Willkommen in Budapest! Diese Wohnung ist neulich aufleben lassen und möblierte. Sie hat alle die Wohnlichkeit die man braucht um zu Hause zu fühlen. Ein paar Minuten fahren, man kann die Bellas Artes Museum ,den Platz “ Los Hèreos” und auch die groβte Shopping von Budapest. Die osten Bahnhof ist auch ganz nah von die Wohnung. Dort kann man seine Reise planen. Front die Wohnung gibt es eine kleine Shopping wo man kann auch in den Unterground Obst, Fleisch und auch Gemüse sehr billig kaufen. Wenn man nicht kochen wollt keine Probleme ist weil den Platz mit Restaurants umgeben ist . Wenn man den Ungar Nacht genieβen wollt, keine Probleme ist weil am 200 m. einen Bus der die ganze Nacht funktioniert ist.

Wir wären gerne noch geblieben…

Süßes, kleines Appartement im Innenhof eines typischen Budapester Wohnhauses in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage. Metro, Straßenbahn und Bus sind fußläufig erreichbar und vor dem Haus zusätzlich eine Fahrradverleihstation. Gegenüber befindet sich ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit einem Parkhaus. Viviana, die Vermieterin, ist sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Die Kommunikation mit ihr lief sehr unkompliziert. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben…

Gute Lage mit W-Lan

Zu der Wohnung kann ein Stellplatz gemietet werden. Achtung: Es handelt sich um einen Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage mit begrenzter Deckenhöhe. Schilder wiesen eine Hoehe von 1,80 m bzw 1,90 m aus. Unser Fiat Scudo passte gerade so hinein. Den Wohn- und Schlafraum ist gemütlich und konfortabel, Bad und Küchenecke empfand ich als eher einfach. Die Wohnung öffnet sich in einen ruhigen Innenhof.

Clean and well appointed apartment - close to most tourist locations

We were in Budapest (10 days) for a sports event and needed a place within walking distance with a kitchen and laundry options. This was the perfect fit. The unit was clean and well supplied. The owner had a gift basket ready for our arrival. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the wifi worked. Not a luxury apartment – if you’re expecting a big screen TV and large sofas – this isn’t for you. Good clean basic accommodations…affordable…we spent the difference on great dinners…we don’t base accommodations on staying indoors…priorities: clean, quiet, kitchen, laundry, wifi, safe, great location. This is a review (good and bad) ….you should know, it’s a little dated…but what isn’t in Europe (lol), it smelled a little musty upon entry...the unit needed airing out, it may have been closed for some time…after 2 days it was better. This is not a unit for the elderly (or unfit) the apartment is on the 3rd floor with a very tight and windy concrete stair case – there is no elevator. Also, the beds are situated in a loft above the living room – with very steep stairs leading to the loft. Also entry/exit into the bath tub to access the shower was very deep and may be difficult to maneuver for seniors. You should also know that the windows face the interior courtyard – not street facing. This is a secure indoor (tenants only) courtyard and can only be accessed upon entering the main locked door. The VRBO photos suggest the windows are street ward, they are not. However, it was very quiet – no outside noise whatsoever. The apartment is perfectly located for events at any of the stadiums near the Papp László Sports arena. We walked to the stadium and the core areas around the main train terminal, the Arena Mall and the thermal baths. Easy to get around. There is a grocery store (open until 9pm) right across the street – bakery, beer and wine options. There’s a discount store on the corner for all your needs...toothpaste, shampoo, umbrella etc.. We had no issues walking late at night – we never returned to the apartment any earlier than 830 pm, on occasion pass 10 pm…no safety concerns. But you need to be aware of your surroundings anywhere you go. We would return to this apartment. We were able to visit the core tourist areas and the money we saved from the 4 star hotel prices enabled us to enjoy other luxuries. Hope this was helpful.

