Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großes Spielzimmer mit einem Billardtisch, Tischtennis, Tischfußball und einem großen Flachbildfernseher - viele Annehmlichkeiten für stundenlange Unterhaltung für alle. Das Spielezimmer verfügt auch über eine Wet-Bar mit Glaswaren und einem Geschirrspüler sowie bequeme Ledersofas, in denen Sie sich entspannen können. Eines der Sofas ist ausziehbar und bietet zusätzlichen Schlafplatz. Das Haus hat eine Klimaanlage, um in den wärmeren Monaten kühl zu bleiben.

Holz- und Steinakzente mit hohen Decken verleihen diesem Haus eine einladende Lodge-Atmosphäre, während der neu gestaltete Küchen- / Essbereich mit Holzböden, Granit-Arbeitsplatten und Edelstahlgeräten für Unterhaltung sorgt. Am Esstisch finden 8 Personen Platz, an den Küchenbars finden 8 weitere Platz.

Teen family get away

Wonderful accommodations with something for everyone Loved everything about the house and location I would much appreciate a 4 pm check in and 11 pm check out however; it is really too short for a rental like this otherwise and I probably will think twice about renting from Bennington against n unless we can stay more than 3 days as result of this Thank you for considering!

Best Sunriver stay

Been visiting Sunriver for the past 20 years 2-3 times a year. By far this is the best house we have ever stayed in. Very clean, newer neighborhood, huge patio seating area with new furniture, more than fully equipped kitchen. The game room upstairs with pool and ping pong tables was great. Hats off to all that provided this nice clean house. We will be back for sure.

Perfect Property for a Family with Kids

This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this home. We’ve booked because of the two separate living spaces. Upstairs family room offers pool table and ping pong table for adults and puzzling & game table, plus plenty of space for toddlers to play and run around. Essentially has 2 primary king en-suite bedrooms too. Great for extended family members who want privacy. Kitchen had everything we needed for food prep, including spices, food storage and wrappings. Would truly recommend.

Spring Break Vacation

This house was perfect for adults and kids. The game room upstairs is where we spent the majority of our time while at the house. The pool table and pingpong table got used a ton! We enjoyed puzzles, watching movies, the fireplace. There was enough room for all of us to be in the game room and not be on top of each other. The house had everything we needed, very well stocked. Excellent location, easy to find. We love coming to explore Sunriver, and will definitely be booking this house again!

Vacation made easy! This property and managaement company is wonderful!

The house was inviting as soon as we opened the door. We were traveling with a large group and had 6 kids with us. When we arrived there were six goody bags for the kids with snacks, juice box, crayons, and activity workbook. It was a very nice touch upon arrival after a long drive in the car. The house was very tidy with nice furnishings and enough of it to actually fit a group our size comfortably (we had 11 people). There were extra blankets, pillows, linens, and towels tucked away so we never felt like we didn’t have enough or needed to do laundry every day. Rooms were a great size and the bonus room upstairs is HUGE! The pictures don’t even do it justice. We were able to boweorw a few sleds for free for the week to use in the snow. Hot tub worked great and was in perfect working order the whole time. A few cons: -The house can get dark in the evenings despite having all the lights on. We had to move floor and table lamps around in order to play a board game upstairs. -the knives in the kitchen were pretty terrible. Lots of them, but really dull. And no bread knife, which made it difficult when we made fresh bread everyday. -one of the beds upstairs has a REALLY firm mattress. I know some people like that but it was so hard, we had people sleeping on the fold out couch instead. -the fireplace upstairs was beautiful but there were no instructions on how to work it. It blasts heat into the room and at one point it was 90 degrees and we had to open all the windows. We would have used it a lot more just for aesthetics but couldn’t because it made the room so hot. Also, the hearth/seat and glass get dangerously hot. We had to tell all the children that they couldn’t sit near it. Overall this house was wonderful and we’ve stayed in sunriver several times so we have a lot to compare. I would absolutely come back here again and would recommend this property to anyone I knew. Additionally, I would like to praise Bennington Property Management company because they were great! Very attentive, courteous, and responsive. They do a wonderful job of maintaining this property and making it nice for their guests.

Fabulous home

We went with family and friends for 5 days. The house was big and roomy. The upstairs family room was always buzzing with activity. Management company was an A+++. They always responded within minutes of asking a question and always had an answer for any situation. Thank you, we had a great time.

Happy with our Stay

Hello - We enjoyed out stay at this property. Overall we thought the house was clean and had nice amenities. My only reason for 4 stars are the following reasons: 1) Kitchen Pots / Pans / Utensils need to be replaced. 2) Broken Ping Pong Paddles 3) The top of the bunk beds did not seem safe for children younger than 8 years old. 4) This house does not have access to SHARC. I thought I read on the original listing we did have access but we were disappointed to find out we did not. We could have misunderstood at booking time but it's still not ideal to not have access to the pool. Overall we would stay in this house again and would recommend it. Our feedback is meant to be constructive and to improve the experience for future guests.

Such an great setup. The bonus room with the ping pong, pool, and foose is the ultimate hangout location. Would 10/10 Bennington Properties and in specific this location. Short drive/bike ride to all of Sun River's amenities.

A place that meets everyone's needs!

We rented this house for a family getaway. The house had plenty of activities between the fabulous game room, the board games, toy closet, and tvs to keep the teenage and younger kids happy! For the adults we were able to find space in the house to visit quietly while the kids entertained themselves upstairs. We loved the openness of the kitchen and that there were plenty of bathrooms. Access to the bikes allowed all of us to explore the many bike paths and resort ammenities. We would definitely stay here again!

We have rented several houses in sunriver and this one was great!! It was clean, spacious and the game was room was a huge hit. Tons of bikes, hot tub and location were amenities that made the trip relaxing, fun and memorable. Would definitely recommend this property. Thank you!

Family fun

Great place to stay. We had 4 adults and 4 teens, there was space for everyone. The upstairs game room is where most of the down time was spent. Had an issue with the laundry that couldn’t be handled while we were there bu they were very attentive and helpful. Would and plan to stay here again.

Family Christmas

All the amenities of home. We had our family Christmas that consisted of 3 families and it was fun for all ages! The kids ranged from 4 to 14 and there was something for everyone. The bonus room upatairs was such a fun place for everyone and it left downstairs open for more quiet conversation and relaxing. Hot tub was a hit as well. It met all of our needs and we will definitely do this again.

Everything we hoped for

Excellent lay out, great size for a group of adults and children. We had 3 adult couples and a few kids, plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable. The game room is AWESOME! We were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was, plenty of dishes, a blender and crock pot. Beautiful neighborhood. We were very please with our stay.

Weekend getaway

Our first time staying in Sunriver and it didn't disappoint. The house was perfect for us and we're already planning our next trip. We loved the bonus room for the kids and the two master suites were perfect for our two families. The only issue we had was that our stay wasn't long enough.
