Wonderful Stay!

We enjoyed this property immensely. The home was well supplied with cooking essentials, the pool was enjoyed by all and the resort benefits added additional options for all ages. We will be back.

Great family rental

Large comfortable home. Just as advertised. Plenty of room for multi aged family groups. Resort community areas clean and well maintained. Home furniture is starting to show some wear from guest but maintenence was very attentive to any issues. The bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen fairly well stocked, pool and spa great. Close to all we needed. We had a great experience.

Great place for families

We had a large group of 10 adults and 10 children. This home was perfect for us all. Adult couples we're all able to have private rooms. All enjoyed the pool and free access to the resort. Basic kitchen tools/appliances and extra towels really made the experience that much nicer.

Family Vacation

The home was amazing! My family and I enjoyed this spacious amazingly beautiful home. We all were comfortable and enjoyed all of the great amenities like the pool and grill. Our Host April was very attentive checking on our stay. It is definitely a vacation we will all remember. We would definitely rent out this fabulous home again!

Perfect for multi family in great location!

Overall great home for two or three families. Plenty of space and common areas. Very clean and updated. Was a great space for me and my sisters family to relax after park days ! Highly recommend.

Great Vacation Home - Florida 2023

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home, love the open floorplan for our large group of 3 families. The best part was all 3 couples had their own king bed with our own bathroom in the suite. The pool and hot tub were perfect to enjoy in the hot weather. The complex had a larger pool with a lazy river which was fun, but our kids loved the bball and sand volleyball courts. It was great to have the garage space for extra parking too. Will definitely be back, April was so great to work with. She accommodated all of our requests and was super friendly.

Beautiful house

We had an amazing stay at this property! Everything was as advertised and had no problems with the house. It was very clean, spacious and loaded with amenities! Great Experience!!

I took my high school youth group and we had an amazing time. The house was large enough for everyone to spread out, have privacy for bathrooms, and the pool area was great!! We had a small problem with the grill and within 30 minutes of contacting the maintenance person we were back up and running without any issue. Truly an amazing week and great experience for all of us!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your property!!

Our Safe Haven

Sadly we arrived at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, however this was the perfect place to self-isolate until we made our way home. The house is huge and fit our family of 16 perfect. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness of the house as well. From the time of booking to any questions or concerns we had during our stay April was very quick to respond. When we couldn't find toilet paper in stores due to coronavirus hoarders April sent us some rolls, probably from her own personal stock and called some stores to find us some! The house had everything we needed, lots of towels, bath and pool. The pool was clean and warmed up quickly. When the pool started to get cloudy on us, I emailed April and someone was over in an hour to shock the pool. Also, we found the house temperature to be nice, quite cool upstairs, not too hot down stairs. Sadly the clubhouse was closed the day we arrived due to the coronavirus, so I can't comment on that aspect, but it looked awesome and fun! Would recommend this rental 100% and hope to return again when we can utilize the clubhouse.

Very nice home!

My family and I vacationed here the week of July 4th. The house was super nice and very clean. We had plenty of room for all 14 of us and the kids especially loved the pool, game tables, and X-box. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was completely stocked with nice appliances. Since it was the week of the 4th, the resort was crowded so parking was a challenge at times, but I would definitely recommend vacationing here. The main pool, lazy river, kid's play areas, and basketball courts were also added bonuses. We enjoyed Disney, but also many other local attractions. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants close by as well as lots of golf courses (which our men enjoyed!). We would love to rent this home again!

Furniture inspections

I would like to start off by saying that each time that I called to report and issue. They would come out and repair and or fix it. I loved that. The furniture was already broken, so what I’m saying is to please,please,please check everything when you rent any home. The ac would not cool the upper part of the house. Just be careful whenever you rent the house. I just had a bad experience. Good luck

Fantastic Villa For All The Family!!

This villa was the ideal choice for our family holiday of 9 Adults and 5 kids. The furniture and fittings in the villa are first class and the pool area was excellent and in constant use by the kids whenever we were in the villa or on return from the parks. Jacuzzi was a definite favourite to recover from parks. We found the villa to really suit our family needs both in giving everyone their own bit of space when needed, but also with enough family spaces for us to be together for eating and chatting over a beer or glass of wine! Kids loved taking over the upstairs games area, We only visited the Community clubhouse and pool on one day, and kids loved the water area and lazy river, as well as the free arcade games. Villa is close to Disney, and there are some back roads which get you there quicker. Also only a couple of minutes drive to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and takeaways. Would definitely return again!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation.

awesome place

Big roomy house that allowed our big crew of adults to spread out. Close to Disney and the recreation area with the bar and grill was an added bonus. Really enjoyed the lazy river. Will stay here again.

Beautiful Home!! Loved it!!

We stayed in June 2017. We loved the house. All televisions are smart tvs..very nice. Plenty of towels. We used the pool everyday. Very nice community pool. We would stay here again. Great location, took us about 22 min to get to Disney.

Perfect. No complaints!

This property is even better than the pictures look, if that is possible. The owners are great and respond quickly and always available for questions or concerns. The property is so convenient to Disney. The community has a great pool and bar/restaurant. As far as the home, it is so nice. Everything is above and beyond. Very nice beds and linens. Another great thing we all noticed is how well stocked the home is. The kitchen has everything you need which was a great help. The owners even provide a crib, stroller, and a few other things. We had plenty of space and an excellent stay. We will definitely consider this property every year our dance team travels to Orlando.

Floorplan was very accommodating for large families and the pool was great!

We stayed here in late March to take in a Spring training baseball game in Lakeland. It worked out great and we also made a trip to Disney and to Tampa. Great location! It was great having the pool/patio/grill to come back to at night. The community pool and lazy river also added some variety to the days we chose to just hang out and relax. Our kids had a great time and it was a very relaxing vacation for all of us. April and Bobby have been great to work with and communicate very well.

Dream vacation

Great house, everything it says in review is true.

Loved staying in this property, plenty of room for three families. The house was very comfortable, having the pool was a great hit with the kids. Also having use of the club house and pool was a bonus. It was about a 20 minute drive to Disney World depending on traffic. The security was also good, felt very safe. I would highly recommend this property. Had no problem dealing with April & Bobby.
