Eine lizenzierte Ferienwohnung (2017-05) im Herzen von Stillwater. Diese kleine Oase ist umgeben von Bäumen und 400 Fuß Seeufer. Beobachten Sie die Seetaucher vom Dock aus oder fahren Sie mit dem Kajak hinaus, um die Tierwelt zu beobachten. Nehmen Sie den Weg vom Hinterhof um den Mckusicksee oder in die Innenstadt von Stillwater und die St. Croix River. Das Haus hat ein Häuschengefühl außen, aber eine völlig neu gestaltete moderne Ästhetik innen. 1. Stock, Wohnzimmer mit Gaskamin, formelles Esszimmer, Hauptschlafzimmer mit französischen Türen zum Deck und Dock und 2 weitere Schlafzimmer mit komplettem Badezimmer. Komplette Gourmetküche und begehbare Speisekammer mit vorbereiteter Spüle sowie eine ungezwungene Essecke, Terrasse mit Weber Grill und Wintergarten mit Blick auf den See. Die untere Etage verfügt über ein Familienzimmer mit 70-Zoll-HD-TV und Surround-Sound für Kinos. 1 großes Schlafzimmer für 2-4 Personen, gemeinsames Bad mit Dusche. Das ganze Haus verfügt über WLAN-Internetzugang, Kabel-TV und Apple TV. Es gibt einen Whirlpool für 8 Personen. Rauchen und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet. Vielen Dank für Ihre Rücksicht!

I stayed here with my adult daughters! It was a wonderful place to stay. We each had our own room and the beds were great! There is everything you need and more! We were busy downtown so I wished we had more time to enjoy the property but it was soooo nice! Thank you!!!

Annual trip age range 84 to 53 Shopping amd relaxing with a lot of laughs This place was perfect! Clean!!! Having the majority of the bedrooms on the 1st floor was perfect. Beautiful property that feels secluded. Big enough for two couples to have separate space upstairs and down. Had so much fun checking out the canoe, hot tub and especially the hammock. So easy to head into downtown Stillwater, only a 4 minute drive. Beds were plush and so comfortable. Loved all the nature, tons of bird watching, a couple adorable rabbits, chickens, swans and cranes. Such a delightful vacation for all of us.

Beautiful spot and secluded even though located in a residential area. We enjoyed the firepit and access to the walking path. Beautiful sunsets over the lake were a bonus! Lots of sitting space. Great accommodations! Close to downtown (still requires an Uber). Driving up it seems to be close to the neighborhood, but once on the property it surprisingly feels very secluded and intimate. We had a wonderful time, everything was very clean and we would definitely stay here again!

Book Club Retreat

We (seven women) have been tripping together for book club retreats for 18 years, and between us have a lot of additional experience with VRBO stays. Meadowlark is a comfortable cottage with inviting spaces and plenty of room for alone time as well. Management is very responsive. The location combines the beauty of nature and close proximity to historic downtown Stillwater.

Son's Wedding in Stillwater!

We traveled from Cincinnati to Stillwater for our son's wedding. Meadowlark Cottage was the perfect place for our family! There was lots of room for all of us to talk and catch up. We enjoyed gathering around the big dinning room table to eat and play games! We took the canoe out a few times and enjoyed sitting around the firepit at night. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with and enough plates and glasses for the whole gang. There was only a few spices so if you plan on cooking you will need to bring everything you will need. They had coffee to start off a couple of days which was greatly appreciated! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of extra blankets! Nathan and Kathy were both very quick to respond to my emails. We needed some extra towels and Kathy brought them right over. The house is very close to downtown Stillwater which was perfect since the rehearsal dinner was at Brian's (the food was fantastic!) and the wedding was on Anastasia riverboat! I highly recommend Meadowlark Cottage and would definitely stay here again! Thanks Kathy and Nathan for a great VRBO!

Cute Vacation Home

The house is located on a lake in Stillwater, which is not suitable for swimming or floating. The location to the downtown area was perfect, just a few minute drive or could be walkable if you don’t mind a few hills. Several bedrooms provided lots of space for guests with a few common areas that had additional sleeping arrangements. The kitchen is well stocked to make your favorite meals. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions.

We stumbled on this property in the summer of 2012. The home was in rough shape, but the property and the location was paradise. We renovated the home to our liking. The home is also rich in Stillwater history. The trail behind the house used to be the old trolley track that commuted loggers throughout Stillwater back in the 1800's. The trolley house is converted into a home now and is our closest neighbor. We've thoroughly enjoyed this property for the 3 short years we've been here. We felt that it would be fun to share this little treasure with others.

By far, the most fascinating aspects of this home is the view of the lake and wildlife. You can see the sunset over the lake from every room in the home. What also makes this property unique is it's country secluded feel, while still amidst the populated downtown Stillwater area. We hope you'll enjoy it as much as we have.
