Diese 1-Schlafzimmer-Villa mit einer Fläche von ca. 900 m² (ohne Lanai) befindet sich im Gebäude 24 im obersten Stockwerk mit einem weitläufigen Wohnraum mit Fenstern und Schiebetüren, die alle nach Westen in Richtung des herrlichen Pazifischen Ozeans und der unglaublichen Sonnenuntergänge von Hawaii liegen. Dies ist eine Endeinheit, so dass sich niemand über oder neben einem Ende aufhält und ein weitreichenderes Panorama bietet. Diese Villa wurde sowohl an der Außenseite des Gebäudes als auch im Inneren dieser speziellen Villa umfassend renoviert. Gerade fertiggestellt im Juli 2014 und gerne in unsere exklusive Ohana Immobilien aufgenommen.

Alle Eigenschaften, die wir auf den Markt haben, um einem Standard über viele behaupten, eine "Gold" Standard aktualisiert. Dieser Standard ist für einige in Ordnung, aber unsere Besitzer entschieden, dass sie etwas anderes wollten, mit benutzerdefinierten Funktionen, die eher ihrem eigenen Geschmack als den Modellen der Ausstechform entsprechen.

Vieles, was macht unsere Gäste erleben besonders ist, die Vor-Ort-Dienstleistungen, die wir sind zu einem wettbewerbsfähigen Preis. Unser Concierge-Service beinhaltet:

The romantic view is unbeatable!! My boyfriend and I watched the sunset from the balcony every night. It’s walking distance to the beaches. The condo is clean and well stocked with necessities. There’s washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Condo is as described.

The condo is as described in the listing. The view is fantastic. Sunsets were spectacular. The property is well maintained. All of the appliances I used (washer/dryer/dishwasher/fridge/blender/toaster/microwave) worked. The kitchen was well equipped. My only quibble was communication with the property manager. I had to reach out twice to get parking details, grocery information and checkin instructions. Given that it was right before Christmas, however, I was willing to cut them some slack. I would suggest, also, that the management company invest in keypad locks. The keys provided were clearly many generations removed from the original and were difficult to use. Also, it is possible to lock oneself out if you accidentally locked the doorknob.

Amazing View

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is clean, quiet, and beautiful. The lanai was furnished with a new sofa and chairs and was a comfy place to enjoy our coffee or cocktails and of course the view. The air con was perfect and kept us perfectly cool in the heat of September. It was so convenient to walk over to the local restaurants (excellent Italian food!) or use the free shuttle to get to the beach. Thanks for a great experience!

Wonderful stay once again

After staying in this lovely place a few years ago with my husband I just had to come back. Unfortunately he passed away last year from cancer but it was a lovely place to come and spend so quite time. Hiking and running in the hills was our thing so it was good to be able to do again.Enjoying this beautiful place,sunrise and sunsets, (I even saw my first moon bow) was just perfect for me! Dave takes good care of everything and all went seamlessly until I got to the airport and found I left me phone back at the property. Dave was a huge help and took care of everything for me and mailed it back to me!!!Cant say enough about this property and Dave!!! Highly recommend.

Beautifully remodeled condo

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in our Kapalua golf villa. The area was very quiet, the views of the Pacific, Molokai and Lanai superb. The pools were very clean, warm, and had Weber gas grills there for your use. The condo’s kitchen had everything you could possibly need with nice dishes and plenty of mugs and wine glasses. It even had a coffee grinder, so when you make your stop at Costco, pick up your coffee in bean form! The king bed was very comfortable and had very nice quality linens. The beautifully remodeled bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Loved the rainfall shower head. There was ample hot water. The only suggestion I would make is that it is approaching time to replace the recliner chairs in the LR, which are rather worn and balky. Nice new comfy sofa! Nice quality deck set for dinner and sunset viewing. Nice new full size stackable washer and drier in the half bath. This place is a gem!

Felt like home!

