Es ist eine der besten Wohneinheiten in Juniper Landing, die sich direkt gegenüber dem Waldorf Astoria Hotel befindet, zu dem das berühmte Powder Restaurant, der Poolgrill und das Golden Door Spa gehören. Dieses fast neue dreistöckige Stadthaus bietet bequem Platz für 8-10 Personen. Sehr familienfreundlich, einschließlich eines großen Heimkino- / Spiel- / Schuhraums auf der ersten / unteren Ebene (teilweise unter der Klasse) und einer geräumigen privaten Tiefgarage für zwei Autos.

Die 2. Ebene (Hauptebene in der Klasse) umfasst einen privaten Whirlpool im Freien, einen Kamin und eine Terrasse mit Blick auf das 9. Fairway des neuen Golfplatzes Canyons und herrlichem Bergblick.
Diese Ebene enthält auch eine zweistöckige Gewölbedecke im Wohnbereich / großen Raum mit viel natürlichem Licht. (Die meisten Einheiten in Juniper haben keine zweistöckigen Decken.) Es enthält auch einen Steinkamin (Gas), einen 50-Zoll-HD-Flachbildfernseher, eine Gourmetküche mit Wikingergeräten und eine Kücheninsel mit Platz für 4 Personen und einen Esstisch mit Platz für 8 Personen. MBR ist auch auf dieser Ebene. Es verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Steinkamin, einen Flachbild-TV, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, eine separate Dusche und eine Badewanne sowie einen Doppelwaschtisch. Schließlich umfasst unsere Hauptebene auch ein 2. Badezimmer und Waschmaschine / Trockner aus der Küche.

Die 3. / obere Ebene verfügt über eine 2. MBR mit Kingsize-Bett / begehbarem Kleiderschrank / voller BA / private Außenterrasse / Steinkamin und Flachbild-TV. Last, but not least ist ein großer BR für Kinder eingerichtet, der ein Etagenbett mit großem Bett auf der Unterseite und zwei Einzelbetten auf der Oberseite umfasst. Dieser BR enthält auch ein Tagesbett mit Rollbett, Bad mit Dusche, Steinkamin und Flachbildfernseher.

Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen kostenloses WLAN, Ortsgespräche, Comcast-Kabel-TV, Heimkino mit 120-Zoll-Bildschirm und ein Spielezimmer. Es gibt auch einen großen Pool (25 Meter und hat Bahnen) mit Whirlpool und Feuerstelle für alle Bewohner zwischen den Gebäuden 1 und 2.

Zusammenfassend ist dies ein wahres Luxus-Stadthaus, das sich eher wie ein Privathaus anfühlt (der Golfplatz ist im Winter Ihr Garten und kann zum Rodeln / Rodeln genutzt werden). Es verfügt auch über ähnliche Oberflächen (Hartholzböden, Travertin in Badezimmern, Granit-Küchenarbeitsplatte, hochwertige Geräte) und Möbel wie das, was Sie im Waldorf auf der anderen Straßenseite vorfinden muss für eine Suite mit einem Schlafzimmer dort bezahlen! Es ist auch weniger als 10 Autominuten von der Main Street, Old Town Park City und 5 Autominuten vom Einkaufszentrum Redstone Lifestyle (mit einem Smith's-Lebensmittelgeschäft, einem Kino, zahlreichen Restaurants usw.) und nur 40 Minuten von Salt entfernt Lake Internationaler Flughafen. Es ist ein großartiger Ort für einen Skiurlaub (fast Ski in Ski out), das Sundance Film Festival oder einen Sommerurlaub in den Bergen!

Wonderful!

This is our 2nd timing staying here and we still love it. Location is just a few minute walk to the Waldorf Gondola. The property owners are very accommodating and responsive. The property itself is clean and a great layout for 2 families with the 3 levels. Would definitely plan to come back!

