Unsere einzigartige Lage macht für eine große Basis viele bekannte Strände wie zu besuchen: Negra, Junquillal, Marbella, Grande und Brasilito ein paar zu nennen. Jedes Haus bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Im Obergeschoss haben Sie 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Beide verfügen über Queen-Size-Bett, Kabel-TV und Klimaanlage. Die Zimmer führen auf einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den tropischen Garten und Poolbereich. Nachfolgend haben Sie ein Esszimmer, eine Küche und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Kabel-TV, Klimaanlage und Vollbad. Die Küche ist komplett für alle Ihre Bedürfnisse Kochen ausgestattet. Jedes Haus hat einen überdachten Stellplatz besitzen. Die Häuser wurden hier in Guanacaste aus Teakholz gebaut, was einen kühleren, rustikalen Wohnstil schafft. Das Anwesen ist komplett eingezäunt und sehr sicher. Alle Gäste haben Zugang zum Poolbereich und Grill. Es ist Wi-Fi für alle auf dem Grundstück.

Wir sind von Wildtieren und Ruhe umgeben. Alle unsere Gäste werden diese und noch viel mehr zu erleben. Es gibt Strände, Restaurants, viele Aktivitäten, Essen und Souvenir-Shopping nicht weit entfernt. Nicht Nistplatz und schöne Sonnenuntergänge zu erwähnen.

Wir haben vor Ort Management Ihnen mit allem zu helfen, die Sie benötigen. Wir bieten Baldachin, Sonnenuntergang segeln, Angeln, Golf und viele andere Aktivitäten.

Es gibt überdachte Parkplätze, eine Außendusche und einen großen gemeinsamen Garten, der gut mit vielen grünen Blättern gehalten wird, wo man sich im Swimmingpool entspannen und die Grillplatz genießen.

Unsere wunderbare Eigenschaft ist nur 15 Minuten entfernt von der Playa Tamarindo, einer gut ausgebauten Strand der Stadt, wo Sie Ihre Einkäufe machen können und viele Aktivitäten, wie Segeln, Angeln, Restaurants, Geschenk-Shopping, Yoga, Surfen (großartiger Ort für Anfänger genießen ) und ein tolles Nachtleben.
Wir sind auch direkt neben (1km) Hacienda Pinilla Resort, die eine Weltklasse-18-Loch-Golfplatz entworfen von Mike Young hat, und eine erstaunliche 5-Sterne-Beach Club für Ihr Vergnügen.

Fun and Relaxing!

We had a great time during our 2 week stay at Experience Avellanas Condos. The condo was very comfortable for two couples and we enjoyed the pool, clean BBQ, and hospitality of Jeff and Mau. We hope to come back and thanks again for a great place to stay for our vacation!

Great property! Had a great visit

The house is extremely comfortable. All rooms have large TVs and ACs, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a lot of space, and also a nice balcony to sit down with your laptop (wifi was really fast). It is easy to reach the beach from the house, and shopping locations are just minutes away. We had a great visit, and Jeff, the owner, did all he could to make sure all was right.

Great place to enjoy beach and relax!

My wife and I spent our last two nights in Costa Rica at Experience Avellanas. The house and pool area were secluded, secure and very relaxing! The house was roomy and woodwork beautiful. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with amenities, a full size range and fridge. It felt so good to soak in the pool after a day of playing on the beach. Anthony, the care taker was very nice! One of the best beaches in Guanacaste is just a 5 minute drive away. We would consider coming back to this rental with our family if visiting Costa Rica again.

7 nights with a family of 6

I have traveled most all of Costa Rica for the past 29 years. I started at the age of 19 and now travel there with my wife and 4 children (16,14,11 & 6 yrs old). EXPERIENCE AVELLANAS did not disappoint! It's location, price, cleanliness, staff and property manager were prefect and above expectations for Costa Rican lodging. Jefferey was overly accommodating and friendly. He always replied immediately and with a positive answer. The kitchen and baths were clean and modern, equipped with everything needed for a family of six. The pool was inviting after a day exploring. The property was well maintained. Our only regret is that we did not get to stay longer. We will return to EA in the future, for sure.

Great place to stay!

We loved our week stay at this property. We felt safe the entire time. The property is gorgeous--it has a very cool pool and bbq area, and the full-time gate guard, Benito, who lives on the property, was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Getting there: Just FYI--"Experience Avellanas Houses" is the actual name in google maps--and had it not been for a more precise map on the airbnb website, we would not have found it. Following Waze directions from the VRBO property listing will try to take you to the Hacienda Pinilla clubhouse, which is the resort just North of the property that is mentioned in the description. Do not follow those directions. Instead, you need to turn left at the fork in the road, just before the main Hacienda Pinilla entrance, and take that several kilometres, through the town and look for a road that turns off to the left of the main road before the main road turns left to follow the coastline south. Once we found the Experience Avellanas property, we loved it. Staying there: The A/C in the bedrooms work great--but as another reviewer mentioned, be aware that the main central/kitchen first-floor room does not have air conditioning. This was not an issue for us, as we did not spend much time on the property except for the mornings and evenings but I could imagine some people would prefer to know that in advance. Also you should bring your own shampoo and bath soap, as we did not see any in the bathrooms (we just bought some rather than asking Benito--so perhaps this is a non-issue). Overall we found it to be a very clean, very well-kept, and very well staffed property. This has to be one of the best values of all of the places to stay in or around Tamarindo, with a great central location to all of the surf breaks and beaches in the area.

