Mit Ausnahme von ein Schlafzimmer, das im Erdgeschoss Ecke Villa bietet eine beeindruckende Aussicht von jedem Zimmer und einen eigenen Balkon.
Beim Betreten werden Sie die erste von insgesamt drei Schlafzimmer. Das Zimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, ein Fernseher und ein eigenes Bad. Als nächstes wird der Flur öffnet sich zu einem offenen Grundriss und einen herrlichen Meerblick. Die attraktive Einrichtung umfasst komfortabel eingerichtet, einen großen Flachbild-TV, Esstisch für sechs, und eine große Küche mit Frühstücksbereich 4 Sitz. Aus diesem schönen Wohnraum sind zwei direkt am Meer Schlafzimmer. Der Master verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, TV, großes Bad, und Schiebetüren auf den Balkon. Die Königin Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, TV, und Türöffnung auf den Balkon schieben. Neue Fliesenböden an den Strand Gefühl der Villa hinzuzufügen. Great family atmosphere

Excellent location. Very safe feel to the whole property. Loved how close it was to the beach. Felt very comfortable letting kids run and play. Very roomy for a family of seven. Loved that all rooms had their own bathroom with two of three bedrooms opening to the balcony overlooking the ocean. Only thing that could make it better is if the pool was heated and they added a hot tub somewhere on the property. But we would definitely stay again. LOVE LOVE LOVE the location

Wild Dunes is amazing

The property was older but good for our short stay. However, the cleanliness was sub par. The refrigerator had sticky stains down the side and there was vegetables in the drain of the dishwasher. Being on the first floor and easy access to the beach was perfect for elderly parents.

Location! Location! Location!

We stayed at this condo for a family girl’s trip. (Grandmother, 3 daughters and 2 granddaughters) The condo was perfect and very spacious. Although the condo is a little dated, it is very spacious and clean with a nice deck for morning coffee and happy hour wine. You can literally walk down a short flight of steps to the pool or the beach. We had a wonderful time.

Disappointing

Overall my stay was most disappointing. The primary issue was that there was construction going on immediately below our unit and we had no warning. The noise started at 8:00 am every morning and didn't end until late afternoon. I spoke to the property manager who expressed surprise and said they should only be there one day. This was totally inaccurate, as the construction crew was there for 3 of our 5 day stay. Only on the weekend were they not there. In addition when we arrived two of the toilets were not working and needed repair. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Great spot

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Summer House. We visit IOP each year and this was one of the best condos. Location to the beach and pool was perfect for small children. The condo was clean and well cared for.

Beautiful location

Gorgeous view of the beach from our unit! Having the luggage carts to bring our things was a bonus. Nice area for all ages. Our unit floors were disgusting! The floor in the kitchen was sticky, old contact lens on bathroom floor. Wouldn’t suggest walking barefoot. My friend had socks on and they were filthy. Expected more. Otherwise we had a great experience and would return.

Loved our condo. Excellent floor plan. Clean and well stocked with the essentials. Loved the balcony view of the ocean. Loved the Ocean view from our bed. we really appreciated the luggage carts! We highly recommend this unit.

Needs a little TLC

Location is great. Needs a little TLC and a good deep cleaning. Several doors stick or won't completely shut without force. All of the drains need jetted out (except kitchen sink). Cleanliness was ok. Pretty much just spot cleaned. It is super quiet. Great view of the beach and easy access. Parking area is kind of tight. Overall: we enjoyed our stay and the location.

Nice place

We enjoyed this condo. However there were zero instructions for the TV and 4 remotes. Had to call the property manager to get the TV to work. View to beach was fantastic. Liked being on the first floor with walk out to beach. Kitchen could have been better equipped. I would come back again.

Great location with access to pool and beach. Had a minor issue with kitchen drawer and company came quickly. WiFi hit or miss depending on where you are in Condo and Verizon data service not so good but it wasn't too bad to disconnect for a few days :)

Very Disappointing

Excellent views. Front deck filthy furniture rusty. Interior cabinets in bad shape interior doors would not close properly, all hinges were rusty, very poor internet reception, unable to place calls unless you went outside. Overall for the money I would and will recommend that potential renters stay away from this property. The phots do not accurately represent the actual proprerty. Very disappointing.

Great Property for the Price

The four of us (under age 30) had a wonderful time at Summer House 101. Spacious condo. Water pressure was great. Kitchen was great size. It was quiet and peaceful at night. Beds were firm but comfortable. The view of the beach and ocean were what you imagine for ocean front property. The walk to the beach was quick. The hosts will provide you with vendors to rent chairs on the beach, which they drop off and pick up on the beach daily so you don’t have to lug them around. We went in Mid July and the beach was not packed like it was in Folly beach. It is a very calm beach atmosphere if that’s what you are looking for. Enjoyed our time on the patio, the only recommendation I have and it’s not even bad, is that the patio furniture gets updated but it’s fine how it is. Over all, the hosts were quick to respond if we had a question. Would love to go back again.

Easy Beach Access

The location and layout of this unit are amazing. Being able to walk right out on to the beach is priceless and makes all the difference. Having a self check-in option is such a big deal as the last thing you want to do after driving all day is make another stop. The pool is a nice size and we truly enjoyed our stay. The hose/shower station coming from the beach wasn't working when we were there which made it difficult to remove sand from our feet.
