Your villa is situated in an exclusive area just a few minutes’ drive from the beaches, the port and the historic town of Jávea.
There are several restaurants within walking distance.
The villa affords fantastic panoramic views across the valley and of Montgo Natural Park.
Javea lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the Costa Blanca, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, and is sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montgó. With it's mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas - and extensive tourist facilities, Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village
Javea is midway between Alicante and Valencia airports, with numerous low cost flights.
Javea is divided into three main areas, the Old Town, the Port and the Arenal.
A stroll through the Port can be a true delight if taken in the late afternoon with the arrival of the fishing boats or in the early dusky evening when you can savour the maritime landscape next to the beach. During the Fiestas the port is the hub of the entertainment with parades, street parties, music dancing and of course firework displays.
From Javea, the many attractions along the Costa Blanca, are within easy reach. The historic city of Valencia is well worth a visit, don’t miss the ultra modern Sea Life Centre near the port.
Benidorm is 30 miles away and here you can visit Terra Mitica the theme park packed with entertainment for the whole family, the animal and nature park, Terra Natura and the water park Aqulandia.

sehr schöne geräumige Villa in einer atemberaubenden Umgebung
Grundsätzlich eine gepflegte ansprechende Unterkunft. Toller Pool. Sehr schöne Umgebung. Und angenehmer (Mail-)Kontakt mit Keith. Leider waren unsere Vorgänger etwas nachlässig, was die Reinigung des Geschirrs anbelangt. Der Rest des Hauses war wirklich sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Bedingt durch die vorangegangenen Unwetter (völlig untypisch für die Gegend) wäre ein bisschen Gartenarbeit notwendig gewesen. In Summe war es ein sehr entspannter Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr erholt.

Bien, mais cependant ...
Maison qui correspond au descriptif de l'annonce pas de problème (endroit calme), cependant il y a quelques détails à améliorer. Tout d'abord lorsque l'on loue une maison pratiquement plus d'un smic 1/2 par semaine je pense que nous ne sommes plus à 1 ou 2 billets de plus pour avoir la clim sans avoir à mettre des pièces de 1 et deux dans un parcmètre pour l'obtenir. Ensuite la piscine dont les faïences se détachent (mes enfants en ont récupéré 126 carreaux) réparées d'après le propriétaire au mois de sept. Enfin nous n'avons pas profité de l'extérieur pour déjeuner vu que les bancs en dur ainsi que le parasol sont dans un état plutôt déplorable. Pour finir nous n'avons utilisé aucune des poêles qui sont franchement dans un état de propreté plutôt douteux, ceci ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent moment en vacances, mais les points ci-dessus me paraissent être à signaler.

Hello, we spent two weeks in this house, two adults and four children, the size and correct, the decor is rustic from the veranda we have a beautiful view but we hear the noise from the road below concerning the welcome pack. is nowhere to be found, the large but old swimming pool, the mosaic stands out everywhere, the table and the concrete seats next to it are dangerous for children to break, there is no one to welcome you "so no inventory, one more I did not find an espresso maker.

We were a family of two grandparents, two parents and three boys (11 to 14). Everything we needed was provided. The pool was located so that it got the sun all day. The Villa is well positioned between Javier and Morira where there are plenty of eating houses. The only problem we had was being attacked by mosquitoes which was hardly the owners fault. All the Villa windows had mosquito nets. The air conditioning was essential for the period we were there [early July]

This is a superb villa set in beautiful gardens within one of Javeas best urbanisations. A wonderful pool with plenty seating around it, beautiful views from the naya and very private. A truly ideal holiday for couples or families.

Fantastic villa holiday
Once again we enjoyed an amazing holiday in this villa. It is in a superb location with stunning views and everything to make you feel at home. In close proximity to the villa there are now 3 outstanding restaurants which is fantastic, the Old town still offers up an interesting night with usually always some form of fiesta or food/craft fair going on. This is all within a 5 minute drive from the villa you couldn’t get a better location. The Ramsey’s property offers an opportunity for a wonderful holiday for all age groups. Already looking forward to May.

