Alpenblick Haus am Main

Das Alpine View Haus am Main ist die Schwester des Mountain View Hauses am Main. Beide befinden sich im selben neu gebauten 'River Park'-Gebäude in der 9th Street in der Innenstadt von Leavenworth. Sie bieten die spektakulärste Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und sind dennoch nur zwei Blocks vom Herzen der Innenstadt entfernt. 'River Park' ist ein sicheres Gebäude mit dem einzigen Parkhaus in Leavenworth. Es ist nur wenige Minuten vom Riverfront Park und dem Wenatchee River entfernt. Leavenworth bietet das ganze Jahr über Feiern an. Die Weihnachtsbaumbeleuchtungszeremonien im Dezember und das Oktoberfest im Oktober sind die beiden beliebtesten. Es ist ein perfekter Ort, um Familientraditionen zu beginnen.

Amazing Views

It was better than expected. The place is perfect for 2 couples, the kitchen is so spacious & has everything you need. We all were so comfy & cozy the fireplace is adorable. The 2 full bathrooms were great, beds were also comfy! Bonus having shampoo, conditioner & good soap. We ended up spending more time at the condo because the patio was so comfy and the view was so beautiful!! We will always come here if it’s available!!

Fantastic Condo

We walked in and were blown away at how awesome this condo was! The decorations added to the charm. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. We did not need anything. They even offered both a Kureg and coffee pot. The property is really conveniently located near downtown and the park/river. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice Condo

Property is not on Front Street but is in walking distance. It was good to have the option of cooking or eating out. Dan's Grocery store is in walking distance. Parking is super tight tho. Beautiful view of the river.

Cozy condo and excellent location

Our family stayed over the Thanksgiving break and we had an amazing time. The condo was just as described online and perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, cozy and very comfortable. The parking garage was a huge plus and the location was great. We were within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to do. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we can't wait to come back for another visit!

Perfect Location in the heart of Leavenworth!

We were in town for a family party just outside Leavenworth. We basically needed a place to go crash at the end of the night! So although we didn't use the condo to its full potential, we were very pleased with the accommodations! We loved the convenient location and walkability! It was definitely a bonus to have a secure parking garage with a designated parking spot! Despite a tight fit for SUV, we were thankful to have a designated (and guaranteed!) place to park at the end of the night! The condo was well appointed with anything you should need during your stay. Great eat in kitchen with bar seating. The beds were comfortable and clean! Perfect location if you are looking to be close to the action and the activities that Leavenworth has to offer!

The condo is well furnished, spacious, clean and inviting. The view from the balcony is beautiful. It's so nice to have the parking garage when space is at such a premium. Owner communication was great. I would love to stay here again!

Great location

The house is great for location. The outdoor patio furniture is very worn out and falling apart, would love to see some new furniture as it’s nice to hang on the porch. The couch inside needs cleaned as we needed to put a blanket over it to cover the smell. Other than that the place is fine. Good location and price is fine. Just needs a little TLC. Would stay again if other units were not available as location is awesome and beds were good.

Needs Some Updating

Overall the condo was fine for our needs but the carpet at a minimum needs to be cleaned or even better would be replaced - there were many stains on the current carpet. The couch should also be replaced and perhaps a sectional which would provide more comfortable seating for 4 people would be a good idea. The patio furniture was also very dated and needs updating. The kitchen was nice however the oven may need to be replaced as it did not seem to be accurate on temperature. If some updates were done I would stay at this condo again, but likely would not if no updates are done as I have stayed in much nicer properties in Leavenworth for the same price. The location to town was for sure the biggest plus of this unit.

BEST LOCATION

Highly recommend you stay here when visiting Leavenworth! It’s in the middle of the town within walking distance of everything around. Spacious living space and very clean. It’s tricky to get to and inside at first, but once you get it, you’re set. W My friends and I had the best girls trip of our lives, thank you!

Great location

Great condo. Washer and dryer were not hooked up. I'm sure they will get that remedied for the next person. Bath needed a plug and the shower curtain was mildewy. Everything else was great. Can't beat the location. Parking was as they noted...tight. if you have a small car it should be no problem. We loved the walk ability of this place. South restaurant was our favorite...sit in the back outside and have the flan. Yum. We hiked icicle ridge and saw many wildflowers... June 17th. We were sore the next day as it's quite the elevation change. Great stay in Leavenworth!
