Casa Pipilacha ist ein Luxus-Villa im marokkanischen Stil wie ein Kunstwerk von Abraham Valenzuela, einer der renommiertesten Architekten der Costa Rica entwickelt. Es wird auf eine erstaunliche und ruhige Stück Land in der Nähe der Spitze des Hügels mit Blick auf Playa Tamarindo und dient als ruhiger Rückzugsort, doch in der Nähe zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Unterhaltungsangebote von Tamarindo. Alle Bereiche des Hauses bieten einen atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf Playa Tamarindo und Playa Langosta und das endlose Meer.

Vor dem Wohnzimmer und der große überdachte Terrasse sitzt eine riesige "unendlich" Pool mit zwei kleineren Sonnenterrassen - alle mit einem fantastischen 180-Grad-Ansicht. Tauchen Sie ein in den Pool, auf der Terrasse entspannen und genießen Sie die Bilderbuch-Sonnenuntergänge von diesem herrlichen Aussichtspunkt!

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, auch für die leidenschaftliche Köchin. Ein Gasgrill ist auch vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse oder im Wohnzimmer: Sie können zwischen zwei Speiseräume zu wählen. Das gesamte Haus ist in gesiebt und öffnet sich auf der Terrasse.

Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über Panoramafenster. Das ganze Haus ist voll klimatisiert.

Everything except hot water worked well at the priperty.

Hot water was in and out. The roads leading towards the property up the hill were broken and somewhat unsafe. An HOA to fix those roads is appropriate.

Beautiful setting

Great property for relaxing, except for maybe the drive up to the house:) Made for some excitement as we navigated up the road around ditches and big holes. Would definitely stay here again. House had everything we needed.

This house made our trip! We spent countless hours on the back porch just soaking in the view. We didn’t feel the need to stay busy because the view was worth staying in.

Amazing Patio and View

We loved staying at this house. It is stunning. Even when it rained in the afternoons and evenings, sitting outside under the covered patio was relaxing. Kitchen has all the amenities and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Yes the hill is challenging. We had a gas powered golf cart but only used it when it wasn’t raining. We were able to use Uber to get up and down the hill at night. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the WIFI.

We were scheduled to stay at this beautiful home for four nights but only stayed for one due to pandemic and need to get home. The house was absolutely breathtaking. We hope to be fortunate enough to return some day.

Beyond my expectations!

This location and our experience with RPM Vacations, the property manager, was fantastic. German and Lola answered all of my questions and helped book everything prior to our vacation: excursions, gas golf cart rental (highly recommend for the hill!), sailing, fishing, ATV, and jungle adventure. Our private chef, Cristian, and all of the people we met treated us like family. Our excursions were PRIVATE and surpassed what we even hoped for. I cannot rate our experience highly enough. The rooms, the views and sunsets the patio and pool - amazing!

Please note there is a lot of construction being done nearby though and it begins early (6 AM) and continues through the early evening. The house itself though is beautiful, fantastic views and comes well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

It is a tricky hill to get up, lots of pot holes, but actually on our second to last day they came through with a steam roller and laid some new dirt which helped tremendously. Other than that, 10 out of 10.

I will be back!

CASA Pipilacha is beautiful. The attention to detail in the home is exquisite. I loved everything about this house, especially the sunsets. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning and wifi worked great. I didn't want to leave. It was a sanctuary or temple for me and I felt at peace there. The peeing monkeys in the pool are brilliant. The hill really isn't bad. We walked it about 3 times a day. It seems steeper driving in the car than it does to actually walk it. Thank you to the owner for sharing this home with us. I hope to spend a month here in Jan.

Fantastic! Beautiful! Fabulous!

Our stay at this home was fantastic and the house lived up to its description and more. Lola from RPM communicated with us the whole time and made our stay very easy. The location Is great with the exception of the road leading up to the house. You will definitely neeed transportation of either a car or a gas golf cart. The property inside and out is amazing and having a pool right off the patio overlooking the ocean makes you not want lo leave. For those of you who plan to cook while staying, the kitchen provides everything you need. There is a major grocery store five mins away for any of your needs. We had a private chef our last night and the food was incredible. One bit of advise; I would not do the chef on your last day because there was so much food leftover that you could have a second meal.. Once again this place is incredible and we will definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a great experience. There was some construction going on next-door which was not mentioned when we requested the rental. This would be nice to know for future renters. As mentioned by a prior guest the trees in front of the pool were also overgrown to some degree. I do believe that these are on the adjacent lot so I don’t think there’s much that can be done about this. All in all this is a great place a great vacation rental for our small family. We spent a lot of time outdoors and at the pool.

It is so beautiful, a great locations just a short drive to the beach, with a fantastic view, fabulous pool, perfectly clean, lots of room, generously stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, hairdryers, washer/dryer, and a safe for your belongings. Take your own shampoo, etc. RPM provided excellent service and instructions. We used them for our transfer to/from the airport and for two excursions. Ronnie was our driver for one excursion and transport to airport. He was awesome! Lola in the RPM office was quick to answer all my questions. We sure hope to go back to Casa Pipilacha. This house made our vacation absolutely perfect! We did the sunset catamaran tour and it was so much fun. We also did the Rincon de la Vieja tour and it was a blast.Restaurants we enjoyed:Pico Bistro - we went there 3 times for breakfast and lunchGreen Papaya Taco Bar - great for lunch or dinnerLas Pangas -most upscale of these restaurantsEat at Joes - great breakfast last morningI would go back to any of these again!