A fabulous holiday at this lovely villa in Javea. It was everything we could wish for and more. Our second visit to Javea and we were just as impressed as last year. Would definitely recommend the villa, great swimming pool and bbq area. Three adults, two teenagers and an infant in our party. A welcome pack on arrival as previously requested prior to our arrival and excellent service provided by Kerry who was just a phone call away. We would love to return next year.

A comfortable family villa with stunning inland views of the mountains.
A great family villa with a good size pool and rooms conveniently located just 10 mins from the beach. Whilst there are a couple of restaurants close by, generally it is a 10 min drive to the old town or the beach for a wider selection. The naya was a great multi purpose room for eating and relaxing but during the summer months was very hot not being able to escape the afternoon and evening sun. Somehow the ability to create some shade here would be good. The air conditioning worked fine however finding enough 1 & 2 euro coins was a bit inconvenient at times and would have preferred that a meter reading was taken on arrival and departure and the cost deducted from the damage deposit. Also more than one remote for the airconditioning should supplied as some of the family wanted to adjust the temp during the night and had to search who had the control. Otherwise a great holiday property and good communication with the owner if required.

Very welcoming, spacious and clean throughout.
We stayed in June 2018 for 2 weeks and had an amazing holiday. The villa was beautiful, in and out, there was everything we could possibly need. The villa was clean and well equipped and the views were stunning. Local amenities were superb, the children loved the beach which is very close by and the nightlife was also brilliant for adults and children. We had many days out as there is so much to do near there, water parks, zoo, theme parks, walks, port, beaches etc but also had many days lounging by the pool. The children were safe so we could relax, which is a novelty. The owners have obviously put in a lot of effort thinking about their guests needs which is why we will definitely be returning!!

Fantastic holiday once again in this superb villa
An absolutely wonderful holiday in this villa. A gorgeous setting with wonderful views and great privacy. We have stayed many times and keep coming back as it is like a home from home with lots of sun. The pool and surrounding area is fantastic so relaxing and a great bbq should you decide to eat in one night. A short car drive and you are in Javea old town and a little further down the road and you are at the sea. Spoilt for choice when you stay here with all amenities close by. Finally the service from Keith and his management team if required is very quick and efficient which is just great. A huge thanks once again to Keith for another fantastic holiday, looking forward to September already.

Great winter break
Nice property and comfortable beds. Furnishings a little "tired" but think owner is to replace suite and dining chairs shortly. Could have done with a crockery/equipment list as there was a lot of unmatched things and not many full sets of different plates, dishes etc. Had to be careful in not having too many electrical things on at one time or the mains tripped, but that is typical in Spain. Arriving late a welcome pack of essentials would be useful especially if it is a Saturday as most shops are shut on Sundays Never the less we were not short of anything and found Villa Ramsay to be a good base for all our touring, as long as you have a car as the bus service is poor.

A really comfortable clean villa with great views.
This is a very clean tidy Villa with all the amenities required for a perfect holiday in the sun. I was staying during the winter and have now booked stay during September ’18 and my family is looking forward to returning to Javea. The owner, Keith, was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding our stay and gave me information on local restaurants, walks and places to visit. The nearby “Masena” restaurant was excellent. The property is situated in suburb quiet location but within easy reach of all amenities. The panoramic views across the valley from the sun lounge are stuning and enjoying a glass or Rioja while watching the sun setting behind the mountains is an absolute joy, I cannot wait to return. Wonderful holiday once again in this fabulous villa
Another splendid stay at Keith’s villa, a magnificent setting with splendid views and a superb pool. Everything you could want in your holiday home this has and being all on one level is just great. The area is very quiet and only a short drive from the front at Javea. Keith and his management team offer a very efficient back up service if ever required which is excellent. The views from the naya are spectacular of the hills and the twinkling lights of the villas closer to the village. Sitting last thing at night with a g&t and the warm air still coming in is very hard to beat and we are looking forward to seeing it again next year. A truly remarkable holiday and we recommend it very highly.

