Diese Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt brauchen, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von S. Castle Viertel Jorge, National Pantheon, Alfama und Mouraria.

Es ist perfekt für zwei Paare mit Kindern und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen.

The location is a labryrinth but worth it!

An interesting neighborhood, but you have to be prepared to get lost quite a bit because of the maze of streets that were designed to protect the Jorge’s castle. They did a good job because we often went in circles trying to find ..our place. -even with Google maps. But once you figure out the streets it’s great. The apartment was perfect for the three of us - plenty of room and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Überraschend ruhige Lage im Zentrum der Altstadt

Bei wunderschönem Ausblick in historischer Umgebung haben wir den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung eine Woche lang genossen. Die Küchenausstattung ist elementar, hier und da muss man kreativ vorgehen. Sehr empfehlenswert trotz gewisser Probleme mit den Knien.

Absolutely loved!

This apartment stay exceeded our expectations by a mile!! There were only two of us because someone had to cancel, but the apartment could comfortably hold even 6 adults. Ines and her boyfriend Pedro were extremely friendly! They planned ahead, met us to give us the keys and escorted us (bags and all) to the apartment. The apartment was ADORABLE, clean, spacious, with amazing views of the castle and some of Lisbon! There are fans and space heaters for the varied temperatures. Ines was extremely responsive and helpful - she gave us a long list of recommendations and even helped us locate the right train station for our trip and grocery store nearby! It should be noted for the elderly or disabled, there are about 75 steps outside of the apartment then 25ish more in the apartment building, but it is more than worth it! This apartment made our stay in Lisbon one we will never forget :)

Lovely 3BR in Lisbon!

We are long-time friends (2 couples, one from Canada and one from the UK), who met in Lisbon for a long weekend. The apartment was very clean, had all necessary amenities, and was well situated to shops and restaurants...as long as you don't mind stairs as you must do 75 either up or down, no matter which way you want to go, and the apartment itself is on the 3rd floor (more stairs). This was fine with us as we are fit and felt that this would help with all the extra holiday food and drink we were consuming, but it would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Then again, this entire region of old Lisbon is unsuitable for those with mobility concerns as there are steps everywhere once you move away from the flat port area. Ines was very helpful and responsive and even allowed us an extra 2 hours on our departure day since nobody was checking in that day. She was an excellent host. Only one minor issue we encountered is that one of the two bathrooms has a musty smell. It is not due to lack of cleanliness, as it was spotless, so there must be something hidden behind a wall or flooring. It was noticeable but did not detract from our visit. Summary: this is a very nice apartment at a reasonable cost in a great part of Lisbon, as long as you can handle stairs. Cheers!

Appartement très bien placé

Appartement très bien placé en centre ville Clair bien équipé, seul bemol la chambre avec 2 lits: 2 matelas mais 1 seul sommier pas de distance entre les deux lits, ce qui n est pas indiqué sur l annonce. D autre part nous n avons pas eu la chance de voir Ines la personne qui loue cet appartement, c est bien dommage. Il faut savoir qu etant au centre de Lisbonne dans un quartier touristique il y a des nuisances sonores certains soirs.

Nearby to many amazing neighborhoods!

While there are many steps to get up to the property, you get used to it since Lisbon is a city full of steps so if you don’t like it, I wouldn’t visit Lisbon. The property does not have air conditioning but there are fans in every room and also visiting in the middle of August, the heat was not that bad since it’s so close to the ocean. The kitchen is nice, did not use it that much however. The rooms were nice as were the bathrooms. No complaints here! Me and my family make us 5 people and we enjoyed our time at this property. Inês was a great host who always answered any questions or requests I had without hesitation. If I come back to Lisbon, I would definitely stay at the same location.

in the heart of Lisbon

Really nice apartment, where you feel part of the most vivid and historic district of Lisbon - Alfame. Stayed there with 3 person, but would easily accomodate 6 persons as well. Ines as host was super nice and communicated easily and swiftly - even organizing replacement for letting us in the apartment when she was not available. also handover of keys was easy and we could checkin early and leave without any hassle early in the morning. Apartment was equipped with everything you need, In walking distance good places for having lunch or shop groceries.

Tolle Lage, Fitness inklusive

Die kleine Wohnung liegt im 2 Obergeschoss eines Mehrparteienhaus und ist für Stadtbesichtigungen günstig an einer Treppen zum Castel. Ein Auf- oder Abstieg ist Pflicht und damit Fitness inklusive. Die Räume sind mit einfachen Möbeln ausgestattet. Einzelne Details sind etwas marode - manches windschief und klapprig - vor allem in den Bädern - aber stylisch. In Augenhöhe der Fensteraussicht ist eine wohl länger andauernde Baustelle mit wenigen Arbeitern und vereinzelter kurzer Lärmentwicklung an Werktagen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend und flexibel.

Oberflächlich saubere, sehr laute Wohnung mit Baustelle

Oberflächlich sauber, sehr laute Nachbarn (Gespräche, Musik, Fernseher), mehrere laute Baustellen, ungepflegte Umgebung, viele Treppen bis zum Haus und im Haus mit Gepäck, netter Empfang von Mutter und Tochter mit 1 Flasche Wein und Äpfeln. Bad leicht marode.