A Great Month!

Bill and I enjoyed our month at Experience Avellanas. The pool was great, especially for when our grandchildren visited...the shallow end was perfect for the young ones, and helped them build confidence for swimming in the deep end. The house was impressively finished inside with teak, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was large, with all appliances provided, including a slow cooker.The pots and pans were mostly old, and many basic amenities (salt pepper, oil, can opener) were missing. The oven did not work in our unit (only needed it once, and the guard Benito helped us cook the meal in the adjacent house which was not occupied). The maid service by Marta was helpful. We enjoyed our month, but would suggest that the manager pay a little more attention to the quality and quantity of of the materials provided in the kitchens. Also to note....it would be a hot dusty walk to thebeach. We drove there, and parked by Lola’s. The beach was beautiful!

Surfing Paradise

We spent our time surfing everyday..some of the best surf we have had in Costa Rica..Avellanas Beach has it all...a to come back to our clean and refreshing house away from all the hustle and bustle was the best part...great bbq by the pool and the attention made us very comfortable during our stay...the cold a/c and totally equipped kitchen were a great addition...Thanks Jeff and Benito

Basic cabins, remote, not as advertised

Directions terrible, got lost, no signs, remote, bad dirt roads, beach not close enough to walk, air conditioning only in bedrooms which are very dark, so hot 🥵 in lounge/ kitchen, internet so slow couldn’t do work I needed to do, the beach nearby is gorgeous and water is perfect, expensive for what you get

Amazing place ! Great location

Experience Avellanas House has all the things you need to spent a wonderful time, a few minutes from Avellanas and Playa Negra and other beautiful pacific beaches. We were there in a short vacation with a family of six, but I’m sure we’ll come back. The rooms are nice, clean, comfortable and very spacious with a full kitchen. After the sunset at the beach, the swimming pool with the BBQ grill is the right place great to relax and finish the day. Benito was great , helping us out and providing guidance and recommendations during our stay. Awesome place, highly recommended !!

A peaceful paradise.

This is my second stay at this house and the experience was as wonderful as the first. The house and surrounding property was very clean. The kitchen has all the basic amenities to prepare meals. This is the perfect place to enjoy a sunny day by the pool or walk / drive a shirt distance to indulge in the Avellanas beach experience. The night sky is so clear. You sit by the pool and admire the beauty. Francisco was very friendly, helpful and always greeted us with a smile.

Great property, excellent attention!

We stayed here for 4 days back in April, and the experience was great! The kids loved the pool, and the house itself was very modern and fully equipped. Francisco was very helpful and friendly, and even got us a great recipe to cook costa rican gallo pinto! The beach is not far, and there are great nearby options to eat out. In sum, great property, and the attention we received was excellent.

Great week at this property!

The house was everything we expected. We found this property online and booked it after comparing it to similar houses from the area. The property is close to many amazing local beaches, and there are some great eateries nearby (we loved Lola's)... Francisco was very helpful, through and through! He gave us a hand with the bbq and made sure everything was ok... We spoke to Jeffrey when we arrived, and he gave us some local tips about cool spots to visit... Definitely a really nice experience, great hosts, not expensive at all...

Beware at all Cost "Complete Misrepresentation of Property description"

This was the worse experience of an attempt at a supposed 5 star luxury villa rental of any vacation rental in my entire 30 years of taking vacations. To start, the property is listed to sleep 6 people. The property only slept 3 people. On immediately arriving at property and discovering the problem. The caretaker contacted the property owner for our party of 5 and his resolution was for us to carry a pull out couch from another unit, two of us hurt our backs, we should of contacted the authorities immediately, but things don't happen like that in Costa Rica.Upon pulling the mattress out of the couch it was full of mice poop and the mattress was springs covered in a sheet, the owners next resolution was to carry another couch in, which resulted in the same situation but even more disgusting. After drawing straws, two of the party had to sleep on the floor with no AC. The other lucky three that got a bed were fortunate enough to receive bed bug bites every where, we wish homeaway had an option to upload disgusting pictures. Of course in Costa Rica, there is not a laundromat on every corner. We contacted the property owner back immediately the next day and informed him this was unacceptable and we were leaving to find another habitable accommodations and feel free to rent it to some other victims. His response was, "do what you have to do." Later we found out the owner did in fact rent the Villa we had paid for. Be careful leaving to find other accommodations as the care taker has sticky hands, we noticed numerous valuable items missing that we had to firmly confront him to give back to us, him saying no hablo english, lucky for us I spoke spanish and he did give us our items back. Also, don't be misled as a walk to the beach, unless you like taking a 45 minute long walk in the hot sun to arrive at the beach completely exhausted. Oh, by the way, don't think about taking a bike ride on the bikes listed in rental for use, as there were none. We filed a complaint with homeaway, they informed us this was unacceptable and to leave the premise immediately and that they would escalate this and we would receive a refund. Of course that has not happened as of yet. Homeaway is now working on trying to resolve the unacceptable misrepresentation and problems the homeowner has left. I would never recommend this property and encourage all renters to stay away from this property at all cost. It deserves no stars and a red flag.

