Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und King und einem Tag Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet für Sie und Ihre Familie einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu genießen. Wie Sie sich auf Ihrer Veranda gehen Sie mit Blick auf Arrowhead Lake begrüßt. Extremely disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was in a very convenient location, but thats about it. Everything else ware a nightmare, very frustrating and disappointing, i have emailed the costumer service/house keeping multiple times and NOTHING was done about it, Place were very dirty, Roaches all over the place, multiple broken items, very old and pour maintenance true the entire apartment, the only response i got from MAX(contact person) was that owner is preparing to renovate and have decided not to attend any of the requests we have made.

This property is just ok at best. As to not bash the property I will leave it at that. I’ve stayed at several properties at this location and this one definitely wasn’t up to par! I would love to have a conversation with the Owner and not the rental company to discuss further.

Clean but unit needs updated!

The unit was clean but in great need of updating. Maintenance was called due to broken items and nobody ever came out. Housekeeping showed up but no maintenance. Several items were broken (glass in coffee table, missing towel bar and broken deck chair). The bathrooms are in need of updating. The pools were disappointing. If you book thru VRBO you are excluded from many amenities that the property offers to Hilton customers. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We had a good time but the pool restrictions were disappointing.

A Good Stay At Kingston Plantation and West Hyde

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental had everything that we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The Condo overall is showing it's wear and it could do with a little updating. The bathroom areas for sure. Someone had taken pictures off the wall and they were just laying in the bedroom, one bathroom was missing towel bar and you can see peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. But, all that being said, it fit our needs, it was clean and I would rent from there again.

Just steps away from the beach, and if you don’t want to walk, a van will pick you up and take you there. Several pools are available for all ages to enjoy. The teens in our group could safely come and go without our worrying about them. The rental units were big enough to give us all personal space for relaxation. The kitchen was more than adequate, and it was an easy mile to either a Super Walmart or a Kroger for supplies. The Super Walmart was next to an outlet mall— no complaints about that for the shoppers in the group.

Technology problems

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was clean, spacious and as described. Location great. But we were never able to get TVs and internet to work. I called the rental agent immediately and left a message and never heard back. Multiple people attempted to get a TV signal and no input change, reset or other ideas worked. We never got anything other than a “no signal” notice on any television and the Wi-Fi network described on our welcome letter never appeared on any of our devices.

Great stay

Loved staying here. Loved Kingston plantation. Beware the door will lock behind you and you won’t be able to get back in. I didn’t hear back from emergency rental line so I had to call the fire department to help us get back in. Otherwise it was great! Old dryer...some dead roaches.... but that’s expected in this area. We will probably be back.
