Das Zink 39 ist ein helles, modernes Apartment im 3. Stock eines modernen Apartmentgebäudes in hervorragender Lage an der Headland Road. Es verfügt über raumhohe Fenster, die das Apartment hell und luftig machen. Sie haben Zugang zu Balkonen mit Blick auf das War Memorial und den South West Coastal Path dahinter sowie auf die anderen Strände von Newquay. Das Apartment besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern (eines davon en-suite) mit einer offenen Lounge / Küche. Alles, was Sie für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigen, ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist sowohl mit dem Aufzug als auch über eine Treppe erreichbar.
Im Keller des Gebäudes befindet sich ein abschließbarer Gemeinschaftskorb für Surf- und Bodyboards. Auf der Rückseite der Unterkunft befindet sich ein öffentlicher Parkplatz des Cornwall Council mit direktem Zugang zum Apartmentgebäude.

Beautiful property

This property is stunning and has everything you could need during your stay. It is a 5min walk to Newquay town and a choice of beaches. The property owner is lovely and allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived which is great as you never want to be far from your car when all your luggage is still in there. You were also able to contact her if you needed to and communication was great. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

Brilliant location and lovely apartment

Fab week in lovely apartment so close to fistral beach we walked there in our wetsuits. The apartment was well thought out plenty of space and well equipped we will definitely return.

Great stay

The apartment was exactly as described. Check-in process was very well prepared. Everything very clean and everything available what you need. The owner was very helpful to answer all questions. Even a parking spot was reserved for the whole stay for free. The only missing information was, that the parking lot was only accessable via stairs which is a challenge if you need a walker. Thanks for the great time Sarah!

Fantastic place, can't wait to return.

We had a lovely week. Great communication with owner. Arranged early check in and late check out which was perfect for us. Location was brilliant and the apartment it self stunning. Carparking included was a real bonus. Beds comfortable and everything you needed. We can not wait to return.

Excellent property close to town and all amenities with the added bonus of 4 mins to fistral beach, very clean and tidy , and you get a paid parking space for the week which was great we didn’t use the car unless we went off for the day . Highly recommend this property we will be staying again .

Excellent place to discover Newquay, Cornwall

Really nice flat with all amenities and great view of fistral beach, excellent location ( 5 minutes walk to Fistral beach). The place was spot on and super clean, could not find any fault, well done for maintaining and managing it, will definitely come back and highly recommend ! Lovely place to stay

The apartment was very, very clean & very well supplied with everything we could possibly need, real home from home. Beds comfortable . We found the whole block very quiet, you had to remember the code numbers though, having them made the whole building feel very secure. I would Highly recommend this apartment .

Excellent location, excellent property, excellent host!

We had a lovely stay in this property in Newquay. Our Host was very easy to communicate with, so it was easy to find, and easy to check-in. The apartment was very clean and attractive and within easy walk to the beach, the Town Centre and the cafes & restaurants. I can highly recommend this place. One extra note: We took the open top Atlantic Coaster bus to Padstow for a day trip, and the scenery from the top of the bus was magnificent. As were the cakes in the Cherry Tree Cafe in Padstow!!

Beautiful apartment on the headland, quiet and peaceful

We felt very welcome. Communication was very detailed and accurate. The apartment is very convenient to the beach and to town, best place we’ve had so far in Cornwall. Every amenity is already there. The apartment was quiet, except for the sound of the sea. Perfect.

Perfect apartment

Wonderful clean and modern apartment in a fantastic location - within easy walking distance of beaches, shops, restaurants and more. We spent a very relaxing week here in October - the weather wasn't kind to us but it didn't matter. We booked this apartment with only 24 hours notice when our original plans were cancelled due to COVID, Sarah was in touch with us immediately as soon as we made our enquiry and the communication was first class from start to finish. I can't recommend this apartment enough.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just 300 metres from the world famous Fistral beach and a two minute walk into the centre of bustling Newquay with all its amenities. We enjoy this part of Cornwall's coastline as there are some great walks from outside of the apartment with spectacular scenic views and great waves in windy conditions .

The apartment is an excellent base from which to explore the very best that Cornwall has to offer. It's a 2 minute walk into town or to the beach and there are several fabulous restaurants and bars all within walking distance. It is also directly opposite the wonderful Newquay golf course and very close to a number of surf schools.
