Die Villa verfügt über einen großen offenen Wohnbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem separaten Bereich für eine Waschmaschine und Trockner ausgestattet. Es gibt 4 geräumige Schlafzimmer, ein König mit en-suite, eine Königin und 2 Doppelzimmer, sowie ein Badezimmer und eine separate Treppe hinunter Pool Badezimmer.
Es gibt einen kostenlosen gesichert WIFI im ganzen Haus & Poolbereich und ein Kinderbett und Hochstuhl für die Kleinen
Wir haben einen privaten Pool und Spa und den Außenraum profitiert von Luxus Terrassenstühle und Möbel unsere Gäste, um sicherzustellen, können die Vorteile der Sonne entspannen und zu nehmen. Wir haben auch Pool Tür Alarm, so dass Sie mit kleineren childeren in unserer Villa entspannen können.
Es ist in der Gated Community von High Grove und bietet eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung, aber mit dem zusätzlichen Vorteil, dass 15 Minuten von Disney und auch in der Nähe zu anderen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es gibt auch eine Familie Bar direkt vor der Entwicklung und Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants innerhalb einer kurzen Fahrstrecke.
Wir sind auf einem Eckgrundstück mit einem Naturschutzgebiet auf der einen Seite und einer schönen Aussicht von der Front.
High Grove ist eine ruhige Wohnanlage mit mediterranen Stil Häuser, gibt es eine sehr einladende Clubhaus mit einem voll ausgestatteten Fitnessraum, ein Spielzimmer, Arcade-Raum sowie einen großen Pool und einen Whirlpool. Sie werden auch einen Geldautomaten im Clubhaus finden.
Auch ein Miniture-Golfplatz. Die Entwicklung ist auf einem sehr hohen Standard und es gibt auch ein Spielpark für Kinder vor Ort.

Awesome property-great location

This vacation home was awesome. Very quiet location perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pool and the sun. Very close to all of Orlando’s attractions too. The home had everything we needed for the week, is very clean and beautifully decorated. There are no homes behind the property and the neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Would definitely stay here again. You won’t regret renting this home.

Great house & location

This is a family friendly property that is close to to many stores/restaurants. The house was clean and had a nice layout with all bedrooms being upstairs. We had a minor issue with the hot tub not functioning one night but it was addressed immediately the next day. A+ for management communication and responsiveness. Lovely location at the end of a culde sac with privacy. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice safe home

We had a great stay! The house is as advertised, great for a family stay. Nice and comfortable accommodations. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils; the only thing missing is a knife sharpener, the knives for preparing food I'll need sharpening. The pool and spa are great. There is plenty of clean towels. The primary bedroom is large, and the bed is comfortably firm, just how I like it. I did not ask the others about the s beds, I assume they are comfortable as well. Very well maintained property, quiet Street the plenty of parking. It's approximately a 25-minute drive to Disney and approximately a 45 minute drive to universal studios. We would definitely stay here again!!

Quiet

Well run community. Gated and quiet. Pool and spa we had heated and was perfect. Nice beds and linens. All bedrooms are upstairs. Would not be good for older people with the steep stairs. Nice area to watch wildlife in the from the front porch.

We enjoyed our stay!

The property provided everything we needed... and there are stores nearby for supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and secure. The pool was just the right size for relaxing after a day in the parks and the kids loved it! It would be nice if the backyard had a fence or bushes to block the view of the empty field next door... but that's just being picky! Our only regret about this property is that it was a bit farther from the Disney parks than we expected, but it was a very nice stay and the management treated us wonderfully!

Villa was spacious, clean and tidy in a lovely gated community for added security.

This villa is lovely for visiting, it’s spacious, well equipped and has 4 good sized bedroom which could easily sleep 8. It is about 20 mins to Disney and about 40 mins to universal theme parks which is easy driving. Will definitely be using this villa again when me and my family return to orlando.

Clean, safe villa in a quiet neighborhood

This house was perfect for our group, plenty of space for four & situated on a great corner lot at the back of the development. Close to all amenities, but quiet and almost secluded. My only recommendation for improvement would be a larger living room television, otherwise the house was perfect. Great hosts & will absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful house. Very quiet location yet so much on offer nearby.

What a fantastic place and great value for money. I don't think we'll ever stay in a hotel again after seeing what you get for just a little bit more than a hotel room. House was lovely and clean with all the features described. We're retired now so were a bit worried that it could be a bit noisy / aimed at younger families, but its was so peaceful there. We loved having our own pool & Jacuzzi which were well kept and serviced while we were there. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to escape British weather and enjoy some Florida sunshine in a super spot. A+++++

Great get-away home for the Orlando area

The home was well-furnished and clean; a great place to step into and immediately start your vacation. It's ideally located near enough to attractions but not in the bustle of traffic. The backyard pool allowed for private and leisurely lounging and playing--great for any ages. Fitness center on site is a nice bonus. There's even a neighborhood cat that lives at the main office/check-in area. Great for people that want a cat fix while away from home. I went every morning for exercise and cat time. My only drawback was that the beds were not as comfortable as I would like--especially for a relaxing vacation. Overall though, a wonderful vacation rental!

Excellent, Convenient Accommodation

We stayed two weeks in this excellent and convenient villa. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this villa to other families looking for a break in Orlando. Location. The villa is located very close to both Hwy 27 and Hwy 192 allowing easy access to both Disney and Universal / Islands of Adventure. We did not visit Disney but passed the complex every day; it is within 15 mins of the villa. Universal, Islands of Adventure were within 30 mins of the villa with Sea World, Wet & Wild and Aquatica between the two. Kennedy Space Centre was approximately 1 hour away (traffic dependent). The villa is also very close to a Walmart, Publix (equivalent to Sainsbury's) and a number of food outlets. Villa. The villa is very well equipped. There is a huge master bedroom (and bed!) with ensuite, also containing a large cot. The second bedroom contains a Queen size bed. The remaining two bedrooms are well apportioned and both contain two single beds. All bedrooms contain excellent storage. There is also both a huge washing machine and dryer available. The pool area was excellent and very well used throughout our stay in August. The protective netting was useful and prevented any insects (or wildlife) entering the pool area whilst allowing the sun to bronze our bodies! The Jacuzzi and extensive pool furniture (table, chairs and sun loungers) were welcome additions. On a weekly basis the pool is maintained and the garbage bins are moved to the road to be collected; small but useful services. High Grove. The High Grove complex is beautifully maintained and the club house was exceptionally helpful. We were able to print our return boarding passes which was convenient. There is also a gym, swimming pool and pool table although due to the number of activities close to the villa we chose not to use these facilities. In summary, an excellent and well appointed villa close to all the main Orlando attractions whilst avoiding the frenetic area around International Drive.

A break from the norm!

A late decision by wife to holiday in Florida just before the kids went back to school (2+2). I am a fussy eat, so never stay in hotels. I looked rounding the internet and found this property. When we got the property, I felt it was spacious, let in loads of natural light and very clean, just what the doctor ordered. The swimming pool was great to jump into and cool down after a long day. Once you get use to driving on the wrong side of the car and the wrong side of the road; the big attractions where very close by and great FUN(A different review). We are looking at going back in 2015 about the same time as the weather was about right for me. At least this time it won't be a last minute thing hey luv.
