Dieses aktualisierte 2 Schlafzimmer 2. 5 Badezimmer Reihenhaus direkt am Strand ist einer der besten Werte für Leben am Strand auf 30A. Beide Bäder wurden 2017 komplett renoviert. Neue Gulfside-Schiebetüren im August 2018. Neue Queen-Schlafsofa und Love Seat in der Höhle 2017. Neue Innenfarbe 2017. Genießen Sie das Rauschen der Wellen, während Sie einschlafen und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Strand genießen. Das Stadthaus ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und verfügt über zwei große Balkone - einen im ersten Wohnbereich im zweiten Stock und einen im Hauptschlafzimmer im dritten Stock - was einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang bietet! Das Stadthaus ist Teil eines kleinen Komplexes namens Walton Dunes, der günstig in einer ruhigen Wohngegend von Seagrove Beach gelegen ist, etwa 5 km vom Meer und 11 km vom Rosemary Beach entfernt. Wenn Sie hier wohnen, bekommen Sie das Beste aus beiden Welten - Sie sind extrem nahe an den Restaurants und Aktivitäten in Seagrove Beach, Watercolor, Seaside, Alys Beach und Rosemary Beach, aber Sie befinden sich in einem ruhigen, nicht überfüllten Strandabschnitt, der Ihnen erlaubt vollständig zurückziehen. Es ist auch zentral auf 30A zwischen Destin und Panama City Beach gelegen, die beide etwa 30 Minuten entfernt sind und für Tagesausflüge leicht erreichbar sind. Great getaway

We absolutely love staying here. So close to the beach, clean quarters and a great place to spend valuable time with the family. This condo is such a jewel. This is our second time staying in this unit and we will be back.

Lovely spring break stay

Had a lovely stay with our family of 6. Knowing the weather could be unpredictable, I wanted an ocean view so I could watch the sunset from inside if I couldn’t be on the beach. This was perfect! We loved the inclusion of a credit for beach gear rental. We rented bikes and had a great time since the water was closed for half our stay due to strong currents. Great location for our needs. The cleaning crew could be a little better—sandy kitchen counter and pantry floor, but nothing we couldn’t take care of ourselves quickly upon arrival. It’s a typical rental quality unit, but the beds were all very comfortable. We would definitely rent again.

The wagon Funes waterfront is not nearly as crowded as the beaches closer to public access. We love being close to the lake, as our kiddos love to explore there. The double balconies offer great ocean views. There’s plenty of parking and easy beach access, The kitchen is adequate for our family’s needs. We appreciate the two full baths upstairs and the washer and dryer provided. This particular unit had built in bunks That made our stay very enjoyable.

Enjoyed our stay

We loved the closeness to the beach and the fact that it is a private beach (about 100 yards down is the public beach and it was very crowded). Parking was good for 2 cars. The beach gear credit was a nice bonus and actually tipped the scale to rent this town home. The property is priced right for what you get. The bathrooms have been renovated and the bedrooms were great. We didn't like the carpet in the bedrooms (it was in good shape, but would have liked wood floors better....wood floors are on the main level). The kitchen needs to be renovated. The refrigerator froze many items which caused us to throw stuff away (produce, eggs, fruit), and when we turned the temp down, it seemed to make the freezer not keep things frozen (ice cream was very soft). Plus it had rust on the outside of the white refrigerator. It was pretty well stocked, we found the toaster and blender, but it needed a drink pitcher and pot holders (had to use towels to get things out of oven). There were also many miss-matched glasses. Also need Tupperware type containers. Lastly, the AC vents on the ceiling on the kitchen/den level need work . They looked terrible and dripped water. Plus, it looked like mold was around the one in the kitchen. Overall, you get what you pay for and I thought the price was right for this town home. The view and closeness to the beach made up for the negatives as mentioned above.

Coming from NC our flights were cancelled and then delayed, but once we arrived all was good. The unit was comfortable and clean. The views are fantastic and private beach access is so convenient. An improvement would be a keyless entry instead of trying to keep up with a key and a hairdryer. I never travel with one and I couldn't find any in the upstairs bathrooms. Overall, our stay was a pleasant one.

You couldn’t find a better location!

The furniture is nice and the place is clean. The only downside is the stairs. I’m 68 and my cousin is 72 and lugging our stuff up two flights of stairs is awful. Need better lighting in dining room, kitchen and living room. This place is about 30-40 steps to the beach - you can’t be any closer!

Fantastic location

Overall property was great. It was right on the beach with private access. Easy check in/out process. Most of the unit has been updated. Could still use some paint (Kilz) to cover what looks like mold a few places in the kitchen. The master bedroom mattress is in desperate red of replacement. Two TV remotes need replacement as well as the buttons don’t all work. Little things that would make it a 5-star unit.

Walton Dunes Unit 2 great location

Loved the location and the private beach access. Was very inconvenient only having one fob for the gate to the private beach access. Also my son had rented a golf cart for the week to use to get around to the hub and down to Seaside and such as there was nothing in rental agreement regarding golf carts not being allowed. The next day I received a notice that the owner of unit 1 who is head of HOA said it was against HOA RULES to have a golf cart and that it must be removed from the premises. Very disappointing for us and especially my son since there was nothing in rental agreement. We noticed after this incident the listing for this unit was updated to state no golf carts allowed. Rental agreements should reflect HOA Rules that renters must follow, not after the fact.

We have stayed in this unit multiple times and have always enjoyed our stay. This year they only provide you with one "fob" per unit for the beach gate. This was very troublesome for our trip since we had 3 teenage kiddos with us. Lots of back and forth running to the gate access. Hopefully, by our next trip this will be resolved. Overall a nice unit to stay at.
