Wir haben für Ihren Strandurlaub zwei perfekte 3 Schlafzimmer 2 Bad Häuser entworfen. Auf der ersten Ebene finden Sie die Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und ein großes Badezimmer finden. Panoramafenster in der Nähe der Dachlinie sorgen für außergewöhnliche Licht und Ansichten. Die Gourmet-Küche ist mit einem 5-Brenner, Edelstahl-Gasherd und Deluxe nebeneinander Edelstahl Kühlschrank. Die Küchendecke ist mit versenkten Bambus verziert. Wir entschieden uns für eine große, Granit-Insel in der Mitte zu platzieren und eine Holzleiste an der Seite in ungezwungener Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Der Wohnbereich ist mit zwei großen Sofas, kundenspezifische Teakholz-Tische, große Spiegel, Surf-Rack und individuelle Kunstwerk gekleidet. Toller Ort zum Entspannen, Chat und Pläne für den Tag machen. Schlafzimmer 2 & 3 sind die Treppen mit Muscheln, seaglass und hellen Fenstern geschmückt gelegen auf. Beide sind ausreichend Stauraum, ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett, die als bequeme Tagesbett verdoppeln kann. # 3 Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine private Terrasse. Direkt vor dem Eingang finden Sie einen süßen Platz zum Entspannen und nehmen Sie all in. Jedes Haus verfügt über eine eigene Dusche im Freien und den Zugang zu unserem großen, Salzwasser-Pool mit Wasserfall und Jet-Bereich.

Casa Indigo und Casa Chiva sind neu und nebeneinander gebaut. Viele Gäste lieben mieten sie beide, wenn sie mit Freunden unterwegs. Nosara Verde befindet sich im Herzen von Guiones in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Nosara Verde Gemeinschaft ist lebendig, ruhig und sicher. In Sicherheits- und Alarm gebaut. House Switch

Rented Casa Indigo but within 20 minutes of moving in was moved to Casa Selva, a house next door and not the house we booked. Very disappointed we were removed from this house. Casa Selva was overall nice but we would not have booked it if it was listed for rent. The house also shares the pool with at least 4-6 other properties which I was unaware of while booking. The rating is based on experience only, not the quality of the rental.

Lovely location and home

Walking distance to things we love in Nosara. Restaurants, the beach, surf schools, yoga, board rental- did I say the beach?!!! Home is spacious and kitchen is well equipped. We would absolutely stay here again. Love listening to howler monkeys in the morning.

Perfect family of 5 getaway!

We loved the little casita - Casa Selva for our family of 5 - AC worked great - washer and drier was a luxury and well used! The house was nicely decorated, beds comfortable and lots of space to spread out. The staff onsite were very responsive to small issues that came up. Only cons - NO BEACH towels - we had packed 2 of ours but needed to buy others there, kitchen supplies could be bolstered a bit with some more basics, bathroom towels had some bleach stains on them & several large black wasps (that the gardener sprayed for but they kept coming back - so more regular spraying or enticing them somewhere else?).

Absolute Paradise!!!

This was our second visit to Nosara Verde,this was our first time staying in Casa Indigo. We knew this place was amazing but returning was even better than before. We had 5 people staying for 10 days and 9 for the other 12 days. The house accommodated all of us no problem. We just had the best time, Jodi was so helpful with anything we needed whether it was extra chairs for the patio or advice on where to eat. We met so many nice families that were staying on the property,Such a great vibe here. We had the pool to ourselves on many of the days we were there but also when there was other people at the pool it was fun and friendly. I cant say enough good things about staying here. The house was clean and well maintained, the kitchen was great to prepare meals for our large group.The property is a quick 10 min walk to the beach which is the most stunningly beautiful clean beach we have ever been to. We would walk to sunset every evening with our whole crew. We didn't have a car for our stay and everything we needed was withing walking distance from the property. The beach dog cafe, El Manglar restaurants we re our favorite dinner spots. Nosara Bagel has the best coconut lattes!! We are saving our pennies for our next trip there. Thanks so much Jodi!! our trip was just the best!!!

Beautiful complex and home in paradise!

A wonderful, well-stocked, and comfortable home close enough to walk to the beach (a bit under 15 minutes), downtown Guiones, and other nearby shops. Jodie and the staff were great to work with and I look forward to returning again!

A Slice of Paradise

I cannot say enough about Nosara Verde! The accommodations, staff, and grounds were absolutely perfect! Our casita was just what we were looking for, clean, quaint and tranquil. The walk to the beach is super easy, and the beach itself is absolutely amazing. Nosara is a quaint little town with everything you need from great food to surf to yoga! It has an awesome atmosphere. If you’re looking for the perfect little slice of paradise Nosara Verde is your spot!

