Diese Schlafzimmer blicken auf den glitzernden Pool und das tropische Laub im Hinterhof mit unseren tropischen Obstbäumen.

Great Value & Neighborhood

Home was clean, master bed was comfortable and pool and hot tub were perfect. You stay here for the location to beaches and even after two hurricanes we were able to find a place, Looey even sent us a news article to help us out. The outdoor shower was great and nice having a clean washer and dryer to use. The pictures are accurate so if you are looking for a light and bright beach vibe this isn't the place for you, but I value cleanliness over decor so that is my number one and April's place came through with cleanliness, neighborhood and extras like towels and bikes. :)

Wonderful visit in Bonita Springs

The rental was so clean, neat and comfy!! The pool was definitely a plus. I’ve never been in a vacation rental with a better stocked kitchen; absolutely anything you need to prepare meals. We had perfect communication with the homeowner. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. Great location for restaurants

Beautiful Home in a great neighborhood

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time by the pool and sitting outside watching TV and watching the butterflies. The landscape here is gorgeous and even got to try and ripe mango. April was so nice and communication was excellent. Would definitely rent again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great relaxing stay

I got the email with property information 24 hours before our stay with all pertinent information. Even tho in town the yard was beautufuy sculptured and wildlife galore. The neughborhood was quiet even with it being Memorial weekend. Shopping and beaches close by with bicycles available. We had a great time and was sad to leave.

Paradise!!!!

This property was absolute paradise. When we first walked through the front doors, my husband and I both gasped at the utter beauty of this magnificent home. It was impeccably spotless, incredibly comfortable and we had every amenity, we could have wished for. The owners were very gracious hosts and incredibly kind. My husband and I are both looking forward to going back to this property next year, but hopefully next time for 2 weeks!!! We truthfully have never had a more relaxing or amazing vacation. 30 year anniversary

We used the home for a family vacation and everything we did was a short drive away. This included two state park beaches (kayaking, paddle boarding and ocean beach shelling, etc.); tons of great restaurants; an air boat excursion; golfing; shopping and more. The home was great to come home to and enjoy the hot tub and pool after our activities. The grill worked great and was clean. The outdoor shower was top of the line. The beds were comfortable. The landscaping is very beautiful and interesting. Our hostess was wonderful and she always responded in a timely manner. This home and hostess definitely made a great impact on our celebration/vacation! 😎

Bonita Shores is perfection.

This property is par excellence! Bonita Shores is the perfect location, its proximity to the beach, Publix, and U.S. 41 guarantees easy access to all Bonita, Estero, and Naples have to offer. The house itself is equipped with large, super-comfy beds, a flexible kitchen, and most importantly, a caged lanai and pool where you easily spend the days (and nights, if you so desire), regardless of changing weather conditions. And the owners..., well, nothing to be said other than accommodating, always reachable, great to interact with. Coming back? Of course.

Our Relaxing Stay

We had a lovely time and made ourselves at home. Very comfortable home and a wonderful kitchen that we could cook in together. Our main priority was to get away from home and work and spend some quality time relaxing and recharging our batteries. It was clean and very accommodating. Everything we could ask for. Very close to everything you might need. Also, your neighbor and Scruffy and Benji were delightful 🐶❤️. Would definitely go back.

Poor Customer Service

As Vacation Rental Owner ourselves, we understand that hosting can be complex. However, when a guest reaches out for some basic needs and the host is degrading in how they respond that is just a lack of hospitality and customer service. We paid for 10 nights on our stay, and we didn't expect to have 10 of everything. But to be provided only 1 washcloth and 1 Towel per person for our entire stay did not seem acceptable. We reached out to have this corrected and we were basically blown off. As a host, this is a simple fix. Now we had to wash everyday - ie 1 Washcloth We did bring up 1 other issue to her about the 3rd bedroom ceiling fan - the room was hotter than the others and you needed to leave the fan on at night. However, there was no way to cut the light off and leave the fan on. That was on our 2nd day and were aptly told that she would have service take care of it AFTER we left. Again lack of hospitality. After that why bother. We bought our own fan. She called out service for the sprinkler system (which we had not noted to them) and it cut our water off for several hours during the morning hours while everyone was trying to take showers. While the house was generally ok, we would not stay with any property this host has. For the 10 nights revenue, you would think that she would be interested in providing good hospitality. Anyone who posts a negative review for her, she comes back very childishly and attacks the guests instead of addressing the issues.

