Das Haus liegt nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Princeville St. Regis Hotel und Zugang zum Strand, oder Sie können auf schöne Hanalei Bay zu fahren. Die Sunset Haus ist Platz für für große Gruppen. Es gibt einen großen Hinterhof und einem BBQ Grill für Familienspaß. Das neu gestaltete Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 37-Zoll-HD-TV und Highspeed-Internet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett mit einem Flachbild-TV und eine neu gestaltete Badezimmer, bestehend aus einer übergroßen Badewanne und Dusche verfügen die 2. und 3. Schlafzimmer Königinnen Betten gibt es Fernseher in jedem dieser Zimmer und das vierte Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten. Entlang des Golfplatzes der Ka Haku Road führt ein Joggingpfad zu Geschäften, Restaurants, dem Gemeinschaftspark und dem St. Regis Hotel.

Great Place

Princeville was the perfect location for our family gathering! The house had everything we needed for cooking meals and going to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone and we really enjoyed the lania!! If your going to Kauai this is the rental you want !!

The four bedrooms and three bathrooms easily handled our family group of 7. The "flip" home design with all bedrooms on the main floor and kitched, living and verandas on the second floor worked so well to accommodate various family sleep schedules. This property is high;y recommended.

Amazing view

Great house for a group. Truly beautiful view from the upstairs area. House was very functional and enough bathrooms for a group of eight that we never a problem. Great lanai for hanging outdoors where cute birds would come visit us everyday.

Perfect for Families

This property is perfect for families! The layout of the home and location made it a dream for our family to explore the island and all sleep well! The large kitchen had proper cookware and utensils for cooking. The wrap around covered deck had great views during the rains. The home was very clean and safe. Our kids had fun in the warm community pool on our low key rest day. All around, we had a great stay in this home and are sad to leave.

Great North Shore Retreat

This property was perfect for our group of 4 couples. From this home base we were able to hit up everything the island had to offer. Being close to Hanalei and Haena State park was perfect, and we loved the proximity to Kilauea. The pictures do not do this house justice—it is big, well appointed, and has ample seating both indoor and outdoor for the group. We enjoyed using the kitchen for meals and eating on the lanai looking at the mountains. A phenomenal experience!

Fantastic experience in a beautiful home

Great family reunion for members from New Zealand, North Carolina and New Mexico. The home is lovely with amazing views (made kitchen cleanup a joy). We went to many amazing beaches, shopping, and water adventures. The grounds are beautiful. The whole process was stress free. Recommend highly!

This was a great vacation home for our family. The community pool and tennis courts are basically across the street. There are some sand toys, boogie boards, and tennis racquets currently on the property for use. Communication with the property manager Lori was amazing. She was attentive and able to answer all our questions in a timely manner. Including questions about wifi speed.

Comfortable, clean, spacious home

Our multi-generational family really enjoyed our week in this home. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is within walking distance of Hideaway Beach and Queen's Bath, though a few in our group were not up for the steep climb to the beach involved. Also in good location for us to access other North Coast sites (Napali Coast, Tunnels Beach, Anini Beach, Hanalei). The kitchen is well-stocked with dishware and cookware, but plan to buy ALL of your own cooking supplies, as there was not even salt/pepper to be found.

Perfect Stay

We really enjoyed our two week stay at this location. Lori, the property manager, was wonderful from start to finish, with excellent communication and friendliness. The space was large enough for our group to enjoy, was well equipped with anything you would need to cook and play, including beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and toys (though you may want to rent snorkeling gear- we brought our own so didn’t dig through to see if the house provided any). Great location close to Foodland, Nourish Hanalei, Hideaways and Sea Lodge Beach, and a short drive to Anini, Kiluea, and Hanalei . Beautiful views through every window. We were there in June and the open windows brought in cooling cross winds so we were all very comfortable. All in all a great time and we would definitely come again!

Great location in Princeville

We enjoyed the size and location of this property. Great home in a nice neighborhood. As other reviews noted, some things were dated but it was still a nice stay nonetheless. We would definitely stay here again.

The layout is convenient with the bedrooms on the ground floor so you don’t have to lug suitcases upstairs. The upstairs is an open floor plan with great views everywhere. The neighborhood pool is close by and usually very quiet and relaxing. The backyard borders the golf course so that’s an extra bonus with no rear yard neighbors. The house is close to the Princeville shopping center with the Foodland and various restaurants and shops. Hanalei and Annini Beach are a short drive as well. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in 2023.

Comfy home with great views

My family of 8 enjoyed our stay here. Everyone had a great time playing games out on the 2 lanais. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy each other’s company here. The home is a bit dated, but only the appliances were a small issue. The markings were rubbed off the stove burner knobs so we kept turning them the wrong way, which isn’t a huge problem. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future.

Stunning views from beautiful home

This home is beautiful with large windows that look out to the mountains and golf course. My family and I (5 adults, 3 kids) had a wonderful time here. They provided us with beach chairs, some beach towels, and sand toys. The kids loved using the boogie boards in the water. The home is very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again! Mahalo for helping us to have such a great trip here in Princeville.
