Wir sind neben dem Hotel und einen 3-minütigen Spaziergang zum Strand. In Kiawah Resort haben Sie die Möglichkeit, in den Pools des Resorts zu schwimmen. Obwohl als "privater Pool" aufgeführt, befinden sich die Pools des Resorts nicht auf unserem Grundstück, sondern in der Nähe des Night Heron Park. Kommen Sie in unsere Tennis Club Villa mit drei Schlafzimmern, die sich in einer abgelegenen Lagune befindet und die am nächsten zur Fußgängerbrücke gelegene Villa ist. Wir befinden uns im East Beach-Viertel von Kiawah Island in unmittelbarer Nähe des luxuriösen Sanctuary Hotel and Spa.

Unsere home-away-from-home ist wunderschön aber komfortabel. Entspannen Sie sich in der großzügigen, im Erdgeschoss Einheit mit allen Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause. Pool mit 304 Perimeter Aufnahmen, drei 25-Meter-Sportbahnen und ca. 416 sq. Ft. Von 9-Zoll tiefen Loungebereich, der perfekte Ort für einen ruhigen Erwachsenen Entspannung, Runde Schwimmen und Aqua-Aerobic. Der Pool wird auch für Schwimmunterricht und wählen Sie Kinder Kamp Kiawah Aktivitäten verwendet werden.

UND ein weiteres neues POOL!
Die dritte 4760 sq. Ft. Pool (mit 317 Perimeter Material einschließlich etwa 90 Meter von "Null-Eintrag ') wird in West Beach neben dem West Beach Tennis Complex gebaut werden. Der Pool wird Feature sowohl ein Erwachsener Schnitt und eine große Spielstruktur mit neun Wasserspielzeug und zwei zusätzlichen flachen Wasser Funktionen für kleinere Kinder. Es enthält auch eine kreisförmige Objektträger mit einem 90-Fuß-Lauf - die perfekte Infrastruktur für Gäste, die im West Beach. Sie haben auch die Tür-zu-Tür-Beförderung und Rabatte für Golf und Tennis sowie erweiterte Startzeiten. Sie haben auch 24 Stunden-Rezeption Dienstleistungen, Wartungsdienstleistungen von 7.00 bis 11.00 Uhr, im Ferienort Lade Privilegien und kostenlose Papierkorb-Service auf Anfrage. Great value, top notch location

Thais was our first visit to Kiawah Island and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The location of this villa was perfect. A very short walk or ride to the beach, where my tween loved to run down on the beach around sunset. We rode bikes to the sanctuary at night for ice cream, rode to the pool and played some tennis at the tennis center. My children loved having their own rooms and bathrooms and we enjoyed drinking coffee on the screened in porch after a sunrise walk on the beach. Martha is very responsive, but the villa is part of the resort network, so you have a hotel phone in the villa should you need anything immediately. Thanks for a great stay, Martha.

Wonderful Vacation

We have stayed at Kiawah Island many times. It is one of our favorite vacation spots. This particular villa was great! It was located right on a lagoon so we had close up views of nature daily. Walk to the beach was easy and we biked to Night Heron park to enjoy the pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We ate on the screened in porch overlooking the lagoon. I would definitely stay here again!

Convenient Villa

The owner was very communicative and provided a packet of helpful tips on dining, chair and bike rentals, etc. It was nice having 3 bedrooms with their own full bathrooms. Check in was super easy. No need to drag a bunch of linens and paper goods, those are included. The screened in porch was really nice for eating and hanging out.

3 things I loved about this Villa: 1) location location location. Can’t beat it. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach, right next to the Sanctuary So many discounts -especially golf. Were able to do advanced tee times. Close to everything. 2) Exemplary communication with Martha. She was SO incredibly thorough. Sent us all the places to go- all the tips- she is an awesome host. Very prompt replies to inquiries. 3) We enjoyed sitting on the enclosed porch on the lagoon. It was such a show. Alligators, deers that come up to the porch, birds, turtles, fish - always something to view…super fun. We absolutely loved Kaiwah Island. People are friendly- and the setting is relaxing. Loved looking at the huge estates. Loved biking on the beach. Will definitely return.

Great location for the beach, easy walk. Short drive to each of the pools which were in excellent condition. Area of shops with market within a 5-10 minute drive. Go to La Tela for pizza, great suggestion from the owner. Played Pickleball several times at the tennis center. Very well kept and run. Would definitely return.

Awesome Vacation

Stayed here with my two adult sons and their families. Their children are 7 months, 3 years, and 7 years. The pools were great for the kids and the ocean was an easy walk down the boardwalk. The villa was perfect for our family. We will definitely stay here again!

Great property and owner

The unit is in a excellent location close to all things you want for a family. We rode bikes so just a few mins ride to beach, heron park, tennis court, golf. The owner’s membership in the rental program is a big benefit because it gives you access to the club amenities. Owner is very responsive and went the extra mile to coordinate our requested stay dates.

