Charming and clean!

Quiet, tucked away stay, 15 from the strip

Fantastic location with an amazing and peaceful patio with spectacular views. I recommend parking on the main roads and walking up the paths to the apartment. Just 15min waking from the main strip and fantastic restaurants. If the host is ever unavailable his wonderful mom is just next door to take care of everything. Will stay again!

We were only in Napoli for 1 night and Lina and Massimo made us feel welcome! When we arrived, Lina was waiting to welcome us to our flat. They had restaurant recommendations and suggestions on ways to travel around town. The apartment has everything you need including a breathtaking view of Mt. Vesuvius. Terrific welcome to Naples

We had such a wonderful stay in Napoli, thanks to the warm welcome by Lina and Rino, the parents of Max, who live next door to this apartment - Lina even treated us to a taste of her homemade polpette (meatballs)! The apartment was spacious and clean and had a well equipped kitchen, but who comes to Italy to cook? And the view of Vesuvius from the patio was breathtaking. The Metro and funicular stops were close by and handy for navigating to/from the train station, but it's easy to get around on foot and a good way to burn off the pizza calories.

Max's Mama greeted us, and even she didn't speak English, and our Italian was worse, we made a love connection with her-especially my husband! The flat has everything you need, and Mama's bedroom suite made us wonder how they even got it into this 4th floor apartment. We took advantage of the best part of the flat-the veranda. We were serenaded by someone practicing their trumpet as we viewed Mt. Vesuvius off in the distance. Bella!

Rent this for the terrace!

This was a sweet little apartment in Napoli. Once you get upstairs, the bustle of the streets below fades and you have a fourth story view of the bay of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius that was absolutely spectacular. Rent this apartment for the magical terrace! Lina who lives across the street was one of the sweetest people I've ever met. She was accommodating and such a beautiful soul. She also recommended we go to Pizzeria Brandi (in walking distance) which was one of my favorite meals on our entire trip. Naples is a little hectic, but this apartment was a quiet oasis that I'd gladly go back and stay in.

Gracious Hosts

We stayed three nights at Max's apartment, which has an excellent, excellent wifi connection and is located across the hall from that of his parents Gino and Lina. We spoke French with Lina, whose terrace communicates with her son's, who boasts breathtaking panoramic views of Vesuvius and the bay. The old elevator building is two blocks from the stop of the funicular, which brings one in minutes to San Carlo and the waterfront. There is also a nearby street for marketing. The shower was maybe a little too small for big guys like ourselves, but we were made to feel like family and enjoyed our stay!

Ms Latte & Mr Stabile are wonderful and so helpful

Upon arrival we were greeted by Ms Latte and Mr Stabile who showed us around the spacious apartment. The large terrace has a fantastic view of the Bay of Naples, this is where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and late night dinner in the evening watching the cruise ships come and go. Ms Latte took us to the market down the street and treated us to a shot of coffee at the corner coffee shop. She was there to arrange a early morning transfer ro the airport for us. Incredible Balcony View

We loved our stay in the apartment. Lina and her sons were amazing hosts! We really loved the deck with an incredible view of the harbor. We made the mistake of driving our rental car to the apartment. Everything ended up working out and because we only stayed one night, parking in front of the apartment. I would not recommend driving to the apartment (unless you are used to very tight European hills). All in all, if you're looking for a place with only a short walk down a fairly steep hill to action, this is the place. Don't forget, you need to walk back up the steep hill to get back to the apartment. Thank you Lina for a wonderful stay in your amazing city!

Incredible view

The room and view itself were wonderful. The hosts were incredibly pleasant and helpful. The area in this part of town is a little sketchy dark/rundown especially at night, but you have three gates/layers of security in the building (we felt very safe) and luckily the metro is two blocks away to get you to the more populated and busy area so you won’t need to walk around the apartment very much. getting the taxi to this location was a little difficult as was rolling suitcases uphill so be prepared. But the apartment itself was wonderful and the sunrise is breath taking. Sit out there with wine and cheese or coffee from the local shops up the hill - you won’t be disappointed. Takes about 20 minutes to get to the port if you want to spend a day in Pompeii, capri, sorrento, positano etc.

