This 4,000-square-foot, custom-built premier home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with two dishwashers and microwaves, as well as a refrigerator, washer, dryer, three central heat and air conditioning units, and 10-foot ceilings fitted with ceiling fans. Nine TVs (cable, HDTV in master and living room), broadband Internet access and Wi-Fi are also provided. Other features include an elevator (ground to first floor), a large dining table, game room with Foosball table, gas fireplace, and whirlpool tub in master bath. Sleeping accommodations include four king, four queen, and a double-sized bed, as well as one twin-over-twin bunk bed set. Outdoor amenities include two covered oceanfront decks furnished with rocking chairs, covered front porch with marsh views, private 40-by-30-by-10-foot L-shaped swimming pool with furnished poolside patio and hot tub, outdoor bar, outdoor shower, private walkway to beach, and ample parking (some covered). Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
