Nizza 4-Bett / 2 Bad Erdgeschoss Duplex (8 Personen) in der Mitte von allem in Stone Harbor. Buchstäblich, können Sie Ihr Auto parken und es für den gesamten Aufenthalt verlassen und alles zu Fuß erreichen. Zwei Blocks vom Strand entfernt, Block und eine Hälfte in die Innenstadt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, über die Straße zu Schule und Park, ein Block aus der Bibliothek und Yoga-Studio. Renovierte Küche, Bad und Diele sind praktisch neu. Küche ist wunderschön und Esstisch hält 8 Personen. Nizza tiefen Badewanne in einem Badezimmer. Unsere neue Wäsche / mud Zimmer helfen Ihnen, organisiert und sauber. Unsere Veranda 94. Straße und Schule mit Blick auf eine schattige Oase mit Vorhängen, bequeme Gartenmöbel und Essbereich. Unsere große Hinterhof Deck von einem schönen Garten umgeben hat Außendusche, Gasgrill und viel Platz für alle zu genießen. Viel Spaß mit Outdoor-Schaukel, Hängematte, und biminy Spiel (Haken Spiel).

Wir freuen uns, unseren Spaß Dinge zu teilen - wir genügend Strandspielzeug und Boogie Boards haben, Spiele, Spielzeug, DVDs, CDs, Bücher, etc. Profitieren Sie von Stone Harbor wöchentliche Familienveranstaltungen und Aktivitäten, die alle zu Fuß erreichbar sind: Montag Familie Nacht in der Feuerwache, Mittwoch Filmabend auf dem Schulhof, Donnerstag Touren am Feuerwehrhaus, und Sonntagmorgen Bauernmarkt. Für Erwachsene gibt es viele schöne Restaurants, Bars, und großes Training Klassen. Stone Harbor Rec Center bietet auch jede Menge Programme für Kinder und Erwachsene.

Great spot for little kids!

We had two toddlers and baby and it worked well that both couples had their own room and then the kids had plenty of space too. Loved that weren’t stairs to worry about and plenty of space to hang. Great location and very nice owner and neighbor!

A great time at Life is Swell

We had a great time at the house. It was clean and stocked with everything you could need for your visit. The kitchen has literally anything you could need, there are games and books, beach chairs, an umbrella and a cart. The location could not be better! We barely used our car while we were there. The back patio and outdoor shower is lovely and the front porch was nice extra space with tons of seating and a table for meals. The layout of the place is great with 2 bedrooms on either side of the house and a nice size living room in the middle for TV watching and hanging out. The mudroom is also super convenient and spacious. Thanks for a great visit.

Perfect for family vacation

Location was ideal for our family. Kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils and basics for nice family dinners after a day at the beach, playing tennis, or just hanging around town. Would definitely rent again.

Location, Location, Location

My family stayed which consists of 3 couples and a 6 month old. This property has everything you need and spacious enough for all of us including all the stuff a 6 month old requires. We never moved our cars except for one day we drove to the OC boardwalk. You can walk to everything. The beach is a short and pleasant walk. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

ideal spot for a family vacation on the Jersey Shore

Excellent proximity to the beach, very comfortable and well-configured living space, and outstanding outdoor space (front porch and back deck/ garden/ outdoor shower) make this an excellent setup for a family to enjoy time together at the beach. Location is central to everything. Kitchen is well equipped and pleasant to cook in. Marilyn (upstairs neighbor) is available and very helpful with any incidentals. One note to clarify the parking situation: two cars can fit in the driveway, but there are no restrictions on on-street parking, so you should have no trouble finding spots for additional vehicles. We parked our third car right outside on the street and didn't touch it all week.

Amazing beach house

Property was very clean and just as described in posting. Near to all shops and 2 blocks walk to the beach. Front porch was used for every meal at the house and perfect for a cocktail after the beach. Perfect house for a family beach getaway. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this property. Brian and his upstairs neighbor, Marilyn who oversees the house could not have been more helpful and gracious. Our one minor suggestion? Perhaps some floor lamp lighting in the living and dining room areas to increase the overall brightness of those areas. Otherwise, we highly recommend this VRBO rental! Thank you, Brian!

Perfect location

House is in a perfect location. Easy to walk out the backyard to the main drag. Was a meeting place for my daughter's wedding at the 95th Street pavilion. Was a wonderful house for my elderly mother as well (one floor, easy access in and out [house and shower!]). And lovely neighbors next door!

Family Wedding Week at Stone Harbor

This was the perfect place to enjoy a week with family. My niece was married in Cape May Courthouse on Friday and we made a whole beach vacation week out of it. The house was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for a great week!

An Enjoyable Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Life is Swell home. The well equipped kitchen made cooking very convenient. The beautiful backyard garden with quick access to town were just two of the many bonuses we found in this home. The location of this house to the Main Street and the beach is absolutely perfect. We turned our car on one time the entire week. Relaxing and quiet street. Easy check in and out. We already booked next year! Cant wait to go back!

Best beach stay ever!

This house was absolutely perfect!! From everything the house provided to the location to the awesome owner and all the details given about the house. We were so sad to Leave even after a bad weather weekend. Only thing we would change was access to the deck was off a kids bedroom since that has bunk beds. But we made it work! We will absolutely love to stay here again no doubt!!

Great getaway

Great location. Plenty of space for family to gather. Loved the front porch and the back deck. It was clean and well supplied too. They are very generous with games, toys and beach chairs and wagon. It was so easy to just move in and start enjoying the shore.
