Genießen Sie Grillen auf dem Deck und Faulenzen in der geschlossenen Veranda (mit Bonus-ausziehbares Sofa). Merkmale Zugang zum Gemeinschaftspool und Tennisplätze, und fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften. Great get-a-way

This property definitely suited our needs. Check in and check out was a breeze. Great location. Very quiet The beds are very comfortable for a good nights rest. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen is well stocked.Would definitely book this property again.

Location is a 10

Property was clean and has ample plates, glasses and silverware. There are games and books that are also available. It would have made our stay easier if there was more than 1 paper towel roll and 2 towels per bath for a week stay. Coffee filters should also be an included at this price.

A bathtub drain def needed rodded and/or Draino used, but it was not a huge factor. Great spread of appliances and cookware, washing machines stocked with soap and disposables, house was beautiful and clean. Very pleased with the experience.

We cooked several meals on the grill.The main air conditioning was not working properly but they had huge floor units in two rooms and window units so we were never uncomfortable. There was an wifi outage daily. A Big 'Thank you' to maintenance for taking care of the fishy refrigerator so quickly which previous renters left behind. We also enjoyed the cooled sun room.There's a wide concrete walkway to access the beach right around the corner from the house. We can't say enough good things about this unit. Spring Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mostly good. Perfect proximity to the beach. Space in home and furniture in excelent condition. Some exterior updates are in order, like driveway, balcony needing paint, etc. We flew in from Chicagoland and if you’re paying that much to rent a home, beach towels and beach chairs should be available for use in the home. Also, every other day towel service would have been nice. The one time I requested new towel, I felt like I was troubling the realty company to dare ask for new towel four days into our week long stay.

You can walk to the grocery store and to several delicious restaurants. The location is ideal and you have a clean and quiet swimming pool close by if you prefer it to the ocean. Great vacation

Perfect location! This house was walking distance to the beach,pool, tennis courts, grocery, and dining. Our stay in IOP was wonderful and we will def be back. This home was the perfect size for our family and had most everything we needed. The only issues we had were minor and the property manager was amazing and had them resolved quickly.

Loved being steps from beach path. Neighborhood was quiet and nicely walk-able to the "downtown" amenities/restaurants/shops/grocery. Only slight downside is the home was right on the corner of the main drag and we got a little more traffic noise than expected but still not a major issue. Loved our stay here and would definitely return!

Great home, close to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent week at this house. It was clean, bathrooms and kitchen were updated and clean, linens were fresh and extras provided. We had issues with the cable the first day, but Island Reality responded immediately and the issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes (on a Sunday morning, at that!). The kitchen was well stocked, although no ice maker, which would have been nice to have. Only downside is that under the house and parking space is pretty tight, so a little hard to manage a golf cart and parking. But the property was so close to the beach and convenient to everything. The neighborhood pool was nice and never busy. We were very pleased and would highly recommend this property.
