Excellent base d'excursions autour d'Agadir
Nous avons adoré la maison que nous avons louée pour une semaine dde travail. Les photos ne rendent pas justice à cette maison. Elle est bien mieux qu'elle n'en a l'air. Elle a été construite avec un soin méticuleux, du style et une attention aux détails par le propriétaire Hassan, qui est une excellente source d'informations sur tout ce qui concerne la culture, la géographie, la nourriture et bien plus encore. . . Il nous a emmenés au souk le premier matin pour une immersion profonde dans le style de vie marocain. Loved the house, that we hired for a work retreat. Pictures don't do this house justice. It is much better than it looks. It has been built with meticulous care, style and attention to detail by owner Hassan, who is an excellent source of information on all things realted to culture, geography, food, and much more. . . He took us to the souk the first morning for deep dive into Moroccan lifestyle. The proximity to the Medina rebuilt by Italian architect Coco Polozzi makes it a nice neighbourhood to stay in. Yet don't forget to bring earplugs to fend off the various noises of the city around. You need to take taxis to various other places in Agadir. But we did not find it an issue. Overall, the kindness of Hassan, and the talent of Djmiah as a cook, has left us with a lasritng impression of this little paradise in Agadir.

Magnifique endroit pour se ressourcer
Notre séjour de 8 jours fût parfait, dès l'arrivée nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Hassan qui selon nos instructions préalables avait rempli le frigo et fait préparer un superbe dîner pour toute la famille. Nous avons profité de l'environnement très calme du fait de la situation de la villa juste derrière le Palais Royal, nous nous souviendrons de la ballade à cheval dans les dunes et des barbecues au bord de la piscine dans un vrai petit écrin de verdures. Attention il est préférable d'être véhiculé pour faire les courses à Marjane, littéralement à 4 mins et se déplacer dans la ville. Les chambres étaient bien entretenues et nous avons trouvé dans son ensemble la villa très fonctionnelle et sécurisée. Merci encore pour le séjour inoubliable et ressourçant!

A Superb Retreat for Families
From the moment we entered the Villa we knew we were in for a treat. Although we arrived at 3am in the morning Hassan (owner) very kindly was there to receive us and also gave us a tour of the villa. We woke up the morning with breakfast ready and traditional mint tea prepared by our housekeeper Jameyah. The pictures of the villa and the pool are not near close to the real thing, as it was amazing. Our children loved the pool and spent hours swimming and playing. Although a distance away from the Agadir centre we did manage to travel back and fourth albeit with some difficulty at first. Our advise would be to get hold of a taxi driver who knows a bit of english and keep his number. The villa was spacious and honestly after our excursions we loved the return to the villa for relaxation. The area around the villa felt safe and secure and knowing the owner shares the basement floor (separate entrances) also gave us some peace of mind. Our housekeeper was there to help us all the time with our requests and also before we left she had prepared a traditional meal of Tagine and Couscous which was amazing. The only downside would be that that there is a restaurant close by that has functions on regularly that can go into the early hours of the morning and the music is quite loud. We did have some discomfort however it was nothing too serious to take away from the beauty of this house and its surroundings. Also if you are looking to travel in and out of the villa you need to arrange your transportation prior. There was 8 of us in total so we had to book 2 taxis each time! Finally, we would not hesitate to return to this villa again as we loved it so much. The villa will be remembered by us as will Hassan (great host) and Jameyah (warm housekeeper). Nice house but situated in the wrong place !!
The house is lovely with the right amenities apart from the DVD player . I have a autistic child and this was very important for me but even upon arrival the keeper of the house could not provide this for me. The house is located near a restaurant which is also a venue for social gatherings. If you don't mind loud music being played continuously from dusk to dawn then you shouldn't have a problem with this place ! But, like me if you have children then this provided difficulties for me trying to get the children to sleep through the night. Another thing was I asked for fans prior to my visit and was assured they will b provided but Hassan the owner confirmed upon arrival that this would not be possible. I will be visiting Agadir again but not at this accommodation again !

perfect!
Hello every body! Villa was really fantastic! you can find all what you need.It is very clean, very big and well organized.we we really really satisfied. the owner of the villa mr Hassan and his wife were really helpful and nice.Believe-me I will return back 200% next year . We Enjoyed it there! our children are still talking about the swimming -pool. It is very calm and near Marjane the biggest supermarkt of Morocco,McDonalds and le palais Royal . It was really fantastic!
First of all, I have to thank the owner of the villa , his wife and his familly in general they are really Nice and helpful. Second, our week stay in Agadir was amazing . The villa is chic and luxe: very big with Many rooms, clean and Well organized.you can have all what you need: THE kitchen is super . THE pictures zijn nothing with THE reality. IT is very beautiful. We enjoyed our private swimming pool. We had all what we need to be happy: WiFi enough space to move and to take a rest. Believe-me I Will go there again. IT was amazing 👍👍👍

Maison spacieuse et bien équipée
La maison est mieux que ne le laissent supposer les photos, surtout pour l'intérieur, vaste, clair et confortable. Très bien entretenue et bien équipée : vaisselle et chaises pour 10, nombreuses serviettes, etc. Environnement peu bruyant, peu construit mais un peu terrain vague (c'est le Maroc!) À l'intérieur, on est très bien isolé et c'est parfait Notre femme de ménage et cuisinière était très bien.

"Merveilleux séjour... Arrêtez vous ici et profitez de ces moments magiques. La maison est grande et spacieuse. Il y fait bon vivre surtout si Zohra s''occupe de vous et prépare votre dejeuner ou votre diner. Les propriétaires sont d''une extraordinaire gentillesse... la maison est située à quelques pas de la Médina (50m) ou vous revivrez les contes des milles et une nuit, et a 20m du Parc du Cheval... Le soir toutes les odeurs parfument les lieux . La marina d''Agadir est a 10m en taxi (compter 30 dirams)et il y a tellement de choses a voir... Seul bémol, il a fallu repartir et croyez nous (7personnes) cela à été le plus dur moment du séjour... Alors sans hésitation on reviendra..."

"La villa est conforme a la description, le proprietaire est sur place. Nous avons séjourné 15 jours début Février à 8 aduldes... Petits problèmes rencontrés : manque d''équipement vaisselle et verres .. 6 chaises d''intérieur pour 8/10 p il faut compléter avec les chaises de jardin !!!! Pas de chauffage ni clim et début février c''est plus que juste .... problème d''eau chaude certains jours !!!!! Je recommanderai cette villa mais pas à cette période ... "

Très belle villa correspo...
Très belle villa correspond très bien aux photos,accueil chaleureux de la part de Mr N.,qui était toujours présent pour chaque besoin.Juste une chose au niveau d'équipement il y a des petites choses a voir surtout pour la cuisine sinon pour le reste rien a dire,vraiment un grand bravo.Et je tiens a remercier zohra aussi la femme de ménage.

"superbe villa qui correspond exactement aux photos rien ne manque accueil chaleureux du propriétaire et disponibilité de celui ci. commerces à proximité (boulangerie épicerie pharmacie artisanat et le centre marjane) le seul bémol le centre d agadir est à 15mms en taxi compter 2O dirhams pour les taxis rouges maxi 3 personnes et 50 dirhams pour les grands taxis 6 personnes prix de l aeroport à la villa 180 à 200 dirhams je vous conseille le taxi 127 il s appelle Ali voici son n° 00212 6 65 79 78 04 coordonnées données de la part de Olivier Alain:dit la banque et Patrice "
