Beide Suiten sind mit Kingsize-Betten eingerichtet. Es gibt auch ein 3. Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und einem 4. Schlafzimmer mit einem Futon und Schreibtisch für die Büroarbeit. Das Haus verfügt auch über einen offenen Konzepten Küche und ein Esszimmer. Schönes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Es hat auch ein Deck aus dem Wohnzimmer

Great house for families

We had a wonderful stay at the ABC cottage. We stayed with my 3 children and parents and there was a bed for everyone. Two master bedrooms with comfortable beds and large bathrooms was ideal. Fenced in yard for our dog (extra small dogs could possibly squeeze under front fence). Large stocked kitchen and everything was clean and ready to go for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Family Getaway

I booked this house to have early Thanksgiving Dinner with my sisters family since we won't be together for the Holiday. IT was a nice area with a covered deck and hot tub. It was nice to have a warm dry location to hang out since it was rainy in early November. There was quite a little storm/wind two of the nights. The hot tub was decent, but leaves from the trees around the house kept blowing in to the hot tub. The propane fire pit is nice to sit at on a cold morning or night. We were able to cook all of our thanksgiving foods with what was in the kitchen (other than two items we added to the assortment). My only complaint would be that there is only enough seats for 6 at the dinner table and only enough living room seats for 7. We made it work. The location was perfect.

Great property and location

This is a big comfortable house with a large fenced in yard for your fur friend. Just a couple blocks off the end of the prom, in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. It checked all the boxes for us and the two master suites are a real bonus when traveling with an extended family group. Lisa and the property management company were super responsive to some maintenance issues and save the day when we accidentally locked ourselves out. All around great experience.

Great for a group

Two masters and comfortable 3rd and 4th bedrooms made this ideal for our family get together. The house was clean and convenient to downtown and the beach. The only constructive criticism I can offer is that we found the propane fire pit had an empty fuel tank when we went out for a fire. It should not be the guests responsibility to take a 20lb tank to a dealer and fill it using their own money, only to use once or twice and leave the rest behind. By the time we went out it was too late to fill it anyway. Also please ask that towels be left in the washing machine instead of the drier so guests don’t have to wait until the end of their wash cycle before they can depart. Those are the reasons I took off one star, everything else was great

Great for a group

Two masters and a comfortable 3rd made this ideal for our family. House was nice and clean. The only issues I have are that if you advertise a propane fire pit, you should not make the guest (who’s paying $640 a night) unhook the 20 lb propane tank, drive to someone who sells propane, fill and reattach the tank, all at his own expense, and then have to leave most of the leftover propane for future guests. They also direct us on leaving, to wash the towels and leave them in the dryer, but since the showers were taken and dishes were washed as our last steps, we had to delay our departure by about a half hour waiting for the washing machine to finish. Also, the entryway bedroom could also use some dressers and the stove seemed to run cool. The master on the east end only locks from the outside

Great rental

This is our 3rd time renting this property. Each time it gets better. We love this house with the 2 master suites. Lots of room and stocked well. The back deck with the propane fire pit is our favorite feature. Lots of marshmallows roasted! Will be back again next year!

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful stay, the property Management was very communicative and gracious. The property has great amenities and is very clean and well stocked. We had five adults, two kids and a dog and everyone had their own space, it was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Coastal jewel

We had to find a new house to rent after the one we had reserved for almost a year was canceled due to septic issues. We found this house and it was absolutely perfect! Honestly it was a blessing in disguise. The layout was perfect for our group and the family space was open for chatting and games. The rooms were all very comfortable and we all enjoyed the large kitchen! I had talked to Kim prior to our check in and she was so amazing and kind. She was quick to respond to my questions and I really enjoyed our banter back and forth. She seemed like a really cool person! Thank you Kim for all your help with the reservation and making this trip a real success!!

Spacious House

We had a great stay at this house - it is laid out well. We had 3 couples, and each had their own area of the house. Our two sons were with us, and their room was near ours so we could share the shower and bathroom with them. The other two couples each had their own shower and toilet. At the end of the day, the hot tub was very nice. Overall a wonderful house. About a 15 minute walk to the Seaside Aquarium, and 20 to the Promenade.

Family Beach Vacation

This was our second stay at the ABC cottage. The house is clean and in a great location. The kitchen is fully stocked and very organized. Our only complaint is with the propane tanks. On both stays, one tank has been empty. It would be great if an extra tank could be available at the home and if it weren’t the responsibility of the guests to refill the tanks. Other than that, we love this home!