Paradise !

You will experience Paradise ! The layout of this home will surprise you past the pictures you see in the listing. The lanai, pool, hot tub, backyard area is just so perfectly arranged and laid out for optimum Florida living experience. My wife and I stayed at this home and I am more the beach bum-boater while my wife tends to like staying in a pool and/or hot tub reading. This home is so nice that even I hardly wanted to ever leave during the day. The host is easy to communicate with if needed and the integrity of the whole experience is second to none ! Do yourself a favor and book a stay and experience your own version of Florida living and " paradise " . We will most definitely book again in the future !

Relaxing and renewing

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and chose this home for our stay and it was perfect. The home is comfortable and close to the beach and restaurants. The pool and hot tub was fantastic and such a fun area to unwind. The oasis of the backyard was my favorite. Watching the butterflies, birds, and bunnies. I highly recommend the home.

The house was amazing, it had everything we needed, plus! The pool was fabulous. We spent a lot of time in it. The yard was nicely landscaped, plenty of butterflies and birds. Perfect family getaway

This house met and surpassed our expectations! The pictures portray the house exactly as it is. So many times the pictures make the house look better than it actually is - that is not the case for this house. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our week stay here. The outside living area was one of our favorite parts. The kids loved the couch and TV outside. This house also has a beautiful backyard, full of plants and animals - a rarity in Florida! We spent our days swimming in the beautiful pool, lounging outside, or visiting one of the two delicious ice cream shops nearby. The amenities in the house are very nice - the washer, and dryer are an added bonus! The fridge was plenty big, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is a the perfect distance to be able to still visit the beach, and yet, be close to groceries and other stores. The Tremblay family was fantastic with communication, and extremely kind when we had the chance to meet them. They were all great with our kiddos, and the kids, in turn, looked forward to talking with them. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a family house or a few couples looking for a getaway! Thank you to the Tremblay’s for sharing it with us for the week!

Best Experience So Far!

From the moment we arrived in Bonita Springs, and actually even a few days before our departure, our hosts made us feel appreciated and confident in our choice of location. We were provided with absolutely all the information we needed about the property, the nearby vicinity, and every detail we might possibly need during our stay. Our hosts were available throughout our trip to answer any questions we had, and even allowed us to some of the recreational equipment we sought to use, from bikes to their cooler! We were provided with explicit information with regard to the operation, care and use of all of the home's features, from light switches, the pool and spa, and electronic equipment. A "home away from home" to be sure, the home had everything we needed and more, and we were even provided with board games and reading materials of every sort. The home was spotlessly clean, the basics available at our fingertips (above and beyond our every need - even down to an option when it came to the type of coffee maker we might prefer!), and guest needs addressed before they even became a need! The pool, the spa, and the outdoor shower were the highlights of the home, to be sure, as we enjoyed the outdoor space as much, if not more than the comfortable beds, the quiet of the neighbourhood, and the serenity of the area. A great vacation for couples or for families, if Bonita Springs is on your hit list, this is the place to stay! We will be back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay in Bonita Springs. The house was fabulous with a private pool and hot tub

Everything was very clean. The house is verywell equipped with everything you need. the bed we slept on was very comfortable. The property owner was a wonderful host. We highly recommend staying there. We look forward to possibly staying again in the near future.

