Unser Haus liegt eingebettet auf 2. 6 Hektar im Herzen der Berkshires! Innerhalb von 2 Meilen nach Tanglewood & Kripalu, während nur wenige Minuten von vielen lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt! Kürzlich aktualisierte Badezimmer, neue Möbel und Innen- / Außenfarbe. Schlaf 7 bequem.

Das Erdgeschoss umfasst eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Vollbad, ein Schlafzimmer (King) und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer (Twin) / Büro.

Die obere Ebene umfasst das Hauptschlafzimmer (Queen), ein weiteres Schlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten) und ein Vollbad.

Der Keller hat ein tolles Erholungsgebiet und in dem sich die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden.

Es gibt eine riesige Terrasse, die die Länge des Hauses mit Gartenmöbeln und einem Grill für Ihr Vergnügen überspannt.

Die Gäste können das gesamte Haus und die mit dem Apartmentmieter geteilte Garage nutzen.

In der Garage befindet sich eine Wohnung im Obergeschoss, in der unser Langzeitmieter wohnt. Es gibt separate Eingänge, um die Privatsphäre für beide Parteien zu gewährleisten.

Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Seife, Shampoo und zusätzliche Pflegeprodukte stehen in den Bädern zur Verfügung. Highspeed- / WLAN-Internetzugang, Kabel-TV und alle Nebenkosten sind inbegriffen.

A great property

Jeff is great at communicating. We didn't have any problems at all while we stayed here. Awesome location, close to everywhere we needed. Quiet, cute house. Will definitely stay again!

Comfortable House in West Stockbridge

The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. It was well stocked with needed supplies. Nice deck with a bbq grill. Great location very close to Tanglewood, Lenox snd Stockbridge. We all enjoyed our stay there.

Great location, very comfortable

This property has a great location and lives up to the pics and description in its listing. The only surprise for us was that the entrance you can drive to is around the back of the house, and 1 level below the main floor where you enter the house. So you have to climb about 10 steps to get from the driveway up to the entrance door. I'd advise anyone who has difficulty with stairs to check with the owner for more info. He's super responsive and helpful.

Best Vrbo near Tanglewood

This Stockbridge Cape is very comfortable and the layout is perfect. It is near everything: Tanglewood, sightseeing excursions, hiking trails, restaurants, and good groceries. Jeff, the owner, is very quick to answer any questions. Our week in the house was great and we will plan to stay here again in the future.

Absolutely loved this home. Perfect location- close to Kripalu, hiking, fishing, and town. Everything we needed to enjoy our time in the vacation was provided. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries. We plan to come back.

Great location, lovely house

The Stockbridge Cape is in a great location , has lovely views and has basically everything you need for a relaxing stay. We went to a performance by the Berkshire Opera company and visited some of the “Gilded Age” summer cottages that the super rich built in the early 1900’s (the Mount, Edith Wharton’s home, Ventfort Hall, built by JP Morgan’s sister). The Clark museum is in Williamstown- a bit of a drive but well worth it and that property has great hiking trails. Of course, the Norman Rockwell museum is right nearby as is Tanglewood. We food shopped at Guido’s (the one in Pittsfield is closer) and what a joy for us city people to grill a fresh piece of fish on the deck! One caveat is that entry and exit requires walking a set of stairs off the deck, but that didn’t bother us, just thought I would mention. Jeff, the host was friendly and responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

Cozy and Comfortable

We had a great stay. It started with the owner who is super responsive, easy to deal with and helpful. The house itself is cozy and comfortable. Appreciated all the basics supplies (extra sheets towels, laundry detergent, oils, spices, napkins paper towels) in the house and how centrally located the house is (10-15 mins from Lenox, Great Barrington and Lee). My only complaints (and this is me being picky) is that the room with twin beds (kids room) had sheer curtains, so it was hard for them to sleep in and there weren't a ton of serving dishes and bowls in the kitchen, BUT I would certainly recommend this house to anyone!

Stockbridge cottage

A very pleasant updated, clean house in a great location for tanglewood, Jacob's pillow, walks etc. in the Sturbridge area. Plenty of miscellaneous supplies included as well as linens and towels. Well stocked kitchen also. Recommended for sure.

Great stay in Stockbridge

It was a wonderful week in Stockbridge staying at Jeff's spot on Interlaken Rd. What a great location relative to Stockbridge, Lenox, and easy driving distance to Williamstown, Mt Greylock, and Great Barrington. Kripalu is a super easy 3 minute drive up 183. Jeff was a fabulous host with excellent communication throughout the whole process.

Our stay was great. Took in the sites of the area, restaurant (excellent), Norman Rockwell Museum great, weather was good except for one rainy day, went to movies. Love the fall folliage until rain came but we made it. We were 6 seniors so steps were a little bit of a problem but the exercise was good. Would recommend. Thank you Jeff and Chrissy.

Beautiful Berkshires Get-a-way!

My sisters and I enjoyed spending time together at the Stockbridge Cape and found the house and location perfect for the 4 of us. Communication with the property owner was wonderful. They generously offered a more flexible check in and check out time and even offered to mail a few items back to me that I left behind. We spent a glorious day at Kripalu and loved exploring the villages of Lenox and Stockbridge. The Norman Rockwell museum and eating at Once Upon anTable in Stockbridge were also wonderful. A great little house in a great spot- we hope to make it an annual sister’s event!

Convenient!!

Property is perfectly located for Tanglewood, Shakespeare, strolling about Lenox & Stockbridge, et all. Clean as can be, and twin beds in two rooms work well for independent guests.

December in the Stockbridge Cape

This is such a lovely home and the owners are so accommodating. I received feedback to all of my emails promptly and they took action with every one of my requests. They provide all linens (sheets/blankets/comforters, towels for bath and kitchen), as well as extra toiletries, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. They even provided a pack n play and a baby gate! There is so much to do, without leaving the property, between playing in the yard and walking to nearby sites. The view from the home is also really beautiful...the sunrise over the mountains in the distance. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace too! My entire family agrees that we would love to return in the future!

My wife Jenny and I live in Colorado with our two kiddos Tatum (15) and Toby (12). I was born and raised in the Berkshires which is where I call home. We are a very active family and participate in triathlon training (Jeff), yoga (Jenny), cross-country/track (Tatum) and football (Toby) on a weekly basis. During the winters we spend several weekends skiing in the Rockies! Additionally, we make as many trips back to the Berkshires as possible to visit family; hence, why we recently purchased a home there.
