Mit 6 kompletten Schlafzimmern für max. 10 Personen, darunter auch kleine Kinder, 3 Badezimmer, ein gemütlicher Wohnbereich und ein geräumiges Esszimmer erwarten Sie die perfekte Umgebung für einen perfekten und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus selbst ist in zwei Etagen aufgeteilt. Auf der ersten Etage finden Sie drei Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer, und auf der zweiten Etage befindet sich die Master-Suite mit einem Badezimmer zusammen mit einem anderen Schlafzimmer und einem zusätzlichen Badezimmer.

Fantastic location

What a beautiful home and perfect location to walk to the beach! The neighborhood was quiet and private. Rooms were spacious, clean, and the home contained everything we needed. We spent much of our time on the porch, enjoying the view!

As beautiful as the pictures

This house was immaculate and has so much to offer. So much space for everyone, huge pool, and we loved the tennis court and basketball hoop too. Nice quiet location on sandy drive,just the kind of place we dream of.

My favorite place to stay

This was my second time booking this beautiful home! This house offers so many things to do! It is conveniently close to all the beaches and while spending time at the house we really enjoyed playing pickle ball on the court and basketball! We really enjoyed the pool this visit as the ocean was a bit rough due to the tropical storm that came through. The best part of our trip was finding all the shark teeth at Manasota beach which is just down the road from the house. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home it was a week of family time and memories I will always be grateful for. I will definitely be booking a third visit!

Perfect House and Location

We had a group of 10 stay here and it was so nice for everyone to have their own space. We never felt on top of each other. The house had everything we needed plus! I was thrilled to even find the house had a pool safety fence to give us peace of mind with the kids and the pool. We definitely overpacked considering the house had so many extras, ie beach towels, pool floats, beach carts, sifters for shark teeth, hair dryer, the list goes on. The pool was so refreshing and it was so nice to have an option to skip the beach and relax at the house. We also really enjoyed the basketball court/tennis courts. The house was a very quick drive to the beach and a boat ramp. The owner was very accommodating and was quick to answers any questions that I had. Our stay was 100/10. Highly recommend this perfect house for your getaway.

Perfect place for our family vacation

This place was very nice! We loved the big rooms, nice pool, fun tennis court/basketball hoop. The walk to the beach was just right. It had pretty much everything we needed and both the host, Katrin and the property managers were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this place to others!!

Nice house - beautiful setting

We really enjoyed the house and the amenities and closeness to the beach. We had some trouble initially getting the xfinity cable to work, but the host was quick to respond to my inquiry. Overall, we would stay here again.

Family celebration

It’s a lovely home. My family was there to celebrate my mother, who lives in South Venice, 100th birthday. It worked well for our family but know that stairs must be used to get to the living areas if that would be an issue. Close to the beach in a quiet area. The kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay there again.

Great house, but some minor issues

Overall, we found the house and our weeklong stay to be quite pleasant. We loved the location and the different amenities, but we did experience a few minor issues: - The house wasn’t as clean as we had expected - The AC did a poor job at cooling the bedrooms, which made the nights rather warm - We encountered a snake within the pool area while we were sunbathing, which seemed to have entered through a gap beneath one of the doors - The bed in the master bedroom was unstable due to several broken bed legs - Several of the other beds were also visibly worn down and somewhat rickety Other than the issues mentioned above, we had a very nice stay in a spacious and beautiful house.

Bash at the Beach 2023

Just what we needed for 8 adults and a teen to enjoy a week at the beach. Pool was perfect, and the basketball hoop and tennis court was an added bonus. While we did drive mostly, the beach was definitly just a short walk away...way too hot for that. We had a wonderful week.

Great location and property.

The house was as advertised, once we learned where everything was we settled in for a nice relaxing week. Great views in the evening from the balcony and the pool was a big hit. Short walk to the beach every day as well. A lot of stairs, but that was expected. A great place to stay if you are looking.

Better in person than online

The house looks even nicer in person than it did online. It's very helpful to read the info binder when you first arrive. Enjoyed having breakfasts on the screened in porch. Loved that they have everything you need in the kitchen. Very close to the beach which also has restrooms. We explored other beaches and downtown Venice. Had a wonderful time!

This house was perfect for families! Renter beware - there are a lot of stairs! The kids and adults both had an amazing time. This is close to the beach and shockingly minimal traffic. Great location!

Wonderful house in an awesome location!!!

This house was wonderful! Such a very short drive to Manasota beach, which was our favorite beach of the several we visited. The pool area is wonderful and was used a ton by our group. Beds were comfortable. There are a lot of steps so be prepared for that if there is anyone in your group that may struggle with that. The house is amazingly stocked and had so many extras left by previous guests as well for the beach and pool. We had ages ranging from 7-69 and there was fun to be had by all! We would definitely return!

AMAZING HOUSE

The house is fantastic! Super clean! We loved it! The pool & tennis/BB court were a lot of fun! Lots of pool/beach toys, chairs. Walking distance to the beach. Everything in the house is very organized—plenty of bathroom towels, kitchen stuff, games, blankets. Internet service was great! Quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Size for Multi-Family Trip

This house was perfect for our three families. Plenty of space and each family had their own bathroom. The backyard was so much fun for swimming, basketball, and tennis. It is just a short drive to the beach. We loved that their were 2 refrigerators.

This property is unique. Build on three floors, you have a wonderful view over the inter coastal waterway leading to the beaches. You can enjoy wonderful sunsets either by sitting on the porch enjoying a glass of chardonnay or while having a nice dinner.
We spent more than ten years of our holidays in this area before our local agent offered us this wonderful villa. We come back whenever it's possible but we like to share it with people who want to spend a beautiful and unforgattable vacation.
