Zwei Schlafzimmer / zwei Bäder Eigentumswohnung am Strand auf dem weißen Sand von Siesta Keys feinsten

Wir bieten eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern sowie einer Veranda mit Blick auf das Grundstück. Wir sind neue Eigentümer, die die meisten Möbel in der Einheit ersetzt haben. Wir haben die Küche, das Bad und die gesamte Einheit frisch gestrichen. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem 40-Zoll-Fernseher für Ihr Sehvergnügen. Der Meister hat einfachen Zugang zum Lanai, der sich hervorragend zum Kaffee am Morgen, zum Lesen, für Cocktails und zum Essen eignet. Die Küche erhielt alle neuen Arbeitsplatten, Spritzschutz, Trockenbau und Farbe. Zu den Gästezimmern gehören alle neuen Möbel, Bettwäsche, Waschtische und Farben. Ein 40-Zoll-Fernseher sorgt für das Sehvergnügen unserer Gäste. In den Hauptwohnräumen kauften wir einen neuen 55-Zoll-Fernseher für die Unterhaltung unserer Gäste. Die gesamte Einheit ist offen, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Vielleicht ist unser Lieblingsteil der Komfort im ersten Stock für den einfachen Zugriff auf den Transport von Lebensmitteln, das Ein- und Aussteigen für Snacks und Getränke, das Abstellen der Kinder für ein Nickerchen oder Ausflüge zum Strand.

Girls Beach Trip

What a great location! Right next to the beach and pools! The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent communication with the owner as well. Just be sure to bring your own beach towels. The resort does not provide for them. Not a biggie as we just cruised into the local Publix and bought them on the cheap. Highly recommend this resort and Siesta Key! Had a blast!

Wonderful Week

We are very happy with the week spent in this condo. There were six of us and plenty of space.The two bedrooms were very comfortable and roomy for us. The condo is very clean and staying on the first floor is perfect. Pool and beach are amazing. We hope to stay in this condo again

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property is exactly as you see! There is so much space in the living area of the condo, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is appointed with everything you could need! Just steps from the beach, and overlooking one of the two pools on the property, this unit lived up to the expectations and then some. We loved our stay!!

A perfect place for a girls trip getaway!

A very spacious condo. Beautiful beach with white sand. Owner was very happy to answer any questions for me. If there was any problem with anything I just had to tell them at the office and they would come quickly to take care of it

Great condo for family or couple

This was a girls getaway and the condo was conveniently located on Siesta Key to shopping and restaurants. Also, the pools and beach were spectacular but busy. We had one very minor issue which the owners took care of immediately. There were plenty of towels and some sand toys for the grandcutie. Check in was a breeze and plenty of parking - which - when you have a grandcutie with you, you're bringing your whole house, right? Loved everything about this condo. Would 100% rent this property again.

Beautiful condo

We liked that the unit was on the first floor (since I had just had foot surgery); however, you still had to climb a couple of stairs to get into the unit. Air conditioning worked very well, and we loved the black out curtains. The owners communicated quickly and were always extremely nice. The condo is very spacious and updated.

Beautiful ,walkable to beach

It is beautifully maintained , clean condo with all amenities from iron, hair dryer, beach toys for kids. Walkable distance to beach which is what I was looking. This is on the first floor, nearest to office, 4th building from the beach. The owners were very prompt in answering to any doubts . Overall a wonderful place for a family.

April 11th through April 15th

Loved this place! It was very clean and comfortable beds! Condo was equipped with everything we needed. The check in was process was easy and plenty of parking. Great access to the beach just a short walk away. Nice swimming pools as well. Easy access to stores nearby. Plan on staying here again next year!
