Das Executive Ferienhaus befindet sich in der renommierten Emerald Island Resort. Es ist nah an Disney und bequem zu allen Annehmlichkeiten. Die Villa verfügt über 4 King Master-Suiten und 1 Queen-Master-Schlafzimmer so ist ideal für größere Familien oder Mehr Familien und Freunden zu teilen, um Geld für ihren Urlaub zu sparen.

Im Erdgeschoss finden Sie ein Familienzimmer, eine Familienküche und ein Speiseraum finden. Das geräumige Gourmet-Küche hat Granit-Arbeitsplatten und alle Geräte und Geschirr, die Sie praktisch zu mobilisieren schnelle Snacks oder vollständige Familie Mahlzeiten zu finden. Die riesigen Granitinsel in der Küche ist ideal für Frühstück und lässig Familie zusammen zu bekommen.

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über 7 Schlafzimmer, 4 von ihnen sind König Master-Suiten. Der erste König Master Suite ist auf dem Mainfloor gelegen, mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einen großen Schubladen und Platz zum Aufhängen, einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank, einem Deckenventilator und einem TV. Das Master-Bad verfügt über eine große Badewanne Badewanne, begehbarer Dusche und viel Ablagefläche. Die Königin Schlafzimmer ist ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befindet. Auch auf dem Mainfloor ist die Waschküche mit einem vollen Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner Paar, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Und um das Ganze abzurunden gibt es eine wirklich coole Spielzimmer mit einem Billardtisch, ein Air-Hockey, einen Fernseher und ein Tischfußball.

Der zweite Stock beherbergt die anderen 3 King Master-Suiten mit eigenem Badezimmer. Es gibt auch eine Familie Badezimmer und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit einem Etagenbett und ein Einzelbett in jedem. Alle 7 Schlafzimmer haben eigene Wand-TV. Es gibt auch eine Ecke im Flur im zweiten Stock, seinen Schreibtisch und Sitz bietet einen ruhigen Platz zum Lesen und Entspannen. Die gesamte zweite Etage, einschließlich aller Schlafzimmer und Flure, ist mit umweltfreundlichen Korkböden aufgewertet. Guys golf trip

I stay every year at the same model in Emerald Island - but it was unavailable so I booked this 8br home. I was happy to review the prior home and give it 5 stars, and was hoping to do so with this home too. Here is a list of what we dealt with: 1) TV had 3 remotes none would change the channels or volume (they fixed that) 2) The ice maker in the refrigerator was broken and we had no ice available 3) My 82 year old friend sat on the love seat in the family room and almost went down to the floor. The springs were broken and the furniture was very dated 4) On a cold night we tried to use the heater but it was locked at a maximum of 67 degrees 5) The home needs a lot of attention and we even were cleaning candy wrappers to off the floor 6) There was no hand soap or bars in any of the bathrooms Nice complex and I don’t say this to hurt the owner but wish I had known these things prior to the trip so I could make a different choice.

Needs some TLC

I have rented through VRBO for years and years, usually owner operated but based on my daughter's in laws renting this house two years ago, we decided to try this house even though it had a property manager. The community that this villa is located in is wonderful, close to stores, easy to get to Disney World. The house itself needs some TLC from new mattresses, additional silverware and dishes, a good spring cleaning and new (or cleaned) furniture would be nice. The pool was much enjoyed by the kids and the toys were also appreciated. There is a stroller in the garage which we ended up using at the parks, because even if you think kids can walk all day, they don't think so. We had some issues with the house that caused time going back and forth with the management company then with the owner and some initial outlay of money, all was settled nicely with the owner after calls and emails. As with any rental, take the time that first night to go through every room, incl laundry room, to document, and I would suggest pictures, of things you find and submit to management company and owner. There was some disconnect between the management company and the owner but as I said with a bit of work, it all worked out.

Displeased!

Although we had a convenient place to stay, the following issues need to be addressed: First floor master bathroom mirror was nailed to the wall making it appear unsafe. The shower had mold on the floor. No extra towels in any of the rooms. Had to purchase a set of white towels for each. Shower hooks and shower liner missing from one of the rooms. Closet door in one of the rooms is broken. Furniture appears to be very old and dirty. Couldn't sit on the living room furniture because there was no bottom. I can send a picture if you need one. Took all week for the ice maker in the refrigerator to actually make enough ice for drinks. Lock on sliding glass door to the pool area is not secure. Had to use half of the broom to place in the door track so no one could enter. Contacted the Property Management twice because the pool was dirty and the water level was below the first step. Didn't show up to treat the pool till two days before our departure. Very disappointing. According to our contract garbage was to be placed in a plastic bag before placing in the outside container, however, we found loose garbage in the can that was there before we arrived. I would never recommend this property to anyone unless it was updated and cleaned. I used one of Verbo's properties last year and it was nothing like this one.

