Wild Dunes bietet alles, von wunderschönen Stränden über erstklassiges Golf bis zu außergewöhnlicher natürlicher Schönheit. Es gibt keinen besseren Ort für Ihren nächsten Urlaub als Seagrove Villas! Diese aktualisierte Villa mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 1, 5 Bädern bietet Meerblick vom eigenen Balkon und ist nur wenige Schritte vom Gemeinschaftspool entfernt.

Die Seagrove-Community mit gepflegten Eigentumswohnungen, üppigem Grün und Gemeinschaftspool befindet sich in zentraler Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Grand Pavilion, dem Konferenzzentrum, den Dörfern und den Geschäften und Restaurants von Wild Dunes entfernt. Neben der Lage wurde diese beeindruckende Villa im Frühjahr 2015 komplett renoviert. Von der brandneuen Küche bis zur neuen Einrichtung spricht alles für Luxus.

Beim Betreten der Villa werden Sie von der neuen modernen Küche begrüßt, die maßgefertigte Schränke, Quarzarbeitsplatten und hochwertige Edelstahlgeräte umfasst. Der große Arbeitsbereich und die Bar bieten Platz für vier Barhocker. Ein offener Grundriss bietet Meerblick von der Küche bis zum Balkon. Dieser Raum mit schönen neuen Holzböden ist komfortabel mit einem Schlafsofa, einem Esstisch für vier Personen und einem großen montierten Fernseher ausgestattet. Das Kingsize-Schlafzimmer verfügt auch über einen Flachbild-TV. Luxus setzt sich im neuen Badezimmer mit einer individuell gefliesten Dusche und einem neuen Waschtisch fort. Die Villa verfügt über eine Gästetoilette sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

Clean condo with views

We really enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. The balcony was nice to have meals on with the view of the ocean. It was also walking distance to Sweetgrass/Wild dunes resort restaurants. Nothing bad to say about this rental.

Quick getaway

Great place and location. Beautiful view. It would have been nice to provide one coffee filter since you provided coffee for one pot of coffee, I would do provide something so you can have a pot or nothing at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect! Hope to return soon!

We had a great time in this outstanding villa. It's very modern, comfortable, and extremely clean. The only thing between the villa and the beach is a great pool. We love the entire Wild Dunes complex and would definitely stay in this unit again if we return to the area. It's an easy drive to so many great restaurants and activities.

Quick stay

Pleasant apartment in Wild Dunes, close to the pool and ocean. The apartment was clean and convenient with 2 TVs, but few clocks or mirrors. There also was some construction noise and landscaping noise. But, quiet at night and beautiful breezes during the day!

Beautiful condo!

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Seagrove is a great location and the condo is lovely. It's updated, well furnished and very comfortable. Sweetgrass Properties was also wonderful. When our lockbox wasn't working, they were very quick to assist and when I left a favorite sweater, they graciously retrieved it and sent it to me. Definitely five star!

GREAT PLACE

We spent the month of March here and found the unit to be lovely. It was clean, well laid out and in a beautiful location. It was very true to what we were anticipating. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with quality items. We were also thankful for the quality mattress, couches to sit on and the outside patio furniture. Great location for bike riding and shell collecting on the beach. Yes, we would stay here again.

Great Condo for short vacation

This property is great. We liked waking up and watching the sun rise over the ocean and listening to the water at night. The only drawback to this condo was the neighbors upstairs that were renting and their 4 boys under the age of 12 wrestling all evening. The floor was noisy. Property was as described, though we would have like it a bit quieter than we had during the week. The only issue that we had was with the dishwasher (it leaked) and they offered to wash our dishes, but we were leaving in 3 days, so i didn’t mind doing it.

Great location on the beach

This property had a nice spacious kitchen, bigger than the three bedroom place my sister and parents were staying at two buildings over from us. With four of us it was so nice to have two bathrooms in the unit. We loved being able to walk to the beach just on the other side of our building, and being close enough to walk to the stores up by the hotel. The property was obviously updated pretty recently which was nice and they had plenty of books in the doorway for jackets and towels. The only minor improvements I would suggest are: a deep cleaning of the washing machine (it was a bit moldy and musty which is probably from people leaving the door shut instead of airing it out), some coffee filters for the coffee maker, more than one dishwashing detergent packet and one laundry detergent packet, and some WD40 on the legs of the pullout sofa because it was a bit noisy when you got up and down from it. I would definitely stay here again!!
