Geräumige Strandwohnung mit allem, was Sie für Ihren Strandurlaub brauchen! Drei Schlafzimmer, eines mit 2 Queensize-Betten, eines mit King-Size-Bett und eines mit 2 Einzelbetten. Schlafsofa. Drei Vollbäder. Bettwäsche wird gestellt. Bringen Sie einfach Ihre Strandtücher mit. Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe in Einheit. Vom Wohnzimmer und vom vorderen Schlafzimmer aus haben Sie Blick auf Strand und Pool! Großer Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines siebenstöckigen Gebäudes, das entweder über eine Treppe oder einen Aufzug erreichbar ist. Niedrigdichtes Gebäude mit zwei Einheiten pro Etage. Erdgeschoss verfügt über Pool, Holzkohlegrill & Picknicktische. Nutzen Sie die voll ausgestattete Küche oder gehen Sie in den vielen nahe gelegenen Orten essen. Guests should not leave the condo in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. All trash removed and fridge emptied at checkout is expected.
Please keep most of the sand on the beach instead of in the condo! You may be subject to a $300 charge if any of the above rules are not followed.

Winter getaway

The condo was very well equipped with kitchen amenities and nice linens. It was very convenient to restaurants and other attractions. The only negative was that the carpet in the master bedroom and bath could use a good cleaning.. Enjoyed our stay.

My stay at Casa Del Sole

Our condo was perfect. It had everything we needed plus more. Many things that I brought were already there. My family felt the same way. My grandson had trouble with the Internet, but that was the only thing. We never turned on the TV sets. The location was great and we’ve stayed at Gulf Shores a few times. But this place was wonderful. I would ask for the same place if I went again

Great Stay!

Our family loved our stay here and would absolutely stay again without hesitation! The location is perfect and the unit was clean, functioning, well equipped, and plenty large enough for our 4 adults and 2 kids under 13. Love that this complex does not have a lot of units compared to some of the others nearby and so it provides a little more privacy. Excellent size pool area considering the above noted size of the complex.

Spring Break in Gulf Shores

Was our first time of visiting Gulf Shores. We enjoyed being so close to this Beach 🏖️! We enjoyed being able to sit in the condo and listen to the waves of the ocean. Loved that we had a washer and dryer in the condo! I would highly recommend to stay at this location!

Great family stay

This is our second time staying at this condo and we loved it even more this time around. The location is great and it is the most convenient place for families with small children. The walk to the beach is short and the first floor location makes it so easy to use the stairs and not have to rely on the elevator. The condo itself is well equipped and comfortable. It really does feel like home away from home. We will absolutely be back again!

Excellent location and property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We are repeat customers at this property because of it's location, the size of the individual condos and the fact that the property as a whole is not that large so you are not fighting crowds in the building, parking lots or beach front. The condo is always very clean and the layout is perfect for our needs. The owners are very helpful and available whenever you need them. I definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Condo was perfect for our family of 8...very clean, very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all our meals. Grandkids loved the heated pool when they needed a break from the beach. Hope to be back next year!!

Short getaway to the gulf shores

We had a great time. It was our first time visiting the gulf shores. The location was great , we were right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and convenient stores. Our last night though the fire alarm went off which was a bit nerve-wracking, but it was a false alarm. Would definitely stay again.

Great place! The condo is spacious and easily accommodated our family of six. Only 14 units in the entire development, so the pool and beach are less crowded. Great view of the ocean and close enough to restaurants and shopping to make it very convenient.

Look No Further

My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids, ages 13-19. This was perfect for us and if we go back to GS, we will look to book this property. We loved the smaller building with less hustle & bustle of the larger complexes. The condo was very clean and the space worked for our group. The location was also perfect and only steps away from the beach and pool. Beds were comfortable and kitchen/supplies stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Couldn't have asked for a better accommodation.
