Sobald Sie unsere wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung betreten, werden Sie wissen, dass Sie die richtige Entscheidung getroffen haben. Das Wohnzimmer bietet ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa und einen Love-Sitz vor Ihrem eigenen großen Flachbildfernseher. Lehnen Sie sich zurück und schauen Sie sich Ihr Lieblingsspiel an oder schieben Sie einen Film oder Musik in den DVD-Player und entspannen Sie sich. Denken Sie daran, Sie sind im Urlaub.

Mit dem Wohnbereich verbunden ist das Esszimmer mit einem Tisch für 4 Personen und einer Frühstücksbar mit bequemen Barhockern. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und modernisiert. Es ist mit einer Mikrowelle, einem Geschirrspüler, einer Kaffeemaschine, Kochgeschirr, Geschirr, Besteck und allem, was Sie sonst noch brauchen könnten, ausgestattet. Sie werden es genießen, ein wunderbares Essen für die Familie zuzubereiten oder einfach etwas in die Mikrowelle zu werfen.

Die Wohnung ist auch mit Ihrer eigenen Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet. Sie müssen diese nassen und sandigen Strandkleidung nicht mit nach Hause nehmen, sondern müssen sie nur waschen und trocknen, bevor Sie gehen. Dann müssen Sie sich keine Sorgen mehr machen, wenn Sie nach Hause kommen.

Und während der Wohnbereich unserer Wohnung angenehm und gut eingerichtet ist, sind es die Schlafbereiche, die im Urlaub am wichtigsten sind. Aus diesem Grund möchten wir Ihnen mit luxuriösen Betten und komfortablen Badezimmern einen erholsamen und komfortablen Schlaf ermöglichen.

Die Master Suite verfügt über ein großes Kingsize-Bett, Leselampen am Bett und einen Flachbild-TV. Dieses in kühlem Weiß und Hellblau gehaltene Zimmer verführt Sie garantiert zum langen Schlafen! Die Master-Suite hat auch ein eigenes Vollbad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Alle Handtücher sowie die Bettwäsche, Decken und Kissen sind vorhanden.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zusammenpassende Doppelbetten. Es ist ein großartiger Ort für Kinder und liegt günstig zum zweiten Bad.

Der Ocean Village Club ist ein Resort direkt am Meer mit 2 Swimmingpools (von denen einer im Winter beheizt ist und der andere direkt vor Ihrem Balkon mit Meerblick), Tennisplätzen, einer Autowaschstation und Shuffleboard-Plätzen, einem Fitnesscenter und einem überdachten Picknickbereich mit BBQ-Grills, einer Leihbibliothek, einem Gästecomputer und einem großen Veranstaltungsraum für besondere Partys und Zusammenkünfte. Das Clubhaus bietet außerdem kostenloses WIFI und komfortable Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen. Der Ocean Village Club verfügt auch über einen privaten Zugang zum Strand, der sich direkt am Pool am Strand befindet.

Loved the location

The condo was great and the location was perfect, close to the pool and beach. We spent our mornings and evenings on the balcony and a couple evenings watching some spectacular lightning shows.

Cleaning service disappointing.

Arrived Sunday, walked from parking area to unit. Removed shoes at door. Before going to bed our feet were black from dirty floor. Checked air filter. Also BLACK. Last change was April. We went to Winn Dixie and purchase a new air filter due to our grandchild staying with us. Sheets in master bed dirty with sand & dog hair. Had to wash/dry sheets before getting to bed. Smoke detector at front door hanging down off wall Pull chain light in washer/ dryer closet- bulb broken off/ exposed Very dangerous. Didn’t know if light was turned on or off to change bulb. Called Property management. Said would send maid to mop floor Monday 2:30 pm Maintance man Tuesday 8:30. Maid (2) arrived 1:15 minutes late on Monday. (Understandable) but, after vacuum & mopping floor, mop water was BLACK. I asked maid if she was the same who cleaned condo. Said, yes she cleaned Saturday and with us walking in / out that was why floor was dirt. I told her we had only stepped from our car to condo and told her to look at her mop water. She replied “Sorry”. I asked did she change sheets or just make up the beds. Stated they change sheets every time and didn’t know why or how sand and dog hair got in the beds Mold on shower curtain in master bath. Looks like hasn’t been cleaned or replaced in a few months. Wednesday morning started to eat breakfast and sugar ants were in our bread & sealed danish. Had just purchased both Tuesday afternoon at Publix. Maintenance man arrived Fixed light & smoke detector. Sprayed for ants in kitchen. He was very nice. We live in Florida and understand the ants and mold. It happens, but we feel the maid service needs to be checked into. Our sister lives at Ocean Village Club year round and we or she rents for us to visit each year. But this is the first time we have been disappointed with the cleanliness.