Lovely Naples apartment

We spent one week in Max’s lovely 4th floor apartment. The extraordinary view of the Naples bay from the large patio was a highlight. Coming back from a long day of sightseeing, this was where we relaxed and watched the cruise ships come and go. Max was a wonderful host. He walked me to the nearest grocery store and pointed out the funicular stop. And then he returned to the apartment and made lunch for us! He is an exceptional host. The location of the apartment is near to the funicular stop which allowed us to go anywhere we wanted without climbing the steep hills. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Max even arranged for our transportation to the Naples airport at the end of our stay. If we return to Naples, this is where we will stay. Thank you Max!

Great apartment with wonderful hosts

My friend and I loved this apartment! It was very well outfitted with wifi that actually worked (found this to be luck of the draw in Italy)! The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of space, and the patio is absolutely beautiful. It looks out to the bay, and we enjoyed many a glass of wine out there watching the sunset. Only downside is what was mentioned by prior reviews-shower is a bit small. It was fine for both of us, but I can see someone taller having issues. Lina, Gennaro, and their son Max were wonderful and so helpful. Lina was very communicative and replied promptly to any questions I had ahead of time. Max was basically a savior for my friend and I as we chose to drive through Italy and navigation in the cities (especially Naples) was a nightmare for us. We ended up on the little cobblestone alleys that run between all of the buildings with hardly any room to get through, dodging pedestrians, scooters, and cars. It was absolutely terrifying for us, and he kindly drove our car for us to the parking garage once we reached the apartment (which is off of one of those narrow alleyways). Additionally, he came over after work on the day we left and drove us from the garage to the main road and gave us detailed directions. He was literally a life saver! I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I find myself in Naples again.

Wundervolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben zwei tolle Wochen in Neapel verbracht und fĂŒhlten uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen und sicher in der Ferienwohnung von Gennaro und Lina. Beide sind sehr herzliche und offene Menschen und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man dies in Anspruch nehmen möchte (man kann jederzeit bei ihnen klingeln, sie wohnen direkt in der Nachbarwohnung). Der Blick von der tollen Terrasse ist - wie von vielen schon beschrieben - einfach phantastisch und wir haben uns auch nach zwei Wochen nicht daran satt gesehen. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert.

Zuhause in Neapel!

Eine sehr nette Ferienwohnung , gemĂŒtlich und sehr sauber. Der Clou ist die Dachterrasse mit fantastischem Blick auf die Bucht von Neapel. Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral und in authentischem Viertel. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich nett und hilfsbereit, man fĂŒhlt sich sofort willkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert, um Neapel kennen zu lernen!

"wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne woche in neapel! die lage der wochung mitten im leben neapels, nicht weit von der altstadt und hafen entfernt. alles zu fuß zu erreichen. 2min. von der funicolare centrale.schon der tĂ€gliche kontakt mit dem ursprĂŒnlichem leben im stadtteil ist ein besonderes erlebnis. die wohnung ist nett eingerichtet und hat eine herrliche, große terasse mit direktem blick auf den vesuv und hafen. die vermieter lina und rino sind Ă€ußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit- ein traum fĂŒr jeden gast! mile grazie! die wohnung ist höhst empfehlenswert und bleibt in angenehmer erinnerung."

"Das Angebot fĂŒr die Wohnung ist korrekt und entspricht in vollem Maße der RealitĂ€t. Die Wohnung liegt am Rande des Spanischen Viertels in einem gepflegten 5-stöckigen Haus. Die Aussicht von der Terasse wird fĂŒr uns einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich im Umgang mit ihren GĂ€sten und versuchen immer, ihnen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Neapel hat auf uns einen weit besseren Eindruck gemacht, als er von der deutschen Presse vermittelt wird. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Menschen und die kulturelle Vielfalt."

"Am Rande des spanischen ...

"Am Rande des spanischen Viertels gelegen bietet die Wohnung einen idealen Ausgangspunkt, Neapel zu Fuss zu erleben. Die wunderschöne Terrasse bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf, die Stadt und den Vesuv. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Ausstattung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Trotz der zentralen Lage und des prallen Lebens in den umliegenden Gassen ist es sehr ruhig, Ausschlafen ist kein Problem. Rino und Lina, die beiden Vermieter, sind reizende und liebenswĂŒrdige Gastgeber, die jederzeit mit Tipps und Hinweisen weiterhelfen.Wir/Ehepaar/58 u.59 Jahre alt, wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und am Abreisetag dort herzlich verabschiedet. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!"
