Dies ist ein zweiter Stock, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder Wohnung in Gebäude 4. Gratis Wifi. Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen 40-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, ein Queensize-Schlafsofa und einen Holzkamin. Die Küche ist komplett mit viel Zubehör ausgestattet. Der Essbereich verfügt über einen Deckenventilator und im Essbereich finden 4 Personen Platz. An der Bar stehen zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten zur Verfügung. Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett. Das Gästezimmer bietet zwei Einzelbetten. Ein neues Clubhaus ist im Bau und die Fertigstellung erfolgt voraussichtlich im September 2020. Es verfügt über einen Innenpool, einen Whirlpool, eine Sauna und einen Fitnessraum. Die Unterkunft verfügt auch über Tennisplätze und Grillplätze im Freien.

First timers snowboarding

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of four fit the condo just right. Our balcony overlooked the Oma Meadow lift. If we had our own gear we could of walked out the condo and started boarding. The condo was outdated and needed to be cleaned a little deeper. It worked well for our three night stay. Decor was very random and kitchen utensils and cookware were random and unorganized. Heat was hard to regulate. But overall my family had a good time.

Great skiing, no sleep

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is old and outdated. It was clean in all the must have places but everything on the walls, including air vents, were dirty and dusty. Beds and pillows were hands down the worst I have ever experienced in a rental. With that said, it’s in a perfect location if you are comfortable skiing a blue right out the back door. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It would haven been nice to have a hair dryer. Skiing was great except for crowds on Sat. Sugar Mtn does nothing to mitigate the cluster, be ready to wait 30-40 min in lift lines on weekends.

Best location for family ski trip

We even used their recommended gear rental company and they fitted us in the room then picked it up when we were rinished. The property had plenty of room for a family of 5 and was very clean.

Unit 421. Do not rent!!!!

All cupboards & doors sqeak. NO amenities. No hair dryers. One dishwasher soap packet for a five night stay. 1/4 roll of paper towel in kitchen. Mishmash of pots & pans. Filthy oven. I had to go over the kitchen before use...still remnants from the last visitors. King bed in master bedroom?? NOT!!! It's a double bed! Horrible bed. Uncomfortable. Headboard rattles & creaks with every move. King sheets on a double bed. Ugh. Nasty Nasty matress. The garbage under the twin bed was appalling! Found trash dated November & it's February! NO dvd 's there but not working. TV didn't work in living room. Had to call maintenance twice but tv just kept going out.Not happy with our stay in this unit. All it has going for it is location. I would NEVER rent this unit again. Never. Never. Never.The property itself & the staff were great.

Family Ski Trip

Having the washer and dryer was helpful. This unit needs some basic updates. The kitchen has limited cooking supplies, there was no baking pans, only one small pitcher. There were no linens for the sleeper. Blankets were just piled in closets. No way to determine if clean. Mattresses are very uncomf and old and the living room furniture dirty. I used a kitchen knife to repair bath door knob. Master bath needs light bulbs.

Not a renovated unit but good lication

But I would implore the owners to secure loose doorknobs, replace light bulbs, put pillowcases on pillows and put a complete set of silverware in kitchen along with a colander. No hand soap anywhere. Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A perfect ski-out location. My husband and our 2 boys were able to walk around the building and right onto the slopes. The view from the unit was awesome. The newer clubhouse is great. The unit itself was clean. However you are unable to use the closets in the bedrooms to hang anything up because there is so much excess like lamps, side tables and decor that needs cleaned out. The unit could definitely use an edit in terms of the amount of furniture that is there. As well as some upkeep like making sure the furniture is safe. All of the beds were very loose. The listing also said it was a King bed in the master, and it is not. Im not even sure it was a queen. Overall it was a good stay.

Great Location but Needs Updating!

We felt as though maybe we were the first to rent this condo in a while. All the dishes seemed coated with grime. Wine glasses still had wine in bottom. Broken glass in the dishwasher. Random cooking utensils and cookware. Not organized at all! Only two dish towels and no rag making it difficult to keep dishes/counters clean. Coffee maker doesn't work unless you only make 4 cups at a time. Stove definitely needs to be replaced. The kitchen light fixture had a ton of bugs in it. Only had one roll of toilet paper which was on the roll in each bathroom and when asked for more only gave us one (even though both ran out). We had to keep the lid off the front toilet so we could make it stop running every time it was used. Walls were dirty (disgusting in the bathroom) and need repainting. I would definitely stay at this resort again, just one of the units that has been updated. I really hope the owners of this condo know it's not being cleaned or taken care of properly.

Location is great! Bedding is terrible

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Oma’s Meadow lift was not operating during our stay, but about 200 yards to the left there is access to a slope. The location is great - not far from restaurants and grocery store. Bedding was terrible- we ended up leaving a night early so we could get back to our beds and pillows. I met the property manager who was wonderful and let us know she would communicate with the owner. We will be back, but come with our own pillows and mattress pads :)
