Das Nemo Cay Resort D107 ist bei Familien beliebt, die an die Küste kommen. Der Komplex bietet eine Liste von Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie sonst nirgendwo auf der Insel finden. Es verfügt über einen schönen beheizten Salzwasserpool, ein Kinderbecken mit Springbrunnen, Palapas am Pool und einen Kinderspielplatz. Alles umgeben von üppiger tropischer Landschaft.
Der Komplex liegt zentral auf der Insel North Padre und neben dem brandneuen Wasserpark Schlitterbahn Corpus Christi. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung zählen der Mustang Island State Park, die Padre Island National Seashore, das Texas State Aquarium und kilometerlange windgepeitschte Strände.

Das Interieur hat eine moderne Küstenatmosphäre mit beruhigenden Farben und bequemen Sofas, die Sie dazu ermutigen, sich zurückzulehnen und zu entspannen, während Sie den 60-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher sehen. Der offene Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich ist der perfekte Ort, um alle zusammenzubringen und nach einem langen Tag am Strand ein nettes Familienessen zu genießen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich auch ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und ein Badezimmer. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Eines verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das andere über zwei Queensize-Betten. Es gibt auch ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa für 2 weitere Gäste im Wohnbereich und 2 Twin-Size-Zustellbetten für insgesamt 12 Gäste. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine / Trockner für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen kostenfreies WLAN, 2 reservierte Parkplätze, Holzkohlegrill und Fernseher in jedem Schlafzimmer.

Haustiere sind nur in haustierfreundlichen Unterkünften gestattet. Es gibt eine Gebühr von 100 USD pro Haustier für alle Aufenthalte von 7 Tagen oder weniger, 200 USD für Aufenthalte von 8 bis 29 Tagen und 300 USD für Aufenthalte von 30 Tagen oder mehr. Darüber hinaus wird eine Reinigungsgebühr für Haustiere in Höhe von 50 USD für Aufenthalte von 7 Tagen oder weniger, von 7,5 USD für Aufenthalte von 8 bis 29 Tagen und von 100 USD für Aufenthalte von mehr als 30 Tagen erhoben. Perfect Stay for a Large Group!

There were 12 of us, and the property was spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. The location was perfect, with Whitecap Beach just across the street, making it super convenient for beach outings. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The management staff was also very helpful and responsive. Great condo with great location!

Father’s Day weekend

We all had a cozy comfortable room to sleep in. The AC was super cold , the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with . The Pool was nice and clean. Every room had a TV. There was even extra clean blankets to use. Overall we had a great time with all my family being able to be together. Thank you

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. Property manager was great in working with us when we needed to modify the reservation. Only thing is that I would not recommend staying here with babies, toddlers, or young children learning to walk, as floors are concrete. Also rollaway beds shown as put together/made up on listing, but they were not. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Toilet seat was broken, cobwebs under dresser, shower was painted and some of paint peeled every shower, rug under dining table was curled up tripping people, refrigerator light was out, ice maker didn’t work, and dishwasher did poor job of cleaning.

It's just okay

Reviewer Comments: -plenty of room for our group-the bedroom on the bottom floor was super hot compared to the rest of the condo...made it hard to sleep-it was nice to have 3 bathrooms, 2 are adjoining rooms-plenty of extra bedding and pillows if needed- the carpet has stains...the stair carpet should be removed-the coffee pot did not work properly...needs a pot that works with the drip valve- the living room fan could only be used on low was super loud and shaking excessively on high-the tvs are hard to operate...need to provide instructions-the tv in the room with double beds did not work

Great location but

Location, sleeping room and 3 bathrooms were perfect for our large group. The living room furniture was very used, stained and uncomfortable. WI-FI was horrible, tried to work a couples hours in the morning but had to go to Starbucks. We tried to reset and called customer service. Also had a bug problem, ants and black small bug and found a cockroach ran across the clean dishes.

Cockroaches and Cold Pool

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Got a call from the management company prior to our check-in letting us know the owners had scheduled a bug treatment company to come in at 9am our first morning and that children and dogs needed to be kept away from the chemicals for at least at hour. I told them at 9am that wasn't possible so they rescheduled for later that day. That first morning we found out why they hired a bug company, the house has a cockroach infestation which is probably the real reason you can't leave food as there isn't actually any Texas state law against it that I'm aware of. Each morning of our stay we found roaches in the kitchen and killed them. Not too big a deal but it was definitely gross! The weather sucked but that's no ones fault. We went to the "heated" pool on a chilly day only to find that the kids pool area was NOT heated by any stretch of the imagination and the pool itself was barely lukewarm, even chilly below the first 4 inches of water. The kids played in it but it definitely wasn't warm water. The layout of the house was nice, plenty of beds and space. Appreciated the cots and sleeping pads and loved the location to town and the beach! Overall a lovely little townhouse that needs their bug problem fixed and pool warmed up a bit more.

This is a nice place and suitable for a crowd but not with the current WiFi setup. There was no WiFi upstairs at all. Cooking was easy and furniture was good in the unit, but kids and family were disappointed in the WiFi.

Great place to stay

The room set up was perfect for our family. It seemed to be an older place, but clean and well taken care of. Pool area was nice, but cold. Management was quick to come and turn in the heater. It didn’t heat up very much before we had to leave. Easy check in and check out. Just wish there was a hot tub.

Great property!

Perfect property that met our needs. About a 5 minute drive to the beach and short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We had 8 in our group - my husband and I, my mom, and our three young adult children and their significant others. The older adults stayed downstairs while the young adults stayed upstairs. The stairs are kind of steep, so it was tough on older knees. We had plenty of room and enough beds for everyone. Having three bathrooms was great for our group and had plenty of towels. We enjoyed the full kitchen and dining area, as we stayed in most nights for meals. The kitchen had everything we needed which was a big plus. We did not use the back patio as it was not private and too close to the property adjacent to us as they were usually taking up too much space and smoking outside. The pool area was nice but was crowded most of the time so we did not get to enjoy it. But we spent most of our time at the beach or exploring the island. Overall, this place fit our needs and our budget and we would definitely stay here again.

The homes were really nice and with all of the condos we were in backing up to each other, it made it really easy for us to hang out. The staff was super helpful in helping us get organized with 5 homes! My only "issue" is some having 1 room that sleeps 6 which doesn't work well with mixed company.
