Dieses offen gestaltete Haus im Ranch-Stil mit herrlichem Platz im Freien ist perfekt gelegen (6 km bis zum Reißverschluss an der Fremont Street Experience und 13 km bis zu den Springbrunnen von Bellagio), um eine großartige Nacht zu verbringen und entspannte Tage in Ihrem privaten Pool zu verbringen. Ich bin seit über 4 Jahren Gastgeber und liebe es wirklich. Ich wohne nur die Straße runter, wenn du etwas brauchst. Wenn nicht, lasse ich Sie all das genießen, was dieses Haus zu bieten hat.

Perfect Vacation Home

Everything was conveniently clean, stocked, and ready to go. Doug is an extraordinary host and great communicator. He will go out of his way to help with anything needed. Amazing stay for our family!

We stayed here for a week while getting married at the Bellagio. Our two year old son LOVED this house (more than our own I think!). All the amenities were as described, the pool and outdoor area were the best part of our trip and Doug was very kind and responsive!

This property is located in a convenient area of Las Vegas. Allowed for easy access to Fremont or the Strip. Comfortable home with a great backyard & pool. The home offered plenty of space for small or big groups. Would be happy to stay there again.

Family Thanksgiving

Doug's house was perfect for 5 adults. It was very clean and well stocked. We were able to prepare an entire Thanksgiving dinner. The hot tub was appreciated after long active day trips. Location is perfect, off The Strip in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to get to all venues. Doug is quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Amazing property

This property has everything! Lots of space inside and out. The outdoor living space is amazing with several areas to enjoy. The kitchen is well equipped for any kind of cooking we wanted to do. There were plenty of towels for everyone. Doug was definitely a super host, ready to help with any request. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Christmas 2024

We had the greatest time here! Doug, our host, welcomed us, gave us the quick rundown, and was always so readily available and quick to respond to any questions we had. This property was very well stocked from the kitchen pantry to the toiletry and linen shelves, and even the closet stocked with puzzles and games! The outdoor area is beautiful. Our little doggy was spoliled with all the outdoor space. And the hot tub was perfect for the chilly winter days.Thank you so much, Doug! You set us up perfectly for our wonderful Christmas getaway!

Best Girls Trip EVER!!!

Checking in was a breeze, and our stay was Awsome!!! Anyone looking to rent a house in Vegas should book this one! Close to Fremont and the strip but far enough away to enjoy the company you go with. Had a great time at this property. Rarely is the house as described or photographed. This was very accurate, owner was responsive and accommodating. I appreciated the details with little things like multiple chargers by the beds, directions for use on items in the house, clear checkout instructions. Lots of ways to relax in the back yard. I would stay again!

This property is beautiful and so clean! Our family really enjoyed our time in the pool and hot tub. The spacious back yard was perfect for hanging with our friends who were visiting. Perfect Vegas getaway

The kids wanted to swim for their spring break so we drove down to the warmer weather and spent a week relaxing at Doug’s place. Everything was fantastic and Doug is one of the best hosts we’ve worked with. Plenty of room in the house for a family of six, tons to do in the backyard and pool, plus super easy 10-15 minute access to Vegas activities.

I am a displaced mid-western farm boy. After living in San Francisco for 8 years, I moved to Vegas to slow down a bit and bought this house. I did a lot of remodeling and updating...including 100% desert landscaping and solar pool heating. When I outgrew the space I just couldn't part with the house and started vacation renting it in June of 2014. I didn't like the level of service the management company was providing so I took it back and am now managing it myself. I still live in this awesome neighborhood in the house next door.

I look forward to meeting my guests. I do my best to meet you at check in, say thank you person and give you a tour. I now have several return guests who find my hospitality, comforts and location unbeatable.

I am a licensed real estate broker/salesperson in the state of Nevada. If you happen to be thinking about relocating, I'd be happy to help you find the perfect home in Las Vegas.

I call it easy living. I've updated all of the appliances, took down a wall to open the space up and made great improvements in the back yard. The orange turf is actually the same turf used when the Wynn opened to advertise Avenue Q! It's fun and a great way to conserve our precious water in the desert.

My house was always the social house. My friends found it very easy to get to from all over the valley. Fremont street is 4.1 miles and I can get to Caesar's Palace in about 15 minutes...I'll share the back street tricks to save you a bunch of time.

If you are a golfer, the Las Vegas 'Muni' golf course is less than 1/2 mile away.