You better love stairs

Be prepared to carry your bags up or down stairs. The only access to the alley that the 3rd floor property has is by climbing or descending 75 steps. The descending access was inaccessible due to construction. We had to carry heavy bags up 75 steps to the property, and then up to the 3rd floor. It was 33 degrees Celcius. That was difficult for us. (4 sixty year olds.) The alley has lots of construction going on. The dust and smell of paints and construction materials is strong. There is graffiti every where outside. Un appealing on the outside. After getting in to the apartment, we found it was adequate, but not what we expected. There was no air conditioning, and one of the toilets leaked. We had to mop the floor a few times a day. Apart from that , it was ok.

Appartamento nel centro storico

Ines è un host gentile e cordiale, disponibile ad aiutarci per organizzare al meglio il nostro arrivo. L'appartamento è spazioso e abbastanza pulito ed è situato nel centro storico. Purtroppo è scomodo da raggiungere a piedi e con le valige (si raggiunge solamente a piedi). Sconsigliato se si hanno valige grandi, per arrivare all'appartamento bisogna fare una scalinata di 70 gradini ed è al secondo piano senza ascensore. Le rifiniture dell'appartamento sono di medio livello e alcune parti necessitano di manutenzione. Inoltre non c'è l'aria condizionata e non è stato fornito il sapone nei bagni.

très bel appartement quartier du château

Nous venons de séjourner quelques jours en aout et nous avons été très content de l'appartement très grand, clair et moderne. Inès est très gentille et des guides sont à disposition dans l'appart pour visiter Lisbonne et elle nous a accueilli avec une petite bouteille de vin. De belles chambres et salles de bains. Ne pas tenir compte de la rue extérieure car un peu décharge et graffitis sur les murs des apparts. Intérieur impeccable. Idéalement situé dans le quartier Alfama à 2 rue derrière le château et des points de vue. Par contre les personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher et à grimper des marches s'abstenir car il y a que des marches à monter dans ce quartier et elles sont raides, un escalator électrique en construction depuis la place Martim Moniz par contre le 2ème sera toujours à monter. Great place except for one thing

Overall this was a great place to stay except for one thing... it isn't accessible by car. On either side of the street there are 80 stairs going up or down. This means that if you have a lot of luggage or elderly folks staying with you it won't work out. Otherwise everything is as advertised!! It's quiet and centrally located!

Appartement agréable et bien placé

Appartement rénové quartier du château, im est facile d'atteindre beaucoup de centres d'intérêt. Accueil chaleureux et hôte disponible. Les pièces sont bien agencées et peuvent loger facilement 5 personnes. Un bémol sur le chauffe eau, lorsque les 2 douches sont utilisées simultanément, le débit d'eau diminue et la température de l'eau varie du chaud au froid.

Wonderful visit!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. We were 4 adults and a child, and the apartment was just perfect for us! The apartment is well furnished, with modern bathrooms, and plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make meals several evenings. The location is great! We walked to the cathedral, and to the Sao Jorge castle. The one issue with most of Lisbon is the uphill walking - we had a hard time initially with the steps and the steep incline of the streets. Coming from a suburb in the US, I hardly walk long distances (except for exercise), and it took a couple of days to get used to climbing steps up and down to get to the apartment. But it was a great experience! Our host was out of town, but was very responsive via phone and arranged for a friend to meet us, and get us situated. I would love to return someday - thanks, Ines!

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne et ses environs. Appartement propre et bon accueil

Inès répond très rapidement à nos questions. Peut être un peu juste en vaisselle quand on est 6 et que l on désire déjeuner et ou dîner à l appartement. Je recommande cet appartement sans aucun problème.

very central location

Stayed three nights in July with my (grown-up) family. Had some trouble finding the building due to stange numbering system, but once inside everything was fine. The flat is spacious and well-equipped - though we did not do any cooking there. It is very convenient to many sights - particularly the castle, and within easy walking distance of both Alfama and Biarra. If you drive, parking is a problem - okay to unload but nothing close by for a reasonable price. I used a place at Praca do Chile, which was 7e per day - close to metro, and about 25 mins walk - which worked out fine.

Wunderschöne geschmackvolle Altbauwohnung .

Gute Ausgangslage für fitte fußgesunde Reisende, die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, super sauber, ideal für 2 Paare. Die Vermieterin Ines ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Lovely...but leave your car behind

Lovely property in the old part of Lisbon. Ines is wonderful, made all sorts of efforts to make sure we found her place okay. Caveat: DON'T stay here if you're looking to park a car; there's no parking in the area, and even when we thought we were parked appropriately, we were towed once and our tire booted another day. Parking areas are poorly designated. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the flat, but one big recommendation: travel light. The walk up the stairs to the place is quite hefty if you have much baggage!

Very nice stay

Apartement very pleasant to live, spacious for six people, close to the city center (5mn walk from Praca Martim Moniz served by subway and tramway). Ines is present to welcome you and remains available during the stay. Just note that there is no direct view of the city. It's very quiet. We recommend it.