The property and location were great. My family really enjoyed the accomodations especially the fireplace in each room. One thing to consider when skiing Park City is are your skiiers more green/blue or blue/black. The canyon side of the mountain is almost all blue/black

Fun home great for children

We had a great time staying in this kid friendly home, with everything we could need and more. The front door needs to be fixed as it doesn’t lock but the owner is aware and trying to get it fixed. The walk to the gondola was easy and relatively painless for my 4 & 5 year olds in ski boots. The transportation system in town made it possible for us to get around without a car but we could have used a major guide of some sort as it took a couple of days to learn which transport system takes you where. Overall we had a fantastic trip and I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fun time in the canyons are of park city!

Met All Expectations

From the beginning of the process of looking into this property, to the end of our stay, we were never disappointed. We all commented that this property was the cleanest and most comfortable we have stayed at. Having stayed a other properties within Juniper Landing, we must say, this was the best to date. Great Ski Getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this home! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Frostwood Gondola (doable for young kids in ski boots), allowing us to come and go easily from the base of the mountain. We rented equipment from the Aloha Rental shop at the Wyndham and it couldn't have been more convenient. The house was very clean and very well stocked. We cooked most meals in the home and had everything we needed to do so! Communication with the owners was prompt and easy. We loved having all of the games and activities for when we weren't skiing and also enjoyed the community pool each day we were there! We will definitely stay again next time we are in Park City! Perfect Ski Vacation Rental

This was a great property. Well stocked with cookware and staples. Rooms were great, location was great, downstairs movie and play area were great. Enjoyed the hot tub next to the snow covered golf course, which the kids enjoyed sledding down. Owner was very accommodating as well. Great place to stay!

Great Location

We stayed in Jupiter landing before and it is a great location to Canyon Village and short walk to the Frostwood gondola. Jamie was great on the quick response and we had no issues with the house. Plenty of sleds for the kids and they enjoyed it every night after the slopes. House had everything we need when arrived. It was great that I was able to do the laundry right away since I am taking extra precautions during this pandemic. My daughter requested to come back to the same house next year! This will definitely be on list again.

Had great communication with the owners. Like, one night, all the power in Park City went down. We contacted owners, who got in touch with locals, and no problem. Also found issues with dishwasher, and it was fixed the next day.

Great stay in the Canyons

Our two families had a great time in Juniper Landing at this property!!! When we needed help or had questions, the property manager and owner took great care of us. The house was just as pictured. Short walk to the lift. The game room downstairs was fun with lots of activities for the kids including sledding outside. We will come back!

The property did not disappoint. Very well outfitted with the comforts of home. Highly recommend

Home is laid out well and caters to snow sports oriented vacations. Proximity to gondola and Waldorf well documented. Double car garage sheltered the suburban and afforded a wall mounted ski rack. Great ski/snow storage area / mud room when entering off garage where several cubbies and multiple boots/glove warmers offer a thoughtful touch. Stools/ottomans comfort those putting on or removing boots at end of day. Front patio offers direct access to 104degree at the ready hot tub with fireplace. Steps from there you are on the sledding hill where the provided toboggans can be enjoyed. Home has instant on gas fireplaces in bedrooms and living room adding to the cozyapres ski ambiance. The ping pong and theater area were a plus for our teens. All in all a great value and a place to return. Scott M