Great place to stay
All our family had a lovely stay at the villa : the house itself is great (space, beautiful pool, eveything you need to live/cook/read/play etc...), and the location is also ideal to go hiking or visit several places/towns around. Everything is well prepared and organised, we didn't have to contact Keith nor Ann once over our stay. I can only recommend.

Fantastic holiday in Javea
Our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Ramsay. It is a well appointed spacious dwelling with private swimming pool, electronic security gated drive and amazing views over the valley below. It is kitted out with all mod cons; microwave, washing machine, dish washer etc. The local town is full of wonderful restaurants offering tapas, paella and other local delicacies (the salt and pepper squid was amazing). Several times we went to the beach promenade at Arenal where everyone goes to eat, drink and peruse the resident night market stalls. It has to be said, there were a few mozzies about, especially at dusk, but Jungle Formula repellent did the trick and if we were bitten Fenistil gel worked miracles. We did have a couple of breakages; toothbrush mug and pool skimmer which we replaced with no comeback. The local Chinese Bazaars (2) in Javea are treasure troves for all ardent shoppers who cannot find what they are looking for anywhere else. The A/C in the villa was a godsend on hot sunny days and overly warm muggy nights. We did sort of max. out on this, however, and the day I stepped out of the shower room into the bedroom and shiverred was the day we started using it less (1 and 2 euro coin slot metre system). Finally, I would like to say that we would have no hesitation in returning to this great villa for a future holiday in sunny Spain.

Lovely Villa with great views
Our 2nd year in a row at this villa and again a faultless experience. We have 2 young children and having 3 bedrooms they had their own space. The facilities provided which includes full sky and uk TV so a home from home feel if you still want your soaps and sport and number one for us kids TV when they've had enough of the sun. The owners are on the other end of the phone if required, however not needed as all is provided. Already booked for next year. Paul, Debbie and Girls

A really nice villa, great views, really good pool, very good wifi, excellent for families
As a self employed person good wifi is my no1 priority. The wifi in this villa was really good so sending large files was not a problem. The layout of the villa is really nice and the sun porch room which offer outstanding panoramic views was a great place to watch the sunset as you enjoyed a glass (or three).The pool is really good and the tropical gardens around it are very nice. There is also a separate outdoor sitting area off the kitchen which is great for breakfast. Overall we were very happy with this villa. It was clean on arrival, and well equipped. Another thing that was also fab about the villa was the satellite TV. Full access to sky sports kept our 16 yr old son happy. The slight negatives we found (and I am comparing this to other villas we have stayed in) was there was no dishwasher, along with a second fridge for keeping all the drinks/beers cool. The other thing (as daft as it sounds) which would have been good, was to have access to blankets. I know the air conditioning (which is coin metered) is controllable, but I like a cool room and warm bed and so this simple to resolve thing was a little frustrating when you are used to a little weight on you and not just a sheet. You will definitely need a car being here and you're c 10mins from the big supermarkets. The area is great and there is lots to do/see. The town Xabia/Javea is really nice. We actually now prefer this place to Estapona in the south that we have been to a couple of times before. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and would be happy to return.

Clean, spacious and comfortable
Overall an excellent stay for our group spanning from 5 years old to 70. The property is easy to find with clear instructions provided and it was clean and well presented on arrival. The villa is of a high quality and the pool great. There are some local restaurants (including a Michelin starred one) but otherwise you're looking at a 5 minute drive to the beach area. The old town and beach area of Javea are lovely. The air-con wasn't too expensive (perhaps 20 euros for a 2 week stay) although it would have been nice to have that included in the rental cost, and a dishwasher would be nice. However, the wife has stated that she'd be more than happy to go back to this property so that's always a good sign! Owner was always very prompt as answering queries prior to our stay and we had no reason to contact him during it.

Really very good
The house was great and the pool lovely. We enjoyed ourselves very much indeed. The house is clean and well presented, and the indications on arrival and working things were excellent. If we were to make any suggestions, the patio furniture is getting worn. The verandah is really nice, and would be delightful in winter too. Great stay overall!
