend most of our time on the porch and at the boathouse. This house has a wonderful use of space which focuses on sleeping alot of people very comfortably and still have an open floor plan in the kitchen, breakfast area and family room and separate tv area in the back of the house so to provide some separation during those days where the weather might not be so good. We also didnt want alot of boat traffic so that we didnt have to worry about the kids and deal with high wakes all the time. We are at the end of a cove in a wake free area which minimizes that risk.