A really nice property!

The house was quite spacious, with lots of light, and very private. Very modern, with many details, yet, it features a "rustic cabin" style that fits great with the landscape. We visited lots of nearby beaches! All of them unique in their own way, and Jeff, our host, also booked a boat trip for the whole family. Everything was great, and everybody really enjoyed themselves, especially the kids at the pool!

A memorable vacation!

We rented a 4wd vehicle at the Liberia airport, and made the trip to Avellanas, where the house is located. There, we were met by one of the on-site managers Esteban. He showed us around, and even took us for a drive to Tamarindo! Really nice guy! Jeff, the other host, came by the next day. He was also very nice and helpful, and booked some golf lessons for us at a nearby resort. The house is very open, and the bedrooms all had air conditioning. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen is packed with everything you need to prepare your meals. There's also a great pool, which we used only once as we spent a lot of our time outside the property, vising the amazing local beaches. Thanks for a very memorable vacation!

Hoping to make it back soon!

We just arrived home from our trip to Costa Rica, and we're really hoping to make it back to Avellanas soon! My hubby and I rented this wonderful home while in CR, and we're totally pleased with the experience. Everything inside was immaculately clean, the internet was pretty fast, and the bed we slept at was even more comfortable than our own at home! There's a really nice pool in the property that was perfect for a quick swim after our morning jogging sessions to the beach and back. Security is also a big plus for us, and here you can even leave the door open and take off for the full day, and everything will be just as you left it. Great experience indeed!

Beautiful Villas

This property is great and very secure. The villa is really nice as is the pool. Very close to Playa Avellana, a great beach for surfing and sunsets. The beach was never busy. The only thing we felt was missing is the seating in the balcony and more cooking utensils. The balcony only had 2 chairs but the house sleeps 6 very comfortably. A couple go more chairs would be great. It was nice to have caretaker on the property and he was very friendly and will help you with anything you need. We will be back....

All we expected, and more!

This is a really nice villa located in Avellanas. We booked it online, and also arranged for transportation from the Liberia airport, to the property. There, Jeff, our host, made arrangements so we could enjoy a number of activities during our stay, including transportation by Esteban, the other on-site manager. We visited a number of beaches, and a couple of nice five star resorts, and returned to the property during the evening. The villa itself is very peaceful, and classy, yet, very affordable, as we managed to obtain a great price for a full week!

An overall great experience!

The villa was great! And all four of us: me, my wife, and our two kids, had a fantastic time. The property offers a lot of privacy and features a nice community pool and bbq area. The interior of the villa felt very open and fresh. And we loved the big-screen TV's in all rooms! Now, being away from crowded Tamarindo, yet at a walking distance from the beach, was a big plus. Not only the property was outstanding, but Jeff and Esteban were amazing as well! We're definitely planning to return at the same time next year!

The place was great.

Safe and comfortable

The house is amazing! very well maintained, and with a lot of space and comfort for everybody. The community pool was perfect. And the compound is very secure. So, you can go away for a couple of days to explore the surrounding areas, like we did, and don't worry about a thing. The location was also perfect. Very private area, yet still close to the beach. Jeff and the other on-site manager were outstanding, and made the experience much more enjoyable for us. Totally recommended!

Off the Beaten Path

Loved the low key feel of this rental! The Villas were beautiful and the location is very close to a great surf beach and restaurants. The road wasn't the best getting to the location, but the privacy made it worth the trek! Jeff is a great guy and will help you with anything you need in the area! We can't wait to come back!

Vacaciones familiares ...

Nuestra familia tuvo la oportunidad de disfrutar de unas cortas vacaciones familiares. Estuvimos muy bien acogidos por Jeffrey y Francisco, quienes nos ayudaron en todas nuestras necesidades. El lugar es muy privado y bien cuidado. El condominio es aislado por lo que se puede disfrutar de privacidad y tranquilidad justo para la salud mental. Está equipado con lo necesario, excepto que puede mejorar con ropa de cama más apropiada. El acceso en carretera es rústico pero bien transitado. La comunidad es tranquila y segura. Nos gustó la cercanía a muchas playas y pudimos conocer varios lugares espectaculares para ver la puesta del sol. Playa avellanas es bellísima y tranquila. Su clima es muy agradable pese a la época del año en que estuvimos allí. La piscina del condominio es muy agradable, justo para compartir y disfrutar tranquilamente. Pudimos hacer asado en el rancho con todo lo necesario.