Perfect beach setting

This unit has everything you need to enjoy a St Augustine beach vacation. We loved the location, a water view peek from the patio and master bedroom, close to a pool and beach access. You can always hear the waves! Ocean Village Club is wonderful; well maintained, has everything you need and everyone is very friendly. The management team is great, they quickly responded to some small issues we had. It was hard to leave!

Great Location!

The property is within a quick, short walk to the beach. The unit was a bit dated. The rug is older in the living room and needs a good scrub or just a new one, all the linens were old including towels and washcloths, the vertical blinds had fallen and were laying in front of the 2 glass doors, the kitchen drawers were all mixed up with towels and utensils, so trying to find something was not easy. This unit could have been perfect with just some deep cleaning. I wouldn't stay again but the property management was great and quick to respond. Check in was a bit confusing as the property is gated and you have to pick up a packet with keys and such at a different location. We saw several people having a hard time getting through the gate the first time. Hope this helps.

Furniture and Communication

Because of no attachments email couldn't be open. We have rented this unit for several years and nothing has changed: therefore no longer needs to say upgraded. Living room blinds have about 1/3 of the slats missing. No privacy at night. We enjoy staying at OVC and hope an email solution is found and furnishings are checked more often.

St Augustine Beach, Ocean Village Club

Loved our stay! OVC community is in a wonderful location, and unit O-25 offered a view and easy access to the glorious beach! We lucked out with amazing weather for our whole 3 weeks. The unit has all the essentials. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped (slow cooker was a fun surprise!). Basic beach equipment was a bonus. We enjoyed St. Augustine’s Nights of Lights, NYE fireworks on the beach, several state parks and nature walks. We did both cooking at home and enjoyed some delicious local restaurants. Everything met and exceeded our expectations for our first visit to St Augustine. Our only constructive feedback: Towels are a bit worn, it would be great for owners to update them.

Fun, relaxing getaway

Overall we would recommend this complex. There is only one pool so it can get a bit congested. Our unit was clean and well equipped. No hair dryer in the unit as described. Called Vacation Rentals, would not bring hair dryer until the next day, and then we had to call again the next morning. Called John abut the sheets and other items, but never got a call back. Day before we left went to office to get additional washing machine "pods" as one had been used to wash the sheets that should have been clean in the first place, and they refused to give us one! Would recommend the property, not so much Vacation rentals Beach Properties!

Building O for Easy Beach & Pool Access

A wonderful stay

The 80's is calling... renovation overdue!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the beach location is great the unit we stayed in was tired and filthy. The bathrooms were outdated, luckily we brought our own beach/patio chairs cause what was there was too dirty to use, there was a strong musty smell in the unit which never really cleared, and there were literally no basic supplies. Dishes, glasses, appliances, bedding are all very tired. The first day we arrived the TV, internet and phone didn't work and it took another day to get it going because we were given the wrong contact person. The Manager did react quickly on the TV/internet once we finally connected. The phone never did work. This was a great complex when it was built in the 80s but its now tired. North Florida and our pool was cold water ??....Not sure how the complex got an award in 2014 for property management.. front door needs painted, railings throughout complex peeling paint. Don't waste your time until this place gets a much needed renovation.
