Ein Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Kirschschlittenbett mit einer festen Matratze, während das andere Schlafzimmer eine Queen-Size-Matratze hat. EXCEPTIONAL PLACE TO STAY!!

This was our second long stay, and was equally outstanding thanks to the outstanding host - who is a cut above and extraordinarily responsive. The home is very clean, well-stocked with everything needed to prepare gourmet meals, and is located in a wonderful, quiet and peaceful Carlsbad neighborhood. Truly a gem.

Carlsbad charmer.

This old town charmer is located in the hills close to and west of Carlsbad Village allowing for some great ocean sunsets and quick access to popular locations, making it a great location friendly and comfortable home. The house is situated in a great walking community with friendly people and wide roads with bike paths. Great overall experience.

Comfortable Convenient Home

We stayed in the house for 3 months this summer and quickly became attached to it. The flow of the house is so nice. The living room is a good size and the furniture in the living room is comfortable. The dining room and kitchen are spacious and extremely functional. There are more than enough pots/pans/bowls and dish wares for the finest chef or family use. Both bedrooms are comfortable and the beds were fantastic having new mattresses we slept well every night. The bathroom is a shower/tub combination and functional as there is a small cabinet that worked great for our cosmetics, etc. The outside patio and pool are are more than spacious. There is a sofa seating area with a lounge chair and a dining table for 6. Also there are 3 umbrella's to use on a sunny day if you're looking for shade. Ross, the owner, met us upon arrival and checked in with us twice during our stay which we really enjoyed. He is a very friendly guy and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. At one point the ice maker quite working and he had it repaired immediately. At the end of our stay, he wanted to know what things he could do to improve the property so I know whom ever stays here next will have a great experience!

Highly recommend this place

Our stay at Ross's couldn't have been better. The place was very spacious and private. It's only a couple miles to Carlsbad Village (great restaurants and shops) and the beach. It was a great place to gather with our 3 adult children who live in the area. Ross (owner) and Irina (manager) were wonderful and very accommodating. The neighborhood is in a very nice area of Carlsbald, convenient to all the grocery stores and shopping areas. There's nice hiking trails close by. Easy access to the interstate 5 which takes you to downtown San Diego and LA. We'll definitely stay there again when were back for another visit with our kids. It was the perfect place to spend 6 months.

Great place to stay quiet lots of light Ross was a great host

This property was perfect the price was right and did not disappoint full functional kitchen and lots of storage for a 30+ day stay. Ross the host was great provided essentials and friendly. Place is only About 1 1/2 miles to the bEach and Carlsbad Village this was the perfect interim place to stay would my home was being worked on - thanks for having great properties and hosts like this

Carlsbad Village Home

The home was lovely. The location was ideal. Only minutes to Carlsbad Village going one direction or Macy's and movies theaters going the other direction. Not only was the home comfortable and spacious it also has and incredible gourmet kitchen. There was plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. The outdoor entertain space was very large and included and salt water pool. The owner Ross could not have been nicer. The place even came fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need. I felt fortunate to have found this rental.

Perfect home away from home.

I’ve stayed here twice, and i would stay here again. Ross is incredibly kind, and brought by an extra blanket because he knew it was expected to get unusually cold while I was in town. I feel at home in Carlsbad, and this house has a lot to do with it.

Great Place!

This was a fantastic place to stay! It's clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The pool is great, and it's more than enough space for a couple's getaway. We didn't even rent a car- it's close enough to everywhere is North County where UBER/LYFT or even bikes are easy to get around. We highly recommend it, and would love to stay again the next time we're in the SD area.

Peaceful and clean

Ross is a great host. The place is clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was one of the best ever! The property is quiet and peaceful. My husband and I had difficulty figuring out the TV in the living room (and gave up and used the one in the bedroom which worked fine) and could not find any soap in the bathroom -- very minor problems considering the peace and quiet of this clean and comfortable home. Thank you Ross for a great stay!