Just back home from a relaxing stay in a spacious, clean and convenient condo in the Golf Villas of Kapalua. In addition to the tasteful decor and magnificent ocean view, the well appointed kitchen made enjoying breakfasts and lunches and even a few dinners in our condo very possible. Although there is an “on call” shuttle that serves the Kapalua Resort we could easily walk to Kapalua Bay beach for excellent snorkeling and relaxing beach time. Dave, our attentive property manager was friendly and readily available though had no real issues with the condo that required his attention. Would definitely try to book this unit again.

This unit has a fantastic location and has been masterfully appointed with beautiful color schemes. The appearance of the granite counter tops and backsplash are a real work of art! We enjoyed the view and the serenity of the location.

Wonderful place!

The property lived up to our high expectations. It was very nicely appointed, clean, and very comfortable for our 10 day stay. Great mattresses for good sleeping after active days. The grill areas and pools augmented the time we spend on the beach and local golf courses. Great view of the Pacific from the lanai, and we appreciated the extra touches (soft beach towels, solid cookware, upgraded bedding). Worth additional trips!

Exceeded Our Expectations 10+

The website photos are very accurate, but this unit is even better in person! Spectacular panoramic views - ideal location - can walk to beach/snorkeling, golf, dining and shopping. Open floor plan with wall to wall windows/views. Premium Interior finishes, attractive and super comfortable furnishings throughout! Comfy bed and huge shower. Great Kitchen - new appliances and fully stocked with housewares and blender. This condo is super CLEAN, smells fresh and has all new furnishings and finishes. Every detail is thoughtfully done; even the artwork is superb! Dave stocked the condo full of items you might need on your vacation stay. Amenities are all there for your use - washer & dryer and Dave even thought of the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers for a day at the beach. Dave provided great customer service, he's easy going, very responsive and made our trip a breeze from check in to check out. Enjoyed the huge variety of casual and fine dining (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and how convenient and close the grocery stores are. Made it easy to eat healthy and have favorite staples on hand. Loved dining at our private balcony table. VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS. Kapalua Beach (easy to walk to from the condo or drive to) was the best for snorkeling (easy access, gentle water) saw TONS of variety - fish, sea turtles and magnificent coral. A MUST if you like water. We look forward to a return trip to this beautiful condo. It was the perfect spot for us and fit our needs to a T! AWESOME We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful view, location and condo

We so enjoyed our recent stay at this condo! The view is amazing, and the condo well decorated and appointed. Dave is so nice, and will have the condo ready with what ever you want, and help with anything that you want to do. The bed in the condo is very comfortable, which can not be said for most rental condos, and the kitchen is well appointed. We enjoyed all of the close by restaurants instead of cooking, but picking up fresh fruit for breakfast, was easy, and the kitchen has everything you need. We enjoyed not having to pack so much with the nice washer and dryer to use. Be sure to go to Merman's restaurant down the hill for the sunset view, dinner or their wonderful brunch on Sunday's! We really enjoyed our stay and will book again soon! Dave was available if we had any questions or issues, and was very helpful. Book this condo without any worry or care that you will enjoy it! I say this with confidence after going to Maui for over 40 years! Best stay ever!

Incredible Month

We stayed in this incredible golf villa for the month July. This villa is as described with every item being top quality. The bed is so comfortable I am looking at purchasing one for my home. Dave does a super job making sure everything is perfect for your stay. We are returning next year for July 2017. Kapalua is a wonderful place to vacation from the beaches to swimming to golf. You will enjoy!!!!

Exceptional Unit and Location

A lot of properties available on VRBO don't always live up to their portrayal as created by the owner/property manager. However, this villa is an exception. It is every bit as nice as described and then some. Fantastic views, top of the line furnishings, and a great location. To top it off, Dave Hailey goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort and make sure your needs are fulfilled while staying in this beautiful unit. It is within walking distance of several nearby restaurants and walking trails. I have found the place I will be staying on my many future returns to Maui and to the Kapalua area.

Beautiful condo with a view

We were so pleased with our unit in the Kapalua Golf Villas. The unit was exactly as promised, very clean, well provisioned, with a beautiful view from the lanai. Dave was great to deal with, even meeting us upon arrival to walk us through and having our requested cold drinks waiting for us! You should definitely check out the nearby beaches, restaurants, and Kapalua Ziplines (what a blast!). Will definitely return.
