Kommen Sie auf dieser ruhigen Gemeinde mit Aufzug. Diese Unterkunft befindet sich auf der Strandseite des Gulf Blvd. Genießen Sie eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf den Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus oder nehmen Sie ein paar Schritte, um den Sand und Wasser und den Strand genießen. Wonderful Stay!!

This is one of our favorite places we've stayed! Right on the beach with the most beautiful view. The beach was gorgeous and never crowded, even right in the middle of July. We were close enough to walk to several restaurants, a beach store, or CVS if we had wanted to. The unit was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay here next time we travel back to Florida!

Great place to stay.

Absolutely a great condo to stay at. Alex the owner always responds quickly. Have never stayed anywhere that was so stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your vacation, from beach chairs to sunscreen and much more. We will definitely stay here again.

Great vacation

The property was awesome. The view even better . I would recommend this condo it offered everything you could want for staying in, or going to the beach with the umbrellas and chairs to the table and sofa on the balcony. Also walking distance to restaurants.

Beautiful place!

Very nice condo with an amazing view! Conveniently located to many great restaurants and just steps to the beautiful beach! Alex was readily available to answer questions and made some great shopping/dining recommendations. We hated to see our relaxing week come to an end.

Love Love Love this Place

We loved this Condo. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We could stay on the beach right up until the rain came in and then go in and sit on the wonderful porch to watch the rain and the ocean. The condo was well stocked, nicely furnished, ad great for families. We will be back next year for sure.

Very nice place to stay with awesome views

We really enjoyed our stay! Watched the sunset from the balcony every night. The place was equipped with everything you need. The only thing is the pool is really small but that doesn't take away from how great this place was. The beds were also very comfortable which is a really big plus for me, every time I vacation my back is usually in pain but I was pain free this vacation. You are only steps away from the beach and there's also restaurants and shops near by.

Great family vacation.

We had a great time. It was clean, well stocked, spacious, and had a great view of the gulf. Alex was awesome to deal with. The best owner we have dealt with yet. He was always quick to respond, and very accommodating. He even put a list of restaurants for us to try together. It was a great family vacation.

Very Comfortable

My husband and our 23 year old son stayed here from January 18th until January 27, 2015. The condo was clean and comfortable. Beach access very convenient and sunset/ocean views were beautiful. Loved the location and parking was perfect. Best part was that the owner, Alex, was prompt, professional, and pleasant to communicate with. Definitely would rent again and recommend that you do the same!

Fabulous Beach Rental

The rental is very clean and super comfortable with a great beach view. The kitchen is super well stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking and eating in. Great balcony and furniture to sit and drink your morning coffee and watch the action along the beach or relax with a great book while listening to the waves. Alex is very prompt with replies. We would definitely recommend this rental and would stay again if ever in the area.

Paradise!

This condo is located perfect between the ocean and intercostal. Supplied with everything you need, except food! But, do a walk through before grocery shopping as there are many items available. Great supply of beach towels. Alex was very responsive prior to and during our stay when we had questions. We had a great week!

Great condo, great beach

We had a great time here! We had some issues with the Red Tide and had to do a lot of traveling to enjoy the beach. We went to Fred Howard Park which was a very nice beach, went did end up going across the state to Cocoa Beach one day, another day went to Rainbow Springs and went tubing on a beautiful river, one day went to the Kennedy Space Center. Saw new things we would have never seen if the Red Tide hadn’t been present so all in all we enjoyed our time. The condo is great and easy access to the beach and has everything you need to enjoy the beach. Alex was awesome! He called to check on us upon finding out about the Red Tide and offered us a refund (which we declined) and also gave us tips on things to do. Thank you Alex for the great service!

Wonderful stay all around!

You will love this place if you stay here! It’s a beautiful setting and only steps away to the beach, the pool or watching the sunset on the deck! Beautiful view from the deck, living room and master. Very quiet place. Beds are super comfy, pool is very clean as well as the condo and grounds. Plenty of towels, blankets, and supplies. The master is very spacious with an oversized bathroom and closet area. The new kitchen is beautiful and we loved cooking there. Plenty of place settings. Spacious table to sit at and enjoy a meal in. There is also so many great restaurants within walking distance. We had a car but you really don’t need one unless you want to venture out The Trolley runs to Clearwater Beach and more. Can’t say enough good about Alex! He is so nice and available when we had a small problem leaving our keys behind. This is our favorite place so far in n the area! We’ll definitely return for another stay!

Nice, cozy, and friendly

The properly grounds are not too big, 11 units in total. Getting in and out of the parking are a little tight but was still big enough for a minivan. The view was great from our balcony. The pool was just the right size for the property. The beach is private and not crowded with the closest public access about 2-3 blocks away. All of the people we met were friendly. You have a short walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bakery, and ice cream. Sightseeing of nature, boats, mansions in just a short drive around town. Clearwater is just about a 20min drive (just plan to spend a while there as parking is about $20 whether you're there an hour or a whole day.) The unit we stayed in was plenty big enough for us (my wife and I, 7 and 12 yr old boys, and my mom.) We brought toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry stuff, but the unit was already stocked. We just left what we brought. The view from the balcony was great as the sunset was directly in front of us. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay on the gulf side of Florida. This was our first time as we normally stay on the Atlantic side, but we plan on coming back sometime in the future.

Great retreat!

When we arrived at the condo, access to the condo was just as explained by Alex. We had a minor plumbing issue that Alex resolved in a timely manor and it did not impact our stay in any negative way. As with all rental units, I find that the cleaning is very minimal. I never mentioned anything to Alex as it was still a very enjoyable time. When I went to throw our laundry I’m the dryer, about 6-8 bath towels and several beach towels had been left in there. Not sure the rug in the living room had been swept and the couch, which is leather appeared to have dog hair on it along with the rug. There is a vacuum in the condo so not a big deal to run it quickly and fold the laundry. All being said I would still stay here again! The views are amazing and it is very nice to be ocean front and able to go to the condo for a break from the sun. The chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were nice to have available. Having a setup of bathroom essentials and kitchen essentials was very nice as well. Very quiet area, walkable to many things.

This place feels like vacation, but has all the amenities of home. Since it is a small complex, it is a quiet retreat to come and relax. The condo provides a full kitchen and washer/dryer inside the unit. Enjoy our gorgeous new pool or take a swim in one of Florida's most popular beaches. You can walk for miles of uninterrupted beach. Several restaurants are within walking distance along with a CVS drug store and ice cream shops, making it a very convenient location.

St Pete/Clearwater Airport is 25 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is 40 minutes. Some of the most popular spots to visit are Clearwater Beach, John's Pass that are also available by trolley.