Un appartement bien situé au Calme

La prise des clefs de l’appartement n’est pas simple, mais on y arrive et Viviana était toujours disponible pour nous aider. L’appartement est bien situé près de la gare et des transports en commun. Il est bien aménagé, en mezzanine, il faut baisser la tête. La cuisine et la salle de bains sont un peu vieillissantes, mais ce n’est nullement rédhibitoire. La cuisine le café, sucre, eau en bouteille, etc. étaient présents, c’est bien commode. Les deux ventilateurs sont les bienvenus par cette semaine de canicule. Je suis venu avec une voiture le parking qui va avec l’appartement se situe en face de l’appartement super-pratique. Nous avons passé 14 jours à Budapest… irréprochable. Dominique

We stayed in B.B.B. apart...

We stayed in B.B.B. apartment at July 2013. Having Vivi as our host was wonderful! We arrived at midnight and she was waiting us, there was no problem with the late arriving. She was very helpful, provided maps, suggested best local restaurants, pubs etc. At our departure day she arranged us a shuttle back to the airport. The apartment itself was great, equipped with WIFI and everything that we needed. Very clean, very cozy with comfortable bed. The apartment was incredibly peaceful at night.. The building is beautiful with full of history. The entrance gate is georgious! 5-6 years with my wife using apartments, but this one was the BEST! The location just perfect. Being that close to the Kelety Station enabled us to go to the country 'home' and drop our stuff, take a rest and go on with our sightseeing. Very convenient. There is a shopping center with a market right in front of the apartment, they sell fresh eggs, cheese, all the freshest dairy you can think of. There is also a bakery shop and vine shop and quite a few number of great cafes and restaurants everything there is cheaper than in the rest of the city. All in all we had great time and definitely will come back!

Realmente estamos encanta...

Realmente estamos encantados con el piso que alquilamos a través de Homelidays. La propietaria es una persona encantadora que nos dio muchísima información sobre la ciudad y nos hizo sentir como en nuestra casa. El piso es cómodo, acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones. Está muy limpio, es muy tranquilo y nos ha gustado tanto que pensamos repetir pronto.

The apartment is perfect ...

The apartment is perfect for visiting Budapest. We arrived in late night (01:00 AM) and Viviana (the owner) come at the apartment to give us the keys and a lot of information about Budapest. The apartment is clear and full equipped; the nearest metro station is approchable in 5 minutes of walking and in front of the buildings there's a big market where you can buy all you need. we are really satisfied. We want to suggest to everybody this apartment if you are visiting budapest for one day, for a week or for a month!

"Tout d''abord, la propri...

"Tout d''abord, la propriètaire parle très bien l''anglais et l''espagnol, ce qui facilite ainsi la communication. Certains hongrois ne parlant que leur langue, ici nous avons un véritable avantage avec une propriétaire très gentille et qui n''hésite pas à donner des informations sur la ville et les activités à faire. L''appartement est situé en face d''un centre commercial, cela permet ainsi de faire les courses en traversant simplement la route. Les prix étant très abordables, cela convient à une clientèle n''ayant pas forcément les moyens. A notre arrivée, le logement était propre et bien rangé. De plus, il est équipe de nombreux appareils électroménagers comme la machine à laver, un sèche-cheveux et d''autres appareils très utiles. La cuisine est également très bien fournis et vous pourrez faire de nombreux plats variés. Le logement est situé dans un immeuble calme et on peut y faire la fête sans problèmes. Les voisins avaient l''air assez cool. Une station de métro est situé à cinq minutes à pieds et permet de se rendre partout. La gare est également la-bas et nous sommes proche de tout. Logement à conseiller fortement !"

"Book this studio! Vivi is so helpful & the apartment is beautifully presented. Clean, very large in size for a studio style apartment, great Wifi and the kitchen is so handy. It's also walking distance to one of the best baths in Budapest & only minutes walk to the metro lines. We stayed one week but with its own washing machine, you could stay longer."

"Stayed there for 6 nights, and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean, convenient and well equipped; the owner was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage of this apartment, in my opinion, is its non-central location, but other than that- highly recommended."