Excellent accommodations! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I'll try to avoid repeating what others have already written, but key summary points are the following. The home is expansive and comfortable. There were only four of us, but it could easily accommodate another couple/family. The kitchen is well-equipped and we enjoyed the downstairs room which blended locker space for boots/bags/coats with an impressive movie room complete with comfy chairs, Apple TV, DVD, and Comcast (if you're preference is to watch TV shows vs movies). We also loved having the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. It fit four of us quite easily. Clearly, a big asset is the (almost) ski-on/ski off. As others have noted, it's a VERY brief walk to the Frostwood Gondola. Word to the wise, when we were there, the gondola was VERY crowded just before the chairlifts opened. I'd either go earlier or later. The gondola itself is very slow and not particularly efficient. We chose to ski home at the end of day rather than get back on the gondola. One of the best aspects of the home is that it feels like you're borrowing someone's home, not some generic, sterile rental. That's due to the warm hospitality of the owners who are fabulous and incredibly responsive. They stock the home well and it's the little extra's you notice. Very different from some rentals in which you really FEEL it's rental. That is not the case with this one. The only negatives (and these are MINOR) are that the heating system is rather loud, the house tends to be on the darker side (not as much natural light as you'd expect), and there are a ton of light switches to figure out. All in all -- you won't go wrong by renting this home. It's large, comfy, and only a quick walk to the greatest skiing we've experienced.

The house was absolutely incredible and it was very well appointed and cozy !

The house was amazing... very spacious yet cozy with great amenities. The location was terrific as well. We basically walked across the street to get skis and hop on the lift. Also, the owner extended terrific hospitality. The kitchen was well stocked and there were a few quick snacks and great coffee for brewing. This was truly one of the best house rental experiences that I’ve ever had! I would love to get this house again next year for Sundance!

Very Satisfied First-Time Renters!

We were recent first-time renters and the townhouse worked out extremely well for us. Our family included 2 grandparents, one married child and spouse with 2 very young children (one of whom was in ski school as a 1st-time skier ), and 2 unmarried, young adult children. The description in the listing was very accurate, not exaggerated. While not ski-in and ski-out, it was located just a brief 2-minute walk to a gondola that takes you up to the base level, very close to ski school drop-off, lift ticket services, equipment rental and, if you want, equipment storage. The house was spacious and had a considerable amount of main floor space, as well as a lower level entertainment room [ that also included a blu-ray dvd player and Apple TV ] where the young children could play and crawl around without requiring smothering supervision. The house was also well stocked with necessities when we arrived and had ample supplies stocked in closets and storage space. When we wanted to eat in and cook dinner in the house, the kitchen contained all of the tools we needed. The hot tub in the back also came in handy after a long day on the slopes. Although the house has a large 2-car garage, we did not need it. Between the short walk to the gondola, and the availability of Uber and the free Park City bus service nearby when we wanted to leave the immediate Canyons Resort area, we found that we got along quite well without having our own rental car. Finally, whenever a small snafu surfaced, like the day the Comcast service stopped working for one of the TV's, the owners were easy to reach and work with. After helping us determine that it was a Comcast issue and not a TV issue, the owner immediately contacted Comcast and was able to have a cable box replaced within 36-hours, not an easy feat to accomplish if you've ever had to deal with your local cable provider wherever you are from. This was the first time we have ever taken a 2-week ski trip and we were initially nervous about the length of the trip. But, as our vacation wound down and the days dwindled, we were sorry to be leaving. Elaine & Steve K.

Perfect vacation home

This wonderful home is so spacious with a completely decked kitchen and is perfectly located near the Frostwood gondola - the kids can hit the first runs while we laze around sipping our coffee. The view from the family room is spectacular as the golf course is the backyard. When there's snow, sledding and snowman building is a good way to create memories. The hot tub is a soothing end to the heavy day of skiing and the ping pong table turns into hours of fun. The homeowners are extremely gracious and will do what it takes to ensure the perfect vacation - they are very responsive. This is the first home we'll seek to rent next time!

Excellent home in an excellent location

My husband and I shared the home with my sister and her family and it was plenty spacious. The beauty of the location was the kids could take off for the slopes as early as they pleased while the laggards sipped coffee, enjoying the vast view of the golf course and hills beyond. There was enough snow the first few days to enjoy sledding right outside. After skiing, there were plenty of options for après at the bars in the village or the beautiful bar at the Waldorf, or enjoy the hottub at the comfy home. This was our 2nd stay but certainly not our last!