House was nice but smaller than pictures.

Nice property but a little too far to walk to beach. (Especially with boards). Multiple houses sharing pool was also a little surprising. We thought it was just one other family. Pool filter broke the last two days.

An amazing place to relax and unwind

Casa Selva is a house that is part of a development that is nicely off the beaten track. This house really felt like we were on our own. There were lots of animal visits and quiet. A few steps away is the pool which was nice to cool off in. The beach and two little towns are short walks away. We originally thought we would come just with our family of four, but since the house said it slept eight we brought another family. The house has a great layout and we absolutely loved it! The kitchen is fantastic and the setup allowed us to eat in, in style in our little jungle retreat. We had stopped off to get groceries and went out to eat as a treat. We had an amazing time!

Beautiful place, great location!

The house was perfect for our group. We had friends staying in one of the bungalows as well. You r close enough to town/beach for walking yet removed enough for quiet/relaxation. The house is surrounded by jungle so we had a armadillo pass through every evening, a huge iguana on the tree every morning and coati's roaming about everyday! Kids enjoyed playing in the pool while we lounged on our deck in the evening. It's everything we hoped for. We will definitely come back!!

Great stay over Christmas and New Years

great stay; walked to the beach several times each day; kitchen was good for cooking. we enjoyed the pool with it's lush tropical atmosphere and relaxing lounges. Our young-adult children enjoyed it too, including the nearby nightlife. thanks!

Above and Beyond

Casa Indigo was beyond perfect for our family of 5. The place could easily accommodate a few more people, too. Everything is within walking distance and the neighborhood feels totally secure. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. We can't thank Casa Verde enough.

A Week in Paradise!

My family of 8 had an amazing vacation in Playa Guiones! Casa Selva was the prefect home for us! It was spacious and nicely equipped and in a compound of beautiful homes with a security guard, so we felt very safe. The house is situated in the back with a wonderful view of the jungle, which I really loved. We hardly knew that other families were around from the creative way that Nosara Verde was designed, and we were able to see all kinds of amazing wildlife from our back deck. The pool is large and heavenly with a whirlpool and waterfall area - perfect when it is too hot on the beach. The house is situated in the area with tons of restaurants and shops close by, and the beach is a bike ride or 4-wheeler away. Jody was fantastic to work with - quick to respond, informative, and flexible with the odd times of our travel to and from Nosara. She even connected us with an amazing cook, Lucy, who the whole family LOVED! She made my vacation so that I did not have to cook or clean up after everyone!!! Lucy's husband, Juan, made the fishermen in my family happy by taking them fishing and catching several sailfish on the 2 trips they chartered. We were all depressed to come home. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a week in paradise!

We travelled to Nosara verde over the Easter week with a very large (35 person) group. It was for my oldest son's senior class spring break. The ages of travellers ranged from 12-70. We flew into San jose and the ride there was long but interesting and we had no problems. The property is beautiful! Everyone had such a good time. The walk to the beach is very manageable. Kids were able to do it with the surf boards. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all! Almost empty. The food was fantastic everywhere. Jodie was very helpful and available to assist quickly with any needs. The homes and casitas (think we booked all) were super comfortable and decorated nicely. Convenient for large groups. We relaxed by the great pool (especially in the evening) which had shade areas and sunny areas. There was a wide variety of personalities and interests in the group but everyone said the trip was a success. My family would Definitely go back!!!! I miss it already. It was pure heaven. I know theft is a big concern in that area. We used just normal precautions and did not have any problems amongst our group. If you are thinking of going, I highly recommend it!

Our stay at Casa Selva (3 college friends in their 40s) was amazing and we can't wait to go back! It is beautiful, spacious, clean, simple (in a good way, i.e. no dorky tchotchkes everywhere) has an amazing kitchen with tons of gear. The house is very private and feels very safe at the same time. I almost hesitate to describe it realistically because we want to keep this gem to ourselves haha ;) It's situated in a great part of town, close to everything (we had a golf cart) yet nice and quiet, away from the road. JUST PERFECT!!!! And the pool with the fountain and jacuzzi was so peaceful and a great spot to sunbathe! The communication with Jodie was very smooth and she was right there whenever we needed anything. Thank you so much Jodie!!!!!! <3 :D We loved it!!!!!!!! PURA VIDA!!!!!!!
