Das Hauptschlafzimmer und das 2. Schlafzimmer haben Kingsize-Betten und das 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein Queensize-Bett. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Das Ocean House 2206 wurde durchgehend mit neuen Möbeln, neuen Lampen, Deckenventilatoren, Accessoires und Bildern frisch gestrichen. Vor etwa einem Jahr wurde ein neuer Teppich in den Schlafzimmern verlegt. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über neue Matratzen und Flachbildfernseher. Der Balkon hat neue weiße Aluminium-Balkonmöbel.

Das Ocean House 2 liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von Fischrestaurants, Geschäften und dem öffentlichen Strand von Gulf Shores entfernt. Es gibt zahlreiche Golfplätze in der Umgebung mit praktischen Preisen.

We really enjoyed our stay in gulf shores. The property had fabulous views. The only complaints we had were the drains in the tubs clog when you shower and the water gets cold really fast. The floors appeared clean but when my son played with his trucks while sitting on the floor he would stand up and have a filthy shirt / shorts.

The people that brought their own chairs and umbrellas would have to be behind them. We had have to get our chairs and umbrellas set up before 6 every morning if we wanted in the front. There needs to be some compromising !!!

This unit IMO is the best there is. It sits on the pool and has an awesome view of the beach. Plenty of room and very well located for going up and down. Great set up on the beach. I would recommend renting the Umbrella and chairs at the beach.

Excellent view from living room and beach front bedroom!!! Very noisy neighbors above 1/2 the stay and the unit inside overall needs major updating especially the beach front bathroom black mold in the shower the upper shower wall is moldy and squishy and needs a fresh coat of paint on all walls and baseboards and update appliances!!!

The only issue was the horrible smell in the lobby while waiting on the elevators all week. The smell was very very bad. They did try to hind the smell which helped some. Just thankful that it was only in the lobby and elevator that you could smell it the worst. Otherwise our whole family had a wonderful vacation. Being right on the beach was awesome and having the pool was a big hit for the grandchildren.

Rust and mold

There was rust on the lawn furniture and shower. Mold on the shower curtain. The beds were so uncomfortable.Not many pans to cook with. Bedding was bottom line, comforter had stains on it. Master bathroom toilet clogged a lot. The entrance to Ocean House had a horrible smell when you walked in. We will not be staying here again.

Great beach view!

Brought my elderly parents to the beach. The condo was 3 bedrooms. One bedroom only had a bath so other showers had to be shared. Condo was clean and decorated cute. Bedsheets/mattress pads/plastic cover had holes and would not stay on beds. Full size bed had a king size pillow that had standard pillow case on it. King size bed was very unstable. The biggest problem were the sliding doors had major issues opening and closing. The bedroom with the balcony could not be opened at all and the living room door was super hard to open and close. Our elderly parents spent the majority of their time on the balcony so it was very inconvenient. The lobby stunk the entire time with a string dirty diaper smell. Pool was very clean and well maintained. Could be an awesome condo with a little upkeep.

My husband and our friends had the best time this trip and had plenty of room to comfortably fit us all for 4 nights. It was our friends first time but my husband, myself, and family stay at Ocean House about 95% of the time. We love it there. We always feel like we are at home.

For the price we paid for 7 days my family was very disappointed in this rental....loose floor tiles, bedroom doors not shutting, doorwall not shutting completely (3/4" gap at top)...main entrance door needs weather stripping so the wind doesn't constantly whistle thru the unit, there is much more needed here but these are the main issues

Horrible beds

The condo is true beach front. The Condo itself is not bad, but the king bed mattresses are so bad, I had to put extra pillows and blankets under them to try and level them out. You cannot sleep on these beds. I saw a review about these mattresses, but thought the owner must have replaced them if they were that bad, no such luck. Everything in the condo to include the patio furniture is vey cheap, like Dollar General cheap. The owner needs to spend some of their rental money and upgrade badly. Cannot recommend until they do their part. Trust me on the beds, you will be miserable, horrible, worst ever. I stay in this area to Destin every year and never experienced anything like this. Great location, horrible beds.

Nice weekend

Property was as advertised. Right on beach and right over pool, if pool had been available, but hurricane Ida took care of that. That was not in our control, but all in all was a great weekend. Lovely weather and great time away from work. ,