We were initially let down on what was advertised Understandably we arrived late at night after the hurricane but we were told the property was not affected When we arrived all the ceiling fans along with three portable fans and the air conditioning were on The house was Freezing and we had to turn all the appliances off and wait outside until the house was bearable There was no internet or tv We managed to get the internet on but we’re told that we would have to get in touch with the tv supplier to get it switched in The front door lock was broken which made us feel insecure We were told to enter and leave by the garage door but that would not open from the inside which caused a problem so we had to take all of our money and documents with every time we left the house We had to accept and store some heavy deliveries on behalf of the owner and move them to the garage Despite all this we managed to have a decent time here and when we approached the host we were given a discount Unfortunately the host lives in another country and I think it is impossible to manage a property from so far away Unfortunately we will not be returning

Everyone from kids to seniors will benefit from our location close to the Gulf Coast beaches, mini golf, golf, museums, outdoor Pickleball courts, nature sanctuaries, botanical gardens, Lovers Key State Park, and Riverside Park in the heart of downtown Bonita Springs. Enjoy movies in the park, the Bonita Springs Concert Band, fine arts festivals, and so much more at this quaint park in Bonita Springs.

We're proud that our Bonita Springs vacation rental is a destination in itself. If you don't want to leave the property, you can spend your days swimming in the heated pool, relaxing in the therapeutic hot tub, exploring our tropical gardens, and sacking out in the lanai to watch your favourite movie or TV show - a real hit with the kids! Can you identify the fruit trees and native Florida vegetation on our property? We grow pollinating plants that are host to Monarch butterflies and Swallowtail butterflies. For those lucky enough to visit when our mangoes and passion fruit are ripe, enjoy the fruits of our labour!

We chose this neighborhood due to its superior location 5 minutes from the turquoise waters and sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico - perfect for swimming, dolphin watching, jetskiing, sandcastle building, pelican viewing, seashell collecting, stand-up paddleboarding, suntanning, beach volleyball, and taking in some of the most spectacular sunsets in Southwest Florida!

Our Bonita Springs vacation rental is located in a beautiful, safe, family-friendly neighborhood called Bonita Shores. We are close to all amenities - groceries at Publix on Bonita Beach Road; Skillets Restaurant for breakfast and lunch in the Sunshine Plaza on Bonita Beach Road; Muji Thai, a great sushi restaurant around the corner from us on Bonita Beach Road; Bonita Beach Road Post Office; Sweet Melissa's Ice Cream Shoppe on Bonita Beach Road around the corner from us; Bonita Beach Medical Group clinic on Bonita Beach Road around the corner from us; Iguana Mia for the best guacamole and chips at the corner of Bonita Beach Road and Tamiami Trail; Super Tuesdays and Senior Wednesdays at the Prado Theatre on Tamiami Trail 10 minutes from us; Enzo's Pizza around the corner from us on Bonita Beach Road; Golf Safari Mini Golf around the corner from us on Bonita Beach Road; Sunoco Gas Station at the corner of Tamiami Trail and Bonita Beach Road; Panera Bread Sandwich and Coffee Shop on Tamiami Trail 8 minutes from us; art festivals, exhibitions, and performances at the Center for the Arts on Bonita Beach Road; the beaches and mangrove forests of Lovers Key State Park on Estero Parkway 10 minutes from us; plus live music, dancing, and tribute bands at The Stage on Bonita Beach Road. We often hear from our guests and neighbors that they love seeing the Monarch butterflies flying around our yards. We have carefully nurtured pollinating plants to attract butterfly species including the spectacular Monarch and Pipevine Swallowtail butterflies. We have lovingly planted many tropical fruit species on our Bonita Springs property - including strawberry guava, loquats, katuks, bananas, mangos, custard apples, noni fruit, lemons, jackfruit, passion fruit, pineapple, and more.

Our tropical vegetation and lush gardens create an oasis for all living things including our guests; the songbirds of southwest Florida; the ibises, egrets, and herons that strut in our yard; Rabbit de Niro, our visiting bunny; and other Florida wildlife that find food and refuge in our yard.

If you've never swam in the moonlight under the light of a silvery full moon, you're in for a treat. Slip into our heated pool (82 degrees Fahrenheit) for a midnight dip.

Our high-end, therapeutic spa Jacuzzi is just what the doctor ordered for sports injuries, arthritis, and soothing massage - a perfect way to end an evening under the stars! The Milky Way never looked so good!!
