Die Doppelgarage führt zu einer großen, voll ausgestatteten Küche, Corrian Theken, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Glasplatte, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Geschirrspüler. Auch Waschmaschine / Trockner ordentlich in die Ecke der hohen Küchenschränke gesetzt. Die Küche führt in einen offenen Esszimmer (Platz 8 mit Tischverlängerung), Zugang zum Screened Porch Florida Room durch französische Türen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Couch, 48-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, kostenlosen Netflix-Filmen, DVD-Player, Kabel und WLAN. Halten Sie Ausschau nach unserem heimischen Wildkaninchen "Roland", er kommt meist frühmorgens und nach 17 Uhr abends !! Er mag eine Karotte oder 2, also haben Sie keine Angst, ihm einen kleinen Snack zu geben ... solange es Gemüse ist !! Wenn Sie in der Nachbarschaft spazieren gehen, halten Sie Ausschau nach Pfauen, von denen einige wild in der Umgebung leben.
Das Haus hat volle zentrale Klimaanlage, doppelt verglaste Fenster, um es im Sommer kühl und warm im Winter zu halten? !! Ein sehr komfortables Haus mit Fliesenböden im gesamten, macht es leicht sauber zu halten und minimale Wartung. Wir genießen es, dort zu bleiben, hoffe, du tust es auch.

Loved Green Gables

From the moment we walked into this property we knew we were going to have a great month. The property was clean and the hosts left little treats when we arrived, which was so appreciated. We loved the backyard in the morning for coffee and listening to the birds and rooster, and found the peacocks. Highly recommend this property for families! Close to shopping and about 30min to beach.

Very clean and comfortable

Green Gables was very clean and comfortable for our one month stay in Florida. The purpose of our visit was to escape the northern winter and to work remotely. Green Gables fit the bill for this. We especially enjoyed the sunporch and backyard. The house was clean and comfortable, and was exactly as advertised. We were able to take day trips and explore the area. I would recommend this property to others.

Nice Clean Property

We enjoyed our time in the home. The owners were great to work with. The home not only smelled clean it was clean and I really appreciated that. Decorated nicely for Christmas. We enjoyed cooking, grilling and hanging out in the screened porch and backyard. Being able to use the garage was a bonus. Thanks for having us.

Graduation Getaway

Myself and my kids were in town for a high school graduation. When we arrived the house was exactly what was pictured, upon entry into the house it was everything that was pictured. This house exceeded my expectations as we literally did not need to go shopping only for groceries for the kids. The arrival treats were great! The rooms were immaculate, there were supplies for the beach that my very adventurous 6yr old daughter found in a closet that I wouldn’t have even looked in that I actually had ordered via Walmart to be picked up later that day and I was able to cancel the whole order. Lorenz was very attentive to our needs, communication was great. All around great property. Definitely would recommend and would stay again.

Comfortable and well stocked

Perfect rental for my family (2 kids, ages 4 and 8). It felt more like staying with family and not a bare-bones rental like some others we’ve stayed in. Having muffins, fresh fruit, milk and English muffins saved us a trip to the store after our cross-country journey. We loved the quiet ceiling fans in each bedroom, the ample table seating options (indoor or outdoor), the toiletries, nightlights, etc. Would absolutely stay again!

Thank you for your use of your house. Really liked the first day in supplies. Did not have to worry about getting to store right away. House was clean and plenty of supplies to start out with. Area was nice and quiet and located near any type of store you may want. Only complaint that I would have staying for 3 months the beds were not that comfortable.

Fantastic home!

Ginny and Lorenz are wonderful! Their communication from start to finish was very helpful! They are excellent hosts who have thought of every little detail that would make your stay comfortable including leaving breakfast food items for us when they knew we would be arriving late on the first day. The house is beautiful, spacious and very very clean. We were so happy with the entire experience! Would definitely recommend this home and we will definitely be back! Thanks again!!

Very easy checkin. The owners left us a few items to start off with like milk, pastries, and some snacks. They were very willing to help in anyway they could. House was very well stocked with things needed in kitchen, bathrooms etc. we would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay in this beautiful home. Nice property

The house was very clean and roomy. The host provided some fruit and muffins, also milk and eggs. The fact that they allow pets is what sold me as that is not very common. There is a peacock across the street that we saw on the roof! Definitely recommend this property.

O my gosh y'all!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Close to our son, close to shopping (if you want/need to). That back porch! I never wanted to leave it. We were there during Christmas, we walked into a Christmas tree, little goodies, ...it was like walking into your own home. We will definitely try to book there again!!

I originally grew up in Ohio, but slowly moved South with family until we found Florida..and stayed!! My husband is from the UK, we settled in Palm Bay after he retired from the Royal Navy as a Warrant Officer in the Submarine Service some 11 years ago. We love it here, we enjoy trips to the beach, early morning walks there are wonderful. We live only a short distance from the vacation home, our policy is to meet guests on arrival, introduce ourselves and give you a tour of the property and relevant information about your stay. We will also meet you when you leave to collect keys etc. We do all the maintenance and cleaning ourselves and take pride in providing excellent service.

We purchased this property with the intention of setting it up as a Holiday -Vacation Home. We took our time to find the right property at the right location and we believe we found it! With my husbands UK background we hope to get guests from Europe, but also from USA and Canada. For the winter months we would like to see 'Snowbirds' coming down to visit. Florida really has the best weather during the winter months...we hear of snow storms, people getting stuck in icey/wet conditions..just putting up with long cold winters...makes us appreciate living in Florida. So come on down ...see what we have to offer!!
