Die großzügige Raumaufteilung beinhaltet eine Treppe hinunter Schlafzimmer-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und ein luxuriöses Spa-like Badezimmer. Direkt an der Master ist ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Queen-Size-Sofa herausziehen, dass öffnet sich nach unten Veranda, die zum Rasen und Golfplatz. Freuen Sie sich auf den zusätzlichen Platz durch die unten Rückzug angeboten. Es gibt auch eine Treppe hinunter Zwei-Bett-Zimmer (können auf Anfrage an König umwandeln) und Waschküche. Im Obergeschoss führt zum offenen "Great Room" mit hohe Decken, mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golfplatz und das Meer hinaus. Die zusätzliche Obergeschoss Zimmer besteht ebenfalls aus einem Kingsize-Bett-Konfiguration, und es gibt ein Vollbad nur aus dem Flur in das Schlafzimmer. Eine zweite Veranda neben dem Wohnbereich bringt die Außen in, was eine Open-Air, tropische Lebensbedingungen.
Die Küche ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, um die Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause zu genießen, während diese Lage nur wenige Minuten von den fabelhaften Annehmlichkeiten und Restaurants des Four Seasons Resort Hualalai entfernt ist.

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this property and the Four Seasons amenities for the children. The townhome is in the perfect location to access everything via the 2 golf carts owners provide.

The property was clean and well taken care of. The decor was clutter free and well designed. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we enjoyed our restful vacation here. The patio furniture was ample and comfortable, this was important to us as we like to sit on the patio in the morning and the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked and anything that was missing was provided after a quick phone call. The Private Homes Hawaii team was excellent as always. I definitely recommend this property and the management team.

We love the view from the balcony, where we look over the 15th fairway/green and have our breakfast and view the ocean as well. The house is equipped with absolutely everything you could want. It was immaculately clean and the property manager was delightful and helpful. He met us right at the property and walked us through the place. We love the proximity to the ocean, resort, golf. We walk or cart everywhere easily. Seldom did we get in our car. We can't wait to return.

Paradise in Hualalai

We had a perfect experience at our Palm Villa on the 15th green. The Villa was exactly as pictured and more. The furnishings are beautiful and it is so well equipped in the kitchen and throughout. We felt right at home. Loved the 2 golf carts. It is conveniently located to the resort yet offers privacy and so much space. Needless to say, we did not want to leave. We hope to return to this slice of heaven!
