Das 1.000 Quadratmeter große Cottage umfasst einen Wohnbereich, einen Essbereich, 1 Schlafzimmer, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, 1 Bad, eine Küche mit Essecke und Blick auf die Weinlaube sowie einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschbecken und Waschmaschine / Trockner. 5 Personen (Queensize-Bett, volles Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich, Twin Roll-away.) Anreise: Das Sinclair Beach Cottage liegt nur 15 Autominuten von der Fähre Fauntleroy-Southworth und 25 Autominuten von der Fähre Seattle-Bremerton entfernt. Es ist eine einfache, flache Radtour von beiden Fähren. Besonders schön ist die Fahrradroute von der Southworth-Fähre entlang der Küste durch Manchester. Das Cottage liegt 30 Fahrminuten von der Tacoma Narrows Bridge entfernt. Falls gewünscht, erhalten Sie vor dem Check-in eine spezifische Wegbeschreibung, die auf Ihrer Reiseroute basiert. Charming cottage to rejuvenate the soul

We were enchanted by the cottage view, which frequently changed with the time of day and weather. The view included ferry and other boat traffic, the snow capped mountains to the west (Mount Olympus and surrounding peaks), as well as birds, including a bald eagle that gave us a good long look on a pole just off the shore and a gorgeous kingfisher. The host was the best communicator, went the second mile with helpful local information, as well as provided a well stocked kitchen with plenty of complimentary spices and cooking resources--we were easily able to cook up daily tasty meals across all 5 days of our stay. Clearly the host is generous in sharing the space that has provided their family joy for many years. We also found plenty of places to explore nearby (when we did venture out) and were rejuvenated by the quiet peace of this ocean cottage!

The views were spectacular. The place was clean and beautiful i would highly recommend this place to any couple who wants a relaxing getaway. Great location on the water

Cute and private cottage with great waterfront beach location. My mom had the bedroom ao I slept in the front room. I enjoyed the view of the ferries at night. Unfortunately, I only slept 2 or 3 hours each night because I was either trying to get rid of big spiders on the walls or the furnace would clunk on very loudly every half hour. Otherwise, i enjoyed the stay. Might book again. spiders

Relaxing and rejuvenating

My son and I were down for a family wedding. We have several family members that live in the area. It was nice to get away from the hustle, bustle and come and relax and watch the fairies in the boats. Wish we had more time to enjoy the beach and have a fire, but duty called on this wedding, which was a lot. I would recommend this place and I’m looking forward to coming back.

What a perfect cottage!!!

This cottage is in the perfect location right on the waterfront. It was so peaceful and relaxing sitting out on the deck watching the ferry boats and the occasional Navy ship cruse by. On two different occasions, we were blessed to see a bald eagle perch right next door. The interior of the cabin was incredibly clean and very well organized. It was stocked with everything you could ever need. I loved the notebook that outlined the expectations and everything to do in the area. The bed was super comfortable. I look forward to returning again.

Peaceful & Restful

Everything you need is here for a peaceful and relaxing time away from it all. The cottage is nicely appointed and comfortable; the kitchen has everything you need. Sitting inside or out, you can enjoy the occasional ferry making its way to Seattle or just watch mountains as the day goes by. The cottage is centrally located to many outdoor activities, so if the season is right, you will find a notebook full of suggestions of places to go and things to do. Would come back in a heartbeat. Charming, Peaceful, Exquisite, Serene Cottage

The superlative Sinclair Beach Cottage is absolute perfection. It could not be more charming, spotless or serene. The grounds are beautiful as is the view of the Olympics and right on the water. The owner could not have been more accommodating. I have stayed in many VRBO properties and this is the very best, superlative across the board. I will definitely return for another stay.

Summer holiday

We had a wonderful time at Sinclair Beach Cottage. It is one of the most beautiful relaxing locations I have stayed at. We enjoyed our days and evenings by the ocean, looking at the mountains, sea otters and ferries. It is a relaxing get away but close enough to go to a Mariners game in the evening, thanks to the ferries. Linda is a great host making sure that we had everything we needed. It is the perfect cottage on the water. We had a wonderful week!

Delightful!

My husband and I spent a long relaxing weekend at this lovely waterfront cottage. Since I love to cook, we brought all of our food with us, and I couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations for cooking. I found a plethora of appliances, dishes, baking supplies, pots & pans and a surprising assortment of pantry items and spices. The house is old, and not luxurious, but we found it cozy and comfortable as we watched the rain and the ferries with the expansive waterfront view from both the living area and the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. The VRBO description and photos are very accurate and represent the place well. The weather was cold, and the living room furnace was noisy at times, but we didn’t find it bothersome. Two portable space heaters are provided, and we occasionally moved them to other areas of the house. We enjoyed our time, and since we live less than 30 minutes away, we look forward to coming back again.

I grew up in this neighborhood and on this beach. It is truly a special place. I love having guests who can enjoy the cottage and doing whatever possible to make your stay comfortable. I am recently retired from a 42 year career in Public Administration and I am looking forward to managing Sinclair Beach Cottage as my main hobby!

This home has been passed down through my family and I am keeping the tradition alive. I grew up in the house next door to the cottage and my grandmother and grandfather lived in the cottage while I was growing up. Then my sister lived in the cottage for about 30 years. I purchased the property in 2014 and renovated the cottage into a vacation rental.

This property sits on one of the most pristine beaches in Kitsap County. It is low bank waterfront with direct access to the beach. The waterfront deck provides a 180 degree view of Sinclair Inlet, looking towards Port Orchard, Bremerton, Manette, Agate Pass, Bainbridge Island and Rich Passage. The ferries pass every 30 minutes. The beach is great for exploring for sea glass and sea shells and exploring sea life at low tide. There is a large lawn area, great for Croquet or Yard Darts (both provided). The water is great for kayaking and canoeing. (Please bring your own).