Wonderful rental place

This was one of the best summer places we've stayed! Owner Ross was very attentive at all times. He waited for us to welcome us when we got in although our flight was delayed. Although we shared washer and dryer our privacy was always respected. We stayed at this property for two months, would definitely rent from Ross again and recommend this rental place. Ubelinda

House was perfect!

House was just as described. The house was clean and ready when we got there. It worked perfectly for a girls weekend. Ross was a fantastic host he made us feel comfortable and welcomed. He shared ideas on places and things to see in the area. I would for sure stay at Ross's again.

great space and value

spent 2 mos here while visiting son and grandkids. space is perfect and comfortable and separate from rest of house. shared kitchen worked out just fine as the owner Ross leaves early and comes home late and cooks very little for himself-- well appointed kitchen--you could make almost anything in it. great having 2 TV's. unfortunately was to cool to use the pool. nice neighborhood and close to all Carlsbad has to offer. will definitely return

Lovely

This place is amazing! I have a job that does not allow me to plan ahead very far. The owner, Ross, was responsive, easy to work with and flexible with my last minute schedule and needs. He was available and gracious but also mostly invisible. We felt like we had the place to our selves. There was designated space in the kitchen for our own food. The living room is spacious as well as the bedroom, large walk in closet and chest of drawers, plenty of space to hang and store clothes. It was fresh and clean. The salt water exercise pool outside the bedroom was wonderful to relax in at the end of the day. The property's proximity to Carlsbad Village and the beach was excellent. I can't say enough positive things about this place. Seriously there was not a thing that I would find fault with.

Beautiful upscale home with amazing private space.

First of all, the owner, Ross couldn't have been nicer. He was so welcoming when we arrived and helped with our heavy luggage. He offered me a cold drink and showed me around the property. This beautiful home is in a very upscale neighborhood in Carlsbad with a short drive (5 minutes) down to the downtown coast. The property is very easy to find as well. The rental was basically half of Ross's house. You have your own entrance that is locked off from his side of the house. You will have your own very large living room, seperate large bedroom with an amazing king size bed, and an absolutely beautiful full bathroom that looks like you're at a spa. From the bedroom, you have a nice slider that is an exit out to the stunning inground pool. The pool is very upscale with beautiful stonework all around it. He has provided you with very nice patio furnishings as well. Don't miss the opportunity to rent this luxurious home. We wish we could have stayed longer and plan to stay again next time we are in the area!

Lovely home in a great, quiet, safe neighborhood. Ross was a generous host.

Very private, clean, comfortable and beautiful. Perfect design for guest's privacy. Own living area, bedroom and bathroom all separate from the rest of the house. Loved the large shower that was instantly hot, powerful spray and even temperature. Comfortable backyard to relax and enjoy the weather. Ross was very accommodating and generous in sharing his home. He respected our privacy, but was available to us. Very personable, interesting and warm. We would definitely stay again when we're in the area.

Comfortable and private in separate space in Carlsbad home

I just spent one week in Carlsbad while visiting my son. Ross was very welcoming and responsive to what we needed. The space has its own entrance and feels like home. Sharing the kitchen worked out better than I expected. I would return anytime. It's a nice, spacious place that is close to everything!

comfortable and attractive, so much nicer than a hotel

Spacious home in a quiet residential neighborhood, 5 minute drive to Carlsbad Village and the beach. Guest space includes large living room with TV, master bedroom and bath, kitchen access and large patio with beautiful pool. Decorated tastefully, very clean. Private and comfortable, a great vrbo.

A Great Week In Carlsbad

Recently we spent one week with Ross in his studio. We enjoyed it very much and would return any time. It is spacious, clean and quiet with it's own entrance and TV/library room. The bedroom's sliding door leads to the backyard with a swimming pool and fruit trees. If you visit in winter you will have a chance to taste a fresh orange picked from his tree. If you visit in summer you will have a chance to swim in the wonderful salt water pool. The kitchen is shared and Ross makes plenty of room in the refrigerator and cupboards for his guests.
