Unsere Wohnung im 4. Stock mit bequemem Aufzug verfügt über alle neuen Küchenschränke, Edelstahlgeräte, Arbeitsplatte, Metzgerblockinsel mit 3 Barhockern, Geschirr, Kochgeschirr, Utensilien und Kleingeräte (unten aufgeführt). King-Size-Serta-Matratzen mit Pillow-Top, Bettwäsche, Kommode, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Nachttische, Ventilatoren / Leuchten und an der Wand befestigter 32-Zoll-TV. Es gibt einen Raumteiler, um das Schlafzimmer vom Wohnbereich zu trennen. Queen-Schlafsofa mit Bettwäsche, 55-Zoll-TV- und Unterhaltungsständer mit Blu-ray-DVD-Player und kostenfreiem Highspeed-WLAN im Zimmer! Das Badezimmer hat einen neuen Waschtisch mit Granitplatte, Glasschiebetüren und neue Handtücher. Alle Zimmer sind neu gestrichen. Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit haben wir Strandkörbe, Strandtücher, Kühler, Nudeln und Spiele, Videos und Bücher!

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in Gebäude A in der Nähe des Pools und direkt am Strand! Estero Beach and Tennis Club auf 10 tropischen Morgen am südlichen Ende von Fort Myers mit 7 Meilen von der feinsten weißen Sand in der Welt entfernt. Gehen Sie einfach raus und genießen Sie die Tiere, die in der Mündung auf dem Weg zum Strand zu sehen ist. Wir haben einen schönen beheizten Pool, 4 Har-Tru-Tennisplätze, Gasgrills, Shuffleboard und eine Waschküche.

Wenn Sie sich entscheiden zu gehen weg von der Eigenschaft keine Sorgen, braucht ein Auto oder Taxi, einfach über die Straße gehen, um Santina Plaza und genießen Sie viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht Sie. Es gibt einen 7 Eleven und CVS direkt nebenan. Fish Tale Marina auch über der Straße, wo Sie Boote, Kajaks mieten können, und tun, Delphin-Touren! Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach mehr Abenteuer sind, können Sie den Inselwagen für 75 Cent nehmen, der direkt vor unserem Haus hält und Sie die 7 Meilen von Fort Myers Beach hinauf und hinunter bringt. Bis zum nördlichen Ende ist das beliebte Time Square und im Süden ist Lovers Key State Park. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befindet sich das Santini Plaza mit Restaurants und Geschäften. Fort Myers ist zentral gelegen, nur wenige Minuten zu Bonita / Naples im Süden und Sanibel / Captiva im Norden. Sie werden nie aus der Dinge zu tun! Wir sind nur 29 Meilen vom Flughafen Fort Myers entfernt. Wir erlauben keine Haustiere oder Raucher ermöglichen. Unsere Wohnung muss von Samstag bis Samstag während der Hochsaison aufgrund unserer Reinigung / Hausmeister gebucht werden.

Ft. Myers Beach Vacation

Property was clean and very well stocked with dish soap, laundry soap, spices, beach chairs and towels. While there was some beach construction right in front of the building we could easily spend time on the beach with a short walk to the right.There aren't any restaurants in walking distance but we easily used the trolley and Uber to get around.

Great stay!!

Beautiful condo on the beach in Fort Myers. Very clean and the beach was a two minute walk from the lobby. Trolley stop was right across the street and many restaurants were open. Still lots of storm cleanup going on but it didn’t interfere with our vacation at all! We will use this place again!!

Cute and convenient

Although Ft Myers Beach is still building back from hurricane Ian; this property is up and going. Everyone was very nice, property was clean and cozy. It’s just steps away from the beach with quite a few shells.

Estero beach and tennis condo

We expected to be cancelled due to the hurricanes Helene and Milton. Pool was closed opened four days after arrival. One elevator was working one was out of order. Surrounding areas were still being repaired with trucks and bulldozers working immediately next to the pool area. No stores/restaurants open nearby.

Amazingly clean and comfortable!

Clean and comfortable, relaxing and stress free. Owner is amazing and supplies beach and pool items so if you’re flying no need to worrying about packing that stuff, right down to a cooler! Owner was very clear with check in and process was of course simple. Pool was amazing, met and hung out with great folks. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and easy trip. FMB is rebuilding so keep that in mind. Plenty to do and see if that’s what you’re looking for.

Fort Meyers on the Beach

The condo was as described. Everything needed for my week stay was there and in working order. Even with the construction going on it was still a very nice experience. Publix and 7-Eleven close and convenient. Laundry room on the Lobby floor was clean and easy to use…quarters needed for both washer & dryer. Best time for beach walk is definitely low tide. Not a “new” condo but all-in-all everything I needed was on hand and as described in the listing.

Nice compact unit

The unit itself was as described in the listing, but the amenities on site were still suffering from Ian damage. Pool wasn't open and laundry facilities were limited; construction work was on-going around all three buildings. It was nice to see the steady progress on the repairs, and the property should soon be back (close) to what it was.

Exactly how it is pictured

This condo was great. Melissa was super at responding to all my questions. The condo was really nice and the sofa bed was comfortable per the kids. If you are flying in you do not have to worry they have it all from beach supplies pool noodles, iron, etc. You will not be disappointed at the condo. The area is still under reconstruction from the hurricane but this condo you can tell kept up throughout the years and because of that it seems they were the first to be up and running. All three building seem to be very nice and the residents are all friendly. There is a Publix not to far (driving distance). Again Mellisa has everything in the condo ready for you.

A GEM of a vacation!

We had just a wonderful time! The place is AWESOME! We had plenty of amenities in the many diff beaches available. The hosts were great, communicated timely, etc. Please consider staying as the area is still recovering from Hurricane Ian. There are sufficient number of restaurants open and they are great! The people in the community are so very nice! We will come back and visit next year, looking forward to seeing the progress! Sanibel Island and Lovers key State Park are both open. The beaches are beautiful and sparse! It was like we had the beaches to ourselves! Truly loved our full week! Tom and Amy

Spring training getaway

This was our first time staying at Fort Myers Beach. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. The nearest Publix was just 2 miles away so easy to zip to and fro. Loved the proximity to the ocean front and the pool area was very nice. If one could look past the rubble of Ian and block out the noise of reconstruction, it was nice. We were forewarned so we were not upset at all by this just taken aback by all the devastation. Leaving the island was nightmarish, but I think that is par for the course during spring break season. Melissa promptly answered all my questions which I appreciated very much. All in all, enjoyed our week in the Florida sunshine!

A cute little place to stay on the beach

Although we had a little snafu with the cleaning, it was made mostly right and did not negatively influence our stay. There are ample pots and pans, can openers, beach chairs, etc. The sofa and bed were comfortable. However, we were very disappointed to find there was only a mini ironing board. We do iron as our clothes every evening before we go out as they get wrinkled while traveling, and this was very inconvenient. There is room for an ironing board, so we do hope you make this small upgrade. We stayed in November, and the other units seemed to be not even 1/2 utilized. The single pool, however; was pretty packed. I cannot imagine what it would have been like had all 3 buildings been full! So in closing, this is a nice unit for a week for two in the off season. If you are coming in high season, be prepared for crowds both at the condo and on the main 2 lane drag (which is under construction).
