Long weekend getaway

This property was just what we needed for a long weekend getaway. We loved the outdoor space and the house was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed making coffee and walking up to the beach. Thank you for having us.

Wonderful location, spotless property

We had a terrific Memorial Day Weekend at this Lavalette property. It was spotless upon arrival, the hosts were very responsive, and the location is steps away from the beach and the best restaurants/shops in Lavalette. We would definitely rent this location again.

Great place and location

We had a wonderful stay in Lavallette. The property was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were very easy to work with. It’s also in a great location near the beach and restaurants. We loved it!

Excellent beach block property

I was impressed by the excellent service, cleanliness, and overall comfort provided. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to everything I needed during my visit. The accommodations were impeccable, and every amenity exceeded my expectations.

Perfect Place in Lavallette

Last Minute Getaway

I planned this little getaway the night before and it could not have gone any smoother ! Loved the host Tracey, she was so friendly and accommodating to our every need . The rental was adorable , clean, great location and a perfect fit for my family.

Utter Relaxation

Our small group of friends are repeat guests for this lovely spot. The unit is very well laid out, very clean, and in an absolutely ideal location. It is located on a quiet street with supreme access to the beach, yet also within walking distance of a few shops and restaurants. It is a true gem and I highly recommend you enjoy a stay here!

Amazing weekend in Lavallette

We stayed for two nights and couldn’t have been happier with the rental. It was very clean, new furnishings and fully stocked kitchen. The owner was a pleasure to deal with; she answered every question I had promptly even before I had actually booked the weekend. Checking in and out was seamless. Location of the rental was prime; half a block from the beach and a 2-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. We were juggling a 1 and 3 year old so it was awesome to have so much walkable with our stroller vs having to drive. Loved our stay and would absolutely return next season!

Perfect Location

Just as great as the listing and the previous reviews all say. Nicely decorated interior and the kitchen is well equipped for more than a few days at the shore! Bunk beds were a hit with kids of course. Briefly met our host and she was super nice - would definitely stay here again! Ideal location, too. Didn’t use our car the entire time we were there since the beach was half a block a way, shopping & dining a block a way in the other direction. Go to Lenny’s for dinner, Castaways for lunch & drinks and Lava Java the rest of the day for coffee and breakfast!

Fabulous Lavalette Rental

We had a wonderful stay in this beach-block apartment. It was sparkling clean, had everything we needed and the location was perfect - so close to the beach and restaurants for evening meals (and icecream stores of-course!). Tracey was a great communicator and responded very quickly to any questions we had on the area and rental. I highly recommend this spot for small family groups looking for a rental in Lavalette. We will be back!

Just perfect!

Tracey’s place is adorable and has everything you would need. Immaculately clean. She even supplies quality beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach cart . Oh and beach passes too! It’s only about a 3 minute walk to the beach, right down the sidewalk. No having to cross a street. Right around the corner are shops, a coffee/sandwich spot, ice cream and restaurants. It’s a perfect location and very walkable. Tracey couldn’t have been any nicer or accommodating. Would definitely come back.

Lava Love At First Sight

I think the fact that two weeks later we are STILL talking about how wonderful our Columbus Day weekend stay was speaks volumes. My husband, my 18 year old son and I had the best fall weekend in Lavalette and staying at this property was a huge part of that. Our host Tracey was just wonderful, excellent with communication, and her property was just a beautiful place to stay. So clean, and everything we needed was there for us. Beds were super comfortable! Kitchen was well appointed. Lots of natural light. We had a very quiet experience here as no one was in the downstairs unit. We were delighted to discover how close it was to the beach (took several walks on both the beach and the walking/biking path at the entrance to the beach), but it was also close to the main road where Lenny’s Pizza and LavaJava (soooo good) were - just a softball throw away. Speaking of places to eat, Tracey had a convenient board hung up in the kitchen with menus to all of the take-out places which was helpful. We were also happy a Wawa was a quick drive away to grab necessities like milk and OJ and drinks our first morning. The goal of our stay was to spend some quality time at the Jersey Shore which I had not been back to since 2007 and we accomplished that. We are hoping maybe to do a repeat at this property next year! One more mention to show how wonderful our hosts were is when they found out how late we got in our first night due to the epic traffic we encountered, they offered for us to take our time leaving on our check out day. We completely appreciated the gesture and did take our time, delighted to get the extra time to enjoy our stay! Thank you so much to our hosts! It was SUCH a wonderful stay! (PS - we named the crane on the wall in the living room, Hank ;)

Cute place in a great location

This second floor apartment was cute, well-furnished with everything you'd need, and just a short half-block to the beach. The first floor patio was a lovely place for meals. Having an outside shower is so helpful! It's around the corner from some good restaurants and the wonderful Lava Java. Tracey was wonderful to work with and very accommodating with everything. We really loved Lavallette! The place is small--everything is well situated but navigating around the kitchen or living room was a little tight. The third bedroom (with bunks) is quite small--minimal floor space to move around, and the wall between that bedroom and the living room is slightly open at the top, so it might be tough if someone wanted to go to sleep early.

Cozy, Clean & Complete

We were blown away by the cleanliness and functionality of our home. This home pretty much has everything for a great beach getaway. The owners are super responsive with communication and even when they couldn’t help, they were quick to provide options. This place is the perfect distance between beach and eating, walking distance to all.
