Great layout and location

Had a wonderful stay at this SeaPines condo. The layout was perfect - kids upstairs, parents downstairs! 4 minute bike ride to the beach club with included bikes. The beaches there are fantastic. Had plenty of beach chairs to bring along too. Will stay again!

Amazing time

We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and so close to the beach! I took my 3 teenagers and their friends for the week, and everyone had a blast. I highly recommend this rental and will certainly be back.

Fantastic Accomodations

The property was clean and well appointed. The host thought of all the little details necessary for a great stay. We put the bikes and beach chairs to good use. I would recommend this property for other guests to Sea Pines.

Hilton Head Wedding

It was a perfect location and overall set up for us. We especially liked the kitchen, which was lovely, with all the dishes and such that we could ever need. My husband and I stayed there with our two daughters and their husbands, and everyone was comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful Place to Relax

What a great place to relax and unwind. Excellent location in Sea Pines - on bike path and easy access to stores and restaurants without being in the midst of them. Beautiful view out the windows.

Fabulous Stay at Sea Pines

My wife and I had a great stay at Sea Pines this past week. The property was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The property owners were great and so easy to work with for the rental. Their communication with us was excellent throughout the process. I would not hesitate to rent the property again.

Perfect HHI vacation

The property location was perfect and the villa itself is lovely! Great location near center of Sea Pines so biking to all Sea Pines landmarks is easy. Bike to beach in 5 minutes with access to beach club. The villa was perfect size for our family. Wonderful owners & very responsive whenever a question came up. Top of our list of favorite vacation spots!

Excellent family vacation

Our family enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful villa . Great location, close to the beach . Villa was spotless and have a lot of nice amenities. Very well stuffed kitchen… I loved the kitchen !!! Welcoming wine bottle was a nice thoughtful touch. We loved it so much that we ask Jessica to extend our vacation. She was very kind and helpful! Overall…Great villa and great location spot ! Highly recommend! We definitely would love to stay there again!

Fabulous stay and even better townhome. Not one complaint. Arrived a little early and townhome was spotless and very well cleaned. Easy access to beach and walking distance to the golf courses. Strongly encourage…. We’ll be back. And the A/C works exceptionally well.

A perfect vacation property.

This property was perfect for our Sea Pines beach vacation. Newly renovated it had everything we needed for our week long beach vacation. Very spacious, comfortable beds, new bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, and a family room with room to spare so everyone could spread out and not be on top of each other. I have stayed in many VRBO property's and this is in the top of the list. I would give this property a 6th star in a 5 star review if allowed. We will be re-booking for next year...

Memorial Day Weekend in Sea Pines w/ the Dogs!

My wife and I and our two dogs had a great stay at Jessica's condo in Sea Pines. The place is exactly as advertised - very spacious with tons of natural light (which is especially great on a rainy day) and room to relax. The place is very accomodating, with a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and everything you could need. 10-15 minute walk to the beach and the Beach Club. We hit the beach every, rode bikes, and cooked dinners every night. Thanks for everything, look forward to our next stay!

Cleanest, most well-equipped, and most convenient location we have stayed in SeaPines.

I cannot say enough about your villa. From the smooth transition of our arrival to the day we left, it was absolutely wonderful. Your villa is BY FAR the cleanest villa we have stayed at while in Seapines (we come every summer). It was well equipped. The location to and from the beach with kids on bikes was great. I truly hope we stay here again next summer. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely place with us. <3

Enjoyable Stay

Overall, the property lived up to expectations. It was great for our group (90 year old, parents and 2 young adult daughters). The location is great and centrally located. The villa is well appointed with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. Only slight issue was the overall cleanliness of the property - while mostly clean, it could use a more thorough vacuuming, sweeping and cleaning dust kitties under the beds, etc. Also, additional linens would be helpful (and there were no sheets for the the pull out sofa, at least that we could find).

Wonderful Stay!

As "frequent weekenders" we've had the privilege of enjoying a lot of different spots. In this price range, this would be a top choice...everything was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable, as was the seating arrangements. Great location and walking distance to the beach, but a very short drive to the Beach Club if you need to drive. The owners have been thoughtful in furnishings, and have made available everything you need, making it seem more like a vacation home, rather than a rental....which is not easy to do. The unit appears to have been recently updated and the kitchens and baths are very nice. Great water pressure! Would not hesitate to recommend 100%, and the property manager is very responsive, easy to communicate with and all around great!

Great Layout - Not as Clean as We'd Expected

This place has a TERRIFIC layout and a very usable and well-stocked, up-to-date kitchen! The bedrooms and bathrooms are plentiful, and we utilized the loft too. Unfortunately, we warded off several roaches. One was 3" long. My daughter-in-law thought she had seen a mouse scurry across the floor, but it wasn't a mouse. Ugh! I'm sure it's hard to keep rentals clean food-wise, but something must be done. An exterminator, maybe? Spider webs in the windows, a master sink that from the start just couldn't handle the flow of water without plugging up temporarily. Upon arrival, we went to wipe up watery footprints and were dismayed with how dirty the paper towel was. Tons of dog hair on the living room furniture and rugs (and even dining room table) when we arrived. This place isn't receiving more than surface cleanings. With some deep (and I mean deep) cleaning, touch-up painting, attention to the insect problem, and some fresh living room furniture this place could be a 5-star place to stay at its price point. I think we would look elsewhere next time.