Great spot!

This is such a cute little villa near the tennis courts with everything you need! We were staying in Kiawah for a wedding at the River Course and this was the perfect location; close to the beach, close to the wedding, and a quick drive to fresh fields. Our toddler loved the screened in porch and watching the alligators go by. This was a great place for little kids and the night heron park/pool is always a hit.

Great Location & Lovely Views

Our stay at the Kiawah East Beach Tennis Villas exceeded our high expectations. The Villa is roomy and features a wonderful screened in porch with great views of the nearby lagoon. We enjoyed our daily sightings of a gorgeous anhinga and resident baby alligator. In addition, this Villa is adjacent to the bridge that leads to the beach, which is just a short walk away. The East Beach location is fantastic, as guests are a short bike or car ride away from Night Heron Park and the Vanderhorst Plantation. The lovely host was very responsive and provided great recommendations for food and excursions.

Fabulous stay!

This was a PERFECT vacation for my family of 5! Easy short (5 min) walk to the beach, close enough to pools to bike (10-15 min ride with 9 year old) and right on a lagoon. The kids loved seeing their “friend” the alligator at dusk every day in the lagoon. The owner is absolutely lovely and promptly answered any questions we had. Wonderful experience, rent it today if you can! We would love to rent it again next year.

Charming, lovely place for family trip

We had a wonderful time on our trip to Kiawah. Martha, the owner, was kind enough to let us know about recent changes at the resort due to Covid-19. Without this information, we would not have had bikes or chairs/umbrellas at the beach! It's a beautiful, 5 minute (walking at a 6 year old's pace) walk to the beach. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed (except for salt and pepper!) for cooking meals and cleaning up, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, etc. There were a few beach chairs available, as well, which came in handy on days the rentals were unavailable. We would definitely book this location again!

This villa was just prefect! Spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Everything you could possibly need (including boogie boards for the kids and beach chairs). Short walk to the beach. The owner was so lovely contacting me with plenty of information before our visit. Would definitely stay again!

The villa was in a great location and includes full Kiawah resort amenities with both pools and golf privileges. The walk or bike to the beach was a short distance and it was close to Night Heron Park and the Santuary Hotel as well. Lots going on for kids! Great location, access to resort amenities!

The owner was great. She communicated well, provided many tips for the island. It was our first visit to Kiawah, we did not understand the island dynamic prior to going. The owner did a great job answering questions. We had 6 adults on our visit, and still plenty of space. So nice that each room has its own bathroom. Very close to the beach and to the Sanctuary Hotel. Bike ride away, or a decent walk, from Night Heron. Easy access to the market and conference center. Condo had beach chairs and boogey boards, no beach towels. Kitchen well stocked. Access to the resort amenities (except anything at the Sanctuary).

Lovely condo, great island

Clean, well equipped condo. This was our first time visiting the island. There is a grocery store right as you enter the island. Renting this condo also allows you to use the swimming pools and rent bikes and kayaks at slightly reduced rates. We loved biking around the island and kayaking on the 'river'. It is about a 7 minute walk to the beach, but it is a lovely scenic walk. We found the drive to Charleston to be about 40 minutes. We would definitely return to this condo and Kiawah again!

Great Tennis Villa!

We had an excellent stay at this property. This quite villa overlooks the lagoon and is just a short walk to the beach. Our daughters loved watching all the wildlife especially the alligators! Great location on Kiawah with access to all the amenities and close to Charleston. We will definitely be returning!

The villa is nicely located on a quite lagoon with a nice screened in porch that overlooks the view. We had birds that perched on the banks of the lagoon each day and a family of osprey in a tree high above. We watched as it caught fish and flew its catch to its young in the nest. What a treat!! The unit villa was nice, clean and well equipped. The villa is nicely located within a short walk to the beach, small grocery store, restaurants and the park. We've stayed on the Kiawah Island beachfront twice before, but we found stayin on a quite, well forested lagoon to be very peacefull, especially on the days when it got quite windy. We had one day when it rained most of the day, yet we enjoyed the day by playing board games provided by the villa, visiting the nature center, and shopping at the market only a few minutes away. This is a nice, peaceful, and more affordable option for a stay at Kiawah Island. The owner was nice and helpful in planning our trip

Great Vacation

We have stayed multiple times at this beautiful and relaxing condo. This condominium is sunny and pleasant with great water views. On the screened porch you are surrounded by a tropical environment where you can see a great variety of birds and other woodland creatures. We saw a very young fawn and doe during our last stay. Spacious, comfortable and clean with plenty of room for the family. Short walk to the beach down a pleasant wooded trail and close to tennis, pools, and hotel. We look forward to returning.