Very disappointed

The location and area was great but thats about the only good things I have to say about this place. I could not believe how filthy this place was. All the walls, doors, light switch covers ( cracked as well) everything was dingy, black with marks and fingerprints. Just gross. I cant tell you the last time the floors were swept or the area rug vacuumed. Food crumbs, garbage, dust and dirt it was in all the rooms. I found clothing tags and change laying on one bedroom floor which makes me very much believe it was never swept. The air vents especially the one near the laudry was so gross, just black with dust. My children have asthma so this was a big deal for me! The furniture is beyond needing replaced. The springs in the loveseat are broken so if you try to sit down the cushion goes all the way to the floor. Not only that but they are filthy dirty. The washer button is broken to even start a load of laundry, but they were kind enough to leave a metal stick there for u to shove in the hole to start the washer. We did zero laundry as the washer was also dirty. There is no air hockey table in the garage like the photos show and the pool table is junk. We couldnt play pool due to the fabric falling off of it and the padding on the sticks falling off as well. Disappointing again to my kids. We found garbage in the pool area, the pool lights dont work. And the pool had lots of dirt in the bottom so needless to say we spent zero time in the pool. It stated there was a pool cover, we found in crumpled in a corner of the patio and there to way to try covering the pool. I guess I expected a pool cover that you unreel and cover the pool like other places I have stayed. The pantry had opened boxes of food from previous renters. The curtains to the patio were also so gross, obviously never been washed. The TV remotes in some of the bedrooms didnt work at all and were sticky. We brought pillows and blankets from home and just slept on top of the beds, we werent comfortable even sleeping with the bed sheet as who knows if they were even washed. Most places we have stayed have a small welcome basket with your soap and detergent pods and a book with information on the home, nope none of that. This home needs some huge maintenance and work done along with a serious deep clean. This trip was a big deal to our family. we traveled 26 hours to see the place we were staying in like this. Talk about a huge letdown to our whole family, very disappointd

This house was MEANT for our FAMILY !

LOVED the house, communication with the owner, facilities, and (isn't it always) LOCATION of this fantastic home. Our 3 families (grandparents, Family from Atlanta, Family from New Jersey) really enjoyed how perfect this house met ALL our needs. Lots of room to "spread out". 2 baby cribs for our 2 youngest grandchildren, and a lovely pool to "cool down"! (and a BABY GATE around the pool!!) Very convenient and a quick drive to the Disney area. It was the PERFECT house for our family and we would highly recommend!

The house was definitely big enough for our gathering but it needs a lot of upkeep. The pool cage screen is pulled out in many places. The safety fence for the pool is kept together by zip ties. Renters beware of hidden expenses. On the listing it says property fee but you don't find out that that is for the bbq grill until you get the contract. There is no mention that each car needs to register to get a key to come in and out of the gate and its $20 per car. The house sleeps 18 people but there is only 12 forks in the kitchen. The owner needs to take new pictures of the "game room". It shows an air hockey table which isn't there, the pool table needs to be thrown away, The balls don't bank off the sides, the ball will hit the side and just stop because there's no cushion left for it to bank off of. The owner of this property definitely needs to put some money into this property.

Very nice home

The home was beautiful however it could have been cleaner. Housekeepers should wipe down doors and door frames light switches etc. they were dirty. Other than that the home was suitable for our family.

The rental process went very well. The owner was timely in address my questions. However, the property manager came to assess probles that ame up but didn't fix the problems.

The area was great, had every restaurant, stores and more closely eccessible for visitors to tarea.

Management Company MagicMind was very responsive with all calls/texts. A few minor things, batteries in 3 bedrooms tv remotes were corroded couldn't watch tv until we replaced all batteries ($18), got code for bbq grill, there was no gas had to pay $40, all cehicles will need an access car to go in and out property ($20). 7 bdrm house 5 cars additional ($100). Overall visit was great for family, even my 82 yr old mom, 83 yr old auntie had a great time with surprise visit from family members.

Great Location, garbage disposal backed up into dishwasher. Pool table raggedy. Sofa very filthy, stair well and one of master baths dirty. Home needs some major updating. Wouldn't stay again. I would pick another home in area. House smelled like wet dog.
