Great location in quiet neighborhood

Nice, safe neighborhood. Studio had everything we needed… comfy king bed, kitchen, large open floor plan. Owner great with communication. Bummed they are selling location.

Perfect weekend getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It reminds me of a studio apartment, but very spacious. It was very clean as well. We had an issue with the TV connecting to the internet, but the owner was easy to get ahold of and responding quickly to get the problem resolved (TV just needed to be rebooted and we had no other issues with it). The parking situation is great! Plenty of room to park. I highly recommend staying here if you are going to the College Station area! We will definitely consider it again when we go back!

3-month temporary housing while building new home

It had all we needed. Cozy, efficient, clean. Although the carpet and bedding were dated, they were clean and adequate. It became home very quickly. Hosts were friendly. Parking was great. Location was excellent - quiet, country, but 5 minutes from major grocery store and convenience store.

A pleasant retreat!

Property was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. It’s a great place to stay for a visit to College Station area. Host was great.

Great property and perfect location!

Everything about the property was wonderful! My husband and I were in town for a football game and the space was perfect for just for the two of us. It put us literally minutes from everywhere we wanted to go for groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Best of all, it is just minutes from campus. Thank you so much for sharing your home and we will definitely be back!

Short weekend getaway

Came to a concert in college station and this studio apartment was just what we needed for the weekend. Was clean, cute, and close to town. Plus my best friend couldn’t stop raving about how comfortable the bed was.

Game weekend getaway

We were in College Station for a football Game. This location was great. They block and direct traffic out of Kyle Filed but we were able to go straight to the VRBO! We were home in minutes with traffic! Great location!

Wonderful month stay!

My partner and I needed a place to stay for a month as we transitioned to living in the area. This property was perfect and the owners were amazing! The studio apartment had everything we needed in a home and it was very comfortable and clean. It was a peaceful stay in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were extremely prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had. They were welcoming and also respected our privacy during the stay. The location had quick access to the university, groceries, and more, and the property had amenities that made our month-long stay easy (full kitchen, washer and dryer, etc.) It is perfect for a short weekend trip or a longer stay like ours. Can't recommend this apartment and property owners enough!

Absolutely loved this property!

This was a great place for our family (including a small toddler) to stay at. We loved the quiet, rural neighborhood. My toddler loved being able to run around the living room and I appreciated how few things were at his height. We can't wait to come back.

Great location in Aggieland

Rented this for my daughters graduation for my in-laws. Everything was great! Due to a large storm passing through, they lost power in the morning, some nightlights would be helpful. Otherwise, property is clean and very accessible.

Wonderful Host, Great Property

The property was clean, the garage below the guest space is not used on a regular basis, so there is plenty of privacy. Refreshments were provided as a courtesy. The host was incredibly responsive to us, and very friendly and professional in communications. Would definitely recommend this property!

Great spot

Far enough from campus to avoid noise and crowds, close enough to get to when you’re ready. Very comfortable bed and they had AC and fans going before I got there.
